WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRSOR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTSAND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; AS NECESSARYON WIRING AND COMPONENTS.- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL ANDOTHER CONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION ANDDAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION.IF THERE IS CONTAMINATION, REFER TO ESPM 20-55-00.注 : 当步骤中出现“refer to”字样时,工作者可参考地方当局批准的替代程序进行施工;当步骤中出现“in accordance with”字样时,必须按照工作步骤中所引用的文件要求施工。NOTE: When the words refer to are used and the operator has a procedure accepted by thelocalauthority he belongs to, the accepted alternative procedure can be used. Whenthe words in accordance with are used then the given procedure must be followed.注 :手册名以缩写表示。NOTE: Manual titles given in the accomplishment instructions are referred to by acronyms.B. 标准施工/STANDARD PRACTICES1. 飞机区域的识别,参考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.C. 施工准备/PREPARATION1. 工作准备/Job Set-up注 :在开始维护检查前,如下的项目必须作为基本飞机构型加以考虑:- 飞机地面停放在起落架上(起落架安全销和轮挡必须在起落架上安装到位)- 发动机关车,反推关闭并锁定- 飞机处于空机状态- 设置停留刹车- 飞机电路关断- 液压系统卸压- 到驾驶舱和客舱的接近门可用- 所有跳开关在闭合位置- 所有控制器在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configurationbefore you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheelchocks are in position on the landing gear)- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked- Aircraft in clean configuration- Parking brake applied- Aircraft electrical network de-energized- Hydraulic systems depressurized- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available- All circuit breakers are in closed position- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.a. 将接近平台放置于左右内襟翼下部。Put an access platform in position below the inboard flap LH and RH.b. 参考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802 保证飞机接地。Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.c. 参考AMM Task 27-50-00-866-802,完全收回襟翼。Fully retract the flaps, refer to AMM Task 27-50-00-866-802.d. 在襟翼控制杆上放置警告牌,禁止任何人操控襟翼/缝翼。Put the warning notices in position on the flap levers to tell persons not to operate the flap/slat controls.D. 施工步骤/PROCEDURE1. 制作新检查孔(左右侧)。Make New Inspection Holes (LH and RH Wing).注 :以下程序步骤同时适用于左右大翼。NOTE: These instructions are applicable to both the Left Hand (LH) and Right Hand (RH) wings.a. 为检查接近需要而制作检查孔。In order to allow access for the inspection it is necessary to make new inspection holes.注 意: 当钻新孔时,务必当心不要损伤到此结构的其他部件。CAUTION: TAKE CARE WHEN DRILLING THE NEW HOLE THAT YOU DO NOT DAMAGE OTHER PARTS OF THE STRUCTURE.1) 如图Fig. A-GDAAA Sheet 01所示,在左右大翼6号和7号肋之间,襟翼下表面小心的钻3个孔,直径为11-11.20mm(0.433-0.441in.)。Between Ribs 6 and 7 LH/RH carefully drill three holes 11.00 mm to 11.20 mm (0.433 in. to 0.441 in.) diameter in the Flap Lower Skin, as shown on figure Fig. A-GDAAA Sheet 01.2) 对孔两侧去毛刺。Deburr both sides of the holes.3) 去除襟翼内的所有金属屑/钻屑。Remove all swarf/drilling chips from inside the flap.4) 清洁工作区域使用:Clean the work area.Use:5) 如果需要,参考AMM Task 51-75-12-300-801或者AMM Task 51-75-12-300-802修复漆层。修复面漆和底漆。使用:If necessary, repair the paint finish. Use: Indelible Ink MarkerE. 结束工作/Close-up1. 填写附录3 的反馈单并发送给“TS 结构科” ( ) 和“ 适航评估科”(Ae_ )。Fill the Appendix 3 of feedback form and send to and Ae_ .2. 确保工作区域清洁,没有其他设备或工具残留。Make sure that the work areas are clean and clear of tools and other items of equipment.3. 遮盖原有及新检查孔,安装:Cover the existing and new inspection holes.
