Warm-up activities1. Read the imaginary situation below: You have won five million yuan. Decide: How much you will keep for yourself? How much you will give away?2. Work in pairs. Take turns to explain: How much money you have decided to give away and to whom? Ive decided to give to my grandparents. Im going to give to my best friends. What the money is for and your reasons for each decision. Id like to buy my grandparents a house. My best friend wants to start a business and this would really help. Inside View1. Work in pairs. Look at the photos and answer the questions. Where are Janet and Andy? Who is Andy interviewing? What is Janet doing?2. Watch Conversation 1 and complete the factfile on Page 51.3. Watch Conversation 2 and choose the best way to complete the sentences. If not, let him or her listen to this conversation once again and encourage him or her to catch the key words. Show them the scripts if necessary.3. Listen to this part once again, and then check the answers and review some useful words and expressions.4.
