Prelude超滤装置的主要部件是除浊用中空丝MF膜组件。这种大容量的膜组件适用 于大规膜的水处理工艺。The main component of super filter device is hollow silk MF membrane subassembly used for getting rid of turbidity. This kind of large capability membrane subassembly applies to wide scope water treatment technics.超滤膜材料选用了具有很强的物理耐久性和抗化学腐蚀性的聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF），可以用来处理各种原水。该膜材料具有相当高的物理强度，对于利用气流进行频繁的物理清洗（空气表面冲洗），也具有很强的耐久性。Super filter membrane uses PVDF of strong physics wear and anti chemical corrosion, which can be used to treat all kinds of original water. This kind of membrane material has strong physics intensity, and has strong wear against frequent physics clean (air surface scour). The physics clean makes use of airflow.膜表面的过滤孔径（通称孔径）非常细小，其标准孔径为0.08m，能有效去除大肠杆菌等细菌，对除去隐胞子虫等病原性原生动物类生物也很适用，使用范围非常广泛。The filter aperture of membrane surface (generally called aperture) is very little. The standard aperture is 0.08m. It can effectively get rid of E. coli and other bacterium, and is also useful getting rid of cryptosporidium parvum and other pathogenicity rotozoan genus living things. Characteristics of membrane subassembly （1） 成本低，占地面积小 (1) Low cost, small floor area超滤膜组件的单位过滤膜面积为72m2（HFM-2020），少量的膜组件能进行大水量处理。The area of unit filter membrane in super filter membrane subassemblies is 72m2（HFM-2020）. A few membrane subassemblies can treat a large quantity of water.膜丝充填率高，能够进行高回收率运行。 Fill quotiety of membrane silk is high, and it can operate with high recovery.MF膜可在低压下进行高流束运行，使单位膜面积的处理量变得更大。MF membrane can operate at high stream under low pressure. This can make the treatment capacity of unit membrane area become larger. 外压式全量过滤方式的运行操作简单易行，而且在低压下也能够运行，因此可以节约电能，降低成本。Operation manipulation of external pressure total filter is easy and convenient. It can operate under low pressure, so it can save electric energy and decrease cost.（2） 使用寿命长 (2) Long service life超滤膜材料使用的是耐化学药剂性能很强的聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）材料，能够耐用酸，碱，氧化剂等化学药剂的清洗。The material of super filter membrane is PVDF which is able to endure chemical medicament, such as the clean of acid, alkali and oxidant. 具有很好的机械性能（强伸展特性），即使反复进行利用气流的物理清洗（空气表面冲洗），也具有很好的耐久性。 It has good mechanism performance (strong extension). Even if it is cleaned with physics clean of airflow (air surface scour), it also has good wear. （3） 处理原水的范围广 (3) Wide scope of treating original water超滤膜材料使用的是耐化学性很强的聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）材料，适用范围非常广泛。The material of super filter membrane is PVDF which is able to endure chemical medicament. It applies to a wide scope.使用外压式全量过滤方式，对高混浊度的原水处理也很适用。It adopts external pressure total filter, which also applies to treatment of high turbidity original water.（4） 高除浊性能(4) High removal of turbidity 由于超滤膜表面的孔径非常细小，为0.08m，能够得到稳定良好的过滤水质。Because the filter aperture of membrane surface (called aperture) is very little, only 0.08m, it can attain stable and good quality filter water.3 超滤装置的主要用途3. Main Use of Super Filter Device反渗透膜装置的前处理Pre-treatment of Reverse Osmosis membrane DeviceII安全注意事项IISafety Notice:在使用超滤装置之前，请务必阅读以下关于膜组件注意事项，并请遵照执行。 1 开箱/安装时的注意事项（1）在新品膜组件内部封注有次氯酸钠（20mg/L）保存药液用于杀菌。如果皮肤不慎溅上该药剂，请用大量清水冲洗。如果液体不慎进入眼睛或嘴里，请立刻用净水清洗15分钟以上，然后请医生进行诊断。另外，操作时请务必戴好橡胶手套，防护眼镜等保护措施。（2）为了防止膜组件掉落，翻倒时造成伤害，操作时请务必穿上安全鞋，戴上安全帽头盔。 2 运行时的注意事项（1）将过滤水用于饮用水时，请将膜组件充分过水，在保存液完全清除干净之后再使用于饮用水。如果在保存液还未完全清除干净时使用的话，有可能会造成对身体的危害。3 化学药剂清洗时的注意事项（1）使用化学药剂进行清洗时，有的药剂可能对人体有害。使用药剂时请务必小心，在进行运行时，请务必戴好防护眼镜，手套等保护措施。万一不小心溅到衣服皮肤上时，请根据产品安全数据表（MSDS），针对各类不同药物进行适当的处理。（2）如果在用药剂清洗过程中感到装置有异常情况时，请立刻中止清洗。注意!Before using super filer device, make sure reading the notice following about membrane subassembly and obeying it.NOTICE! 1. Notice of Open and Installation（1）The new membrane subassembly is filled with NaClO（20mg/L）, which is medicine preservation solution, to kill bacterium. If the solution spatters on skin, please wash it in clean water. If the solution spatters into eyes or mouth, please wash for 15 minutes in clean water immediately, then go to see the doctor. In addition, make sure wearing rubber gloves, protection glasses and other protection measures when operation.(2)In case that drop and turnover of membrane subassembly cause damage, make sure wearing safety shoes and safety helm when operation.2. Notice of Operation (1)When filter water is used for drink water, please wash filter subassembly completely. After the preservation liquid is washed away, and then filter water is allowed to be used for drink water. If filter water is used without washing away preservation liquid completely, it is possible to do harm to human body.3. Notice of Chemical Medicament Clean （1）When proceeding chemical medicament clean, notice that some medicaments will do harm to human body. Please be careful, and make sure wearing protection glasses, gloves and other protection measures when cleaning. If the liquid spatters on clothes or skin, please take out suitable measures against different medical according to MSDS. （2）If there is anything unusual on device during chemical clean, please stop cleaning at once.III使用超滤装置时的注意事项IIINotice of using super filter device为了最大限度地发挥超滤膜组件的性能，请注意以下事项。In order to make full use of super filter membrane subassembly, please pay attention to these points as follows:1.在使用超滤膜组件之前，请不要排除内部的保存液体。Before using super filter membrane subassembly, do not discharge the inner preservation liquid away.中空丝膜如果变干燥的话，其性能就会下降以致不能正常使用，所以当暂时中断运行时，请往膜组件内注入清水以保持湿度。If hollow silk membrane becomes dry, the character will degrade so that it cant be used normally. So when the equipment intermits operation, please fill in membrane subassembly with clean water to keep wet.2. 防止膜组件发生冻结。2. Prevent membrane subassembly from freezing.3.膜组件容器是用塑料制成的，使用时请注意不要掉落导致破损。3. Membrane subassembly is made up from plastic, please notice not to drop it resulting in broken during using.4.HFM2020的接合部是配水管耐震接头（维克托利科型管接头）。在与配管等接续时，请按照配水管耐震接头G型施工要领书正确安装。如果安装方法不正确的话，可能会导致膜组件的破损。4. The connection of HFM2020 is aseismic joint of distribution water pipe(Victaulic Joint). When connecting it to tubing, please install correctly according to G type construction essentials of aseismic joint of distribution water pipe. If it is installed wrong, the membrane subassembly may be broken.5.在接合部，除了润滑剂以外，请不要沾上其他的油分污垢。5. On the connection, do not wipe up any other oil or dirt except lube.6.请垂直安装膜组件。如果不垂直的话，进行空气清洗时会降低清洗效率，敬请注意。6. Please install membrane subassembly vertically. If not, the clean effect will degrade when air scour. Please pay attention.7.在膜组件通水之前，请务必冲洗配管等部件，并确认没有污垢。7. Before filling in membrane subassembly with water, please wash tubing and other components and make sure there is no dirt.8.在进行通水时，膜组件内有时会残留空气。为了防止由于水锤导致的膜组件和中空丝膜的破损，请缓慢进水，充分排除空气。8. When filling in water, there will be remaining air in the membrane subassembly. In order to prevent the damage on membrane subassembly and hollow silk membrane which is caused by water hammer, please fill in water slowly so that it can release air away.9进行过滤运行时，请不要给膜元件过度加压并注意供水温度。膜元件的最大供给压力为300kPa（3kgf/cm2），如果过度加压的话会导致膜组件以及中空丝膜的破损。最大供水温度为40度，如果超过此温度的话，会导致膜组件以及中空丝膜的破损。9. When filtering, the pressure of membrane subassembly should not be too high. Pay attention to temperature of water supply. The maximum supply pressure of membrane subassembly is 300kPa（3kgf/cm2）. Pressure too high will result in damage on membrane subassembly and hollow silk membrane. The maximum temperature of water supply is 40。If exceeding the temperature, the membrane subassembly and hollow silk membrane will be broken.10根据原水水质性状设定适当的运行条件。因为过滤水流量，物理清洗条件等运行条件会对膜的使用寿命，药剂的清洗频率有影响。10. Set suitable operation condition according to character of original water. Because flow rate of filter water, physics clean and other operation conditions will affect the service life of membrane and frequence of medicament clean.根据原水性状，对于一支膜组件，标准的过滤水流量为：According to character of original water, for a membrane subassembly, the standard flow rate of filter water is:HFM2020，50200l/min(514m3/h)反洗流量以过滤水流量的1.52倍为基准。Flow rate of back wash water is on the standard of flow rate which is 1.52 times as flow rate of filter water.11空气清洗时，请设定适当的空气流量。过度的气流导入会引起中空丝膜的破损。对于一支膜组件，标准的空气流量为11. When chemical medicament cleaning, please proceed in suitable condition. Preparation for device超滤装置就位首先应确保按照施工图纸的定位尺寸进行设备的定位，设备的标高应满足图纸和规范的要求。Placing super filter device should accord to the orientation dimension of construction chart firstly. The device elevation should meet the requirements of chart and standard. 2.设备管道安装2. Installation of device pipes 设备的管道是预先制作好的，安装时只要根据管道图进行连接，保证管道横平竖直做一些调整是必须的。The device pipes should be produced in advance. They are connected together according to pipe chart. It is necessary for keeping pipes straight and suitable to do some adjustment. 3、膜组件（HFM2020）的安装方法3. Installation methods of membrane subassembly（HFM2020）* HFM2008、HFM1010的连接口是金属箍(Ferrule Gasket, Clamp Union Fittings)，只需将下述内容中的配水管维克托利科型接口(Victaulic Joint)用金属箍替换即可。* The joint of HFM2008、HFM1010 is Ferrule Gasket. It only needs to exchange from distribution water pipe Victaulic Joint following into Ferrule Gasket.A请将膜组件从包装箱中取出，放在已置好的相应的架台上。膜组件必须垂直放置，用挂钩将其固定在架台上（图1）。A. Take membrane subassembly out from packing case, put it on the responding trestle support. Membrane subassembly must be placed vertically, and fastened on trestle support with pothook.注意!将膜组件从箱中取出或进行安装时，请注意不要让膜组件掉落或翻倒，以导致操作人员的脚头部的受伤。膜组件具有一定的重量。在开箱搬运安装时，请使用吊滑轮，起重机，叉式升运机等辅助设备。NOTICE!When taking membrane subassembly out from packing case, or when installing it, please be careful not to drop it or turnover it, in case of injuring workers head or feet. The membrane subassembly is heavy. When opening, carrying or installing it, please use block and tackle, chain block, fork lift truck or other assistant devices.膜组件外壳材料为氯乙烯树脂，箍得过紧的话，可能会导致膜组件的破损，请注意。膜组件在使用之前，请不要排除内部的保存液体。 中空丝膜如果被干燥的话，性能会有所下降甚至不能使用，膜组件暂时中断运行时，请往膜组件内部注入清水以保持湿度。请注意不要让膜组件冻结。External base of membrane subassembly is VCM resin. If it is clamped too tight, the membrane subassembly may be broken. Please be careful. Before using membrane subassembly, please do not discharge inner preservation liquid.If hollow silk membrane is dry, the character may degrade even cant be used. So when membrane subassembly intermits operation, please fill in membrane subassembly with clear water to keep it wet.Please be careful not to let membrane subassembly freeze.B膜组件共有四处连接口均采用维克托利科型管接头，分别将连接口处的密封栓卸下，与配管连接。B. There are four joints in membrane subassembly, which are all Victaulic Joint. Respectively discharge the airproof bolts, and connect bolts with tubing.注意!为了灭菌，在膜组件内部注有次氯酸钠（20mg/L）保存液。如果皮肤不慎溅上保存液的话，请用大量清水冲洗。如果液体不慎进入眼睛或嘴里，请立刻用净水清洗15分钟以上，然后请医生进行诊断。另外，操作时请务必戴上橡胶手套，防护眼镜等保护措施。NOTICE!Fill in membrane subassembly with NaClO perseveration solution（20mg/L）to kill bacterium. The joint of HFM2008、HFM1010 is made up of Ferrule Gasket of 1 inch length. When connecting it with tubing, be careful not to clamp too tight.C.确认膜组件是否被垂直安装。C. Make sure that the membrane subassembly is installed vertically.没有被垂直安装时，空气清洗时清洗效果会有所下降，请注意。If it is not installed vertically, the air scour effect will degrade. Please be careful. 图1. 膜组件的安装方法Chart 1: Installation Method of Membrane SubassemblyVI超滤装置的运行方法VIOperation Methods of Super Filter Device1过滤1.Filter（1）运行开始前，请仔细确认配管内已经被清洗干净，膜组件周围的配管都已经连接好。 配管的例子如图2所示。(1) Before operation, make sure that the tubings have been cleaned and the tubings around membrane subassembly have been connected. The example of tubing refers to chart 2Air ScourMembrane Supply Water Drain WaterNaClO Dosing PumpMembrane Filter WaterNaClO TroughAir ReleaseBack Wash Drain WaterBack Wash Water TankBack Wash Pump图2. 过滤流程一例Chart 2 example of filter process（2）确认供水阀（V1），排水阀（V3），空气洗净阀（V2）处于关的状态。 (2) Make sure that water supply valve（V1）,drain valve（V3）and air scour（V2）are closed.（3）将反洗排水阀（V4）置于开。另外，确认过滤水出口侧置于开放状态。 (3) Turn on back wash drainage valve（V4）. And make sure that filter water outlet is open. （4）缓缓打开供水阀（V1），使原水通过膜组件内，将内部的空气排除。When filling in water, be careful not to turn on water supply valve（V1）suddenly in case appearing water hammer which will result in damage on membrane subassembly and hollow silk membrane. (4) Turn on water supply valve（V1）slowly so that original water can come into membrane subassembly to release inner air away.通水时请注意不要突然打开供水阀（V1）以免产生水锤，导致膜组件以及中空丝膜的破损。（5）确认膜组件内的空气全部排完后，将反洗排水阀（V4）置于关。 (5) Make sure that air in membrane subassembly is released away. Then turn off back wash drainage valve（V4）.请注意不要过度加压，以免导致膜组件以及中空丝膜的破损。膜组件的最大供水压力为300kPa（3kgf/cm2）。应根据原水性状设定适当的运行条件。过滤水流量，物理清洗条件等运行条件会对膜的使用寿命，药剂的清洗频率产生影响。根据原水性状，标准的过滤水流量为：一支HFM2020膜组件为50200L/min（HFM2008为830L/min，HFM1010为520L/min），反洗流量是过滤水流量的1.52倍。（6）确认过滤水流量。 (6) Make sure filter water flow rate is made.Please make sure the pressure is not too high in case resulting in damage on membrane subassembly and hollow silk membrane.
