1、工程概况、工程概况 GENERAL OF PROJECT 1.1、自然条件、自然条件 Natural condition 该项目位于东马砂捞越州民都鲁市(BINTULU) ,本期扩建是在原有的 7#、8#两台 9E 开式循环燃机发电机组的基础上新建两台余热锅炉、一台汽轮 发电机组及相应的附属配套设施。 This project is located in BINTULU, Sarawak state, east Malaysia, this extension is to build 2 new residual heat boiler, 1 turbine- generator unit and relevant accessories based on the original two sets (#7 layer (6-2)has relatively complete lithology, its rock cores are mostly short-column shape, thickness is big, 拟建场地内分布的(3-1)、 (3-2)层粉细砂在 7 度地震力的作用下有产生液 化的可能,可液化层主要分布在拟建主厂房和海上引水管部分地段(地内分布 的(2-1)淤泥质粉质粘土及(5-1)层粉质粘土承载力特征值小于 80kPa。 The fine silt layers (3-1) seawater has a medium corrosion to both the steel bars in concrete structure and to steel 11 / 90 structure. 拟建场地同一孔中地下水位的大部分变幅不大,个别孔中的地下水位变幅 较大,估计是受大气降水影响所致。而在平面上各个孔中的地下水位埋藏深度 存在着一定差异,最浅 0.49m(见于附属建筑物地段地勘资料),最深 3.27m(见于 循环水管地段地勘资料)。 Mostly, the underwater level in the same hole in the planed site varies no much, only a few holes are exceptional, probably due to precipitation. Party A shall provide 500kv power supply transformer for intake pumps room, jacking pipe and buried pipe, switching house shall be prepared, the power for site construction and life power needs to be respectively connected to construction site and life zone with cable and cubicle. 1.6.21.6.2、水源、水源 waterwater sourcesource 施工用水由甲方在距离施工现场 100 米范围内就近提供接口,生活用水目 前尚未形成环网,由甲方在生活区范围内就近提供接口,接口以下部分由我公 司自行解决。 Party A shall provide an interface within 100m away from construction site for the water used for construction work, at present, no life water ring network is established, party A shall provide interface as near as possible within life zone, the following part will be on us 14 / 90 1.6.31.6.3、临时道路、临时道路 TemporaryTemporary roadroad 现有一条临时道路进入施工区域附近,进场后需要从该道路引接一条施工 道路到达取水泵房、顶管等施工场地。 Now a temporary road has been accessible to construction zone and vicinity, one working road needs to be led to the construction sites of water pumps room and jacking pipes after accessing construction site. 1.6.41.6.4、施工场地、施工场地 ConstructionConstruction sitesite 施工场地由业主和甲方提供,分施工临建设施用地和施工用地,总面积约 11000m2。 Construction site will be provided by the owner or Party A, including temporary building land and construction working land, about 11000m2 in all. 1.6.51.6.5、办公区、办公区 OfficesOffices zonezone 由甲方提供并统一安排,位于电厂取水泵房附近,面积约 600m2。 Party A shall provide and arrange, it will located near intake pumps room, the area is about 600m2 2 2、施工准备、施工准备 ConstructionConstruction PreparationPreparation 2.12.1、施工组织准备、施工组织准备 PreparationPreparation ofof ConstructionConstruction OrganizationOrganization 2.1.12.1.1、组建项目经理部、组建项目经理部 EstablishingEstablishing projectproject managementmanagement Dept.Dept. 公司成立“江苏神龙海洋工程有限公司马来西亚 209E 联合电站取水工程 项目经理部”,委派具有丰富经验曾在多个类似工程项目中担任项目经理的、 具有国家一级项目经理资质的倪福生同志担任本工程的项目经理;同时选调 具有同类工程施工经验的技术、管理干部充实各部门,对本工程进行全过程 管理;并调配我司专业从事沉井、顶管及水下安装工程施工的队伍进场进行 项目作业。 15 / 90 We will organize “Jiangsu Shenlong Marine Engineering Co.,Ltd Project Management Department of Water Intaking Work of Malaysia 209E Combined Power Station”, Ni Fusheng who has the national qualification certificate of Grade-One Project Manager and are much experienced also ever acted as project manager on more than one similar projects; meantime, we are selecting the technical and management persons who has similar construction experience to equip all the departments to perform management over the whole process; also we will send our professional construction staff in sunk well, jacking pipe and underwater erection work to work on site. 现场组织机构见下图 Organization on site is showed in the following plan: 项目工程师 Project Engineer 项目副经理 Project Vice Manager 工程技术部 Technical Dept 质量安全部 Quality Safety Dept 物资供应部 Materials rooms for life in life zone will be mainly leased from local resident which are somewhat far from construction site, the workers will be carried by bus for on/off duty.on construction site, women/men toilets will be set up, roads on site will be hardened, rainwater and life sewage will be drained into vicinal water collector after treatment. 2.2.22.2.2、施工用水、施工用水 Water for construction work 19 / 90 沉井、泵房和顶管的生活和施工用水从施工现场附近业主或甲方提供的 接口计量处,分别用 48PVC 管引接至各用水点控制阀。海上施工、生活用 水采用管道输送或船运供给。 The water for construction and life at sunk well, pumps room and jacking pipes will be supplied by leading to the regulators at all water users after connecting with 48PVC pipes to the interface and measuring point nearby construction site provided by the owner or Party A. 2.2.32.2.3、施工用电、施工用电 PowerPower forfor constructionconstruction workwork 采用电缆将电源从业主或甲方提供的接口处接至各用电点。取水泵房、 区用电负荷约为 550KVA,考虑到施工用电的不饱和与不均衡性,总用电量按 照 500KVA 接驳。水上施工用电以自发电为主,临时靠港停泊期间,采取陆上 接电供给。 Cables will be used to connect power supply at the interface that the owner or Party A provided to all power using points. power load at intake pumps room, jacking pipes zone is about 550KVA, considering unsaturation and unevenness, the total power requirement will be supplied base on 500KVA. The power on water will be supplied mainly depending on self-generating, during temporary porting, connection and supply from land will be used, 2.2.42.2.4、施工道路、施工道路 ConstructionConstruction roadsroads 从水厂右侧的临时进场道路的出入口进入,通过引接部分临时道路到达 取水泵房、顶管施工场地,路宽 4.5m,块石、道渣路基,泥结碎石路面。 Enter from entrance of temporary site-accessing road, then arrive intake pumps room, jacking pipe construction site by connecting partial temporary roads, the road with is 4.5m, stones and clinker road base, clay-bound macadam road face. 20 / 90 2.2.52.2.5、弃土场、弃土场 wastewaste earthearth yardyard 基坑开挖、沉井下沉、顶管时的弃土通过管道排放于附近的泥浆池进行 沉淀,干化后短运出施工场地,用车辆运至弃土区堆放。泥浆池设于厂区的 临海侧,距现场约 300 米,用草袋作围堰,堰体随弃土增加而加高,泥水经 沉淀后排入海中。 During foundation pit excavation, sunk well sinking, pipe jacking, the wasted earth will be moved to the vicinal slurry pit for depositing, after drying, it will be transport in short distance out of construction site and stacked in waste earth zone by transporting by vehicle.
