主厂房、#1 锅炉房、#2 锅炉房、集控 楼、汽机等基础。 轴的和轴柱基础与磨煤机基础一起配合施工。 D 2 8 10 16 3 3 排水施工方案排水施工方案 3.1 排水组织 在施工前，应在已平整的施工场地采取排水措施。施工期间由承包商按建 设方规划的排水系统设置排水系统，如需采取临时排水措施，须经建设方认可 后由承包商处理。承包商应负责划定范围内排水系统的清理疏通，保证排水的 畅通，并应为其它承包商的场地排水提供方便。 开挖时应根据现场实际情况，进行必要的开挖边坡支护和降水。设计末考 虑施工期间的浮托影响，施工中要注意降水。 施工时应先施工埋深较深的基础，再施工较浅基础。 3.2 排水沟设置 土方开挖时应沿基坑地面四周设置 300 宽400 深临时截水沟， 100010001200m 的集水井；在基坑内四周设 300 宽400 深的排水沟， 8008001000 集水井。排水沟与集水井均采用 MU10 粘土砖 M5 水泥砂浆砌筑。 6 内抹 1：2.5 水泥砂浆压光。污水用泥浆泵或潜水泵抽出排至就近的厂区排水系 统内。施工期间须降低地下水位，采用两台直径 100mm 污水泵日夜抽水。 现场实行有组织排水，采用明沟结合管道排放。明沟沿道路布设，过道路 处设管道，明沟坡降不小于 0.3。 污水经过处理达标后汇入排水沟。混凝土搅拌系统污水经沉淀池沉淀后汇 入排水沟。施工期间我公司将定期对排水沟进行维护和清理，保证排水沟畅通， 场地无积水，不堵塞厂区排水主管网。 排水流向：锅炉房主厂房集水井厂区下水管道。 100010001200m 的集水井设置在主厂房轴交轴之间位置，就近 1 A B 用抽水机排入厂区公路边的下水井中。 4 4 安全文明施工及环境管理要求和措施安全文明施工及环境管理要求和措施 全员树立“安全第一、预防为主”的思想意识，施工人员进入现场前必 1 须进行安全教育。进入施工现场人员个人防护用品配备齐全，并正确佩带。 项目负责人在施工前要协同安全员对施工人员进行安全教育，严禁违章 2 操作。专职安全员要跟班、值班，经常检查，杜绝一切事故隐患。 作业人员应服从安全部门的统一管理，特殊工种作业人员应持证上岗， 3 严禁无证人员违规作业。各工种（电工、机械工等）施工机械操作人员必须严 格按操作规程进行操作，不得违章操作、修理，必须由专职修理工修理。
