Service ContentAccording to the buyers request to send the engineer for installation of XXX and other equipment under Sales Contract XXXXXX , the seller agrees to send an experienced engineer to the buyers factory to take the installation, commissioning and training services. The whole period will be 30days. And the relative costs, such as round way air tickets, engineers salary, insurance, etc will be borne by the buyer. In addition, the buyer should provide the accommodation for the sellers engineer during the stay in the buyers factory. The installation translator need to be arranged by Buyer. The details are shown in the Appendix 1 of the contract. 2.合同金额及付款方式Contract Value and Payment term. 2.1该服务合同用美元付款。合同金额 XXXX美金. The price for the service is in USD. Contract amount is XXXXUSD. 2.2所有本合同的付款应用美元以电汇(T/T)方式进行支付。 All the payments under this Contract shall be made by bank transfer in USD.2.3. After the seller get this payment, the seller should arrange the visa and flight ticket and sent the installation worker go for installation.2.4因合同执行在买方国家产生的银行费用及税收费用应由买方承担，由卖方在卖方国家产生的银行费用及税收费用由卖方承担。买方付款的银行手续费用由买方承担，卖方收款的银行手续费用由卖方承担。The banking charges and taxes incurred in the Buyers country for the execution of the Contract shall be borne by the Buyer and the banking charges and taxes incurred inside the Sellers Country shall be borne by the Seller. The buyer covers the bank charge for the transfer; the bank charge at the sellers side is borne by the seller.3. 安装及技术培训 INSTALLATION AND TECHNICAL TRAINING; 合同设备的安装、调试应在卖方提供的技术人员指导下由买方实施。这期间，卖方人员所发生的国际交通、当地交通及食宿费用、人身保险费，通讯费等合理费用由买方负责，此外买方还需按XX美金/天支付卖方人员工资，超过XX天的以每天XX美金计算，超过XX天安装时间的为每天XX美金。安装期间，买方应保证卖方人员的安全和自由。The Buyer should carry out the contract equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance under the Sellers technicians supervise. All of the transportation and accommodation, insurance, communication fee of the Sellers technicians should be borne by the Buyer. In addition, the Buyer should pay XX(XX)US dollars to the technician per person per day as salary in the first XX(XX) days and XX(XX)US dollars per person per day for the extra XX(XX) days, and XXX(XX) US dollars per person per day for the extra days if the installation period exceeds XX(XX) days. The Buyer shall warranty the technicians (technicians) safety and freedom not being limited during installation period. 为设备安装调试，买方将为卖方技术人员提供下列服务：For installation works and commissioning of the Equipment, the Buyer at own expense provides technical experts of the Seller, and also their translator with following services:- 酒店住宿 Hotel accommodation; - 酒店到工厂的往返交通 Transport from hotel to working place and back;- 提供装配必需的准备 Provides preparation of assembly site;- 装配点的起吊和运输方式 Elevating and transporting means for assembly site;- 必要的标准工具 The necessary standard tool, for work of the technical experts.-卖方技术人员从中国往返印度尼西亚的费用由买方承担。Charges on arrival of technical experts from China to Indonesia and back are borne by the Buyer. -买方可以自行聘请翻译，也可以请求卖方派遣翻译，翻译费用事项另议。 Buyer can employ Chinese translator on his own, or ask for translators from Seller.
