To detect any rib strips with such discrepant flange edge higher than the teflon shim at the suction pipe area, a one time inspection of the rib strips 3A and 8A is necessary. Operators can therefore, as deemed necessary, omit or add access and/or close-up steps to add flexibility to their maintenance operations as long as the technical intent of the EO is met within the set parameters.A. 通用信息/GENERAL(1) 工卡 543038-910-001-001 -标准施工Subtask 543038-910-001-001 - Standard Practices(a) 如果设计图纸上没有施工工艺和材料规范,参考PMS中的交叉索引清单。If you find process and material specifications that you do not know in the design drawings, refer to the cross-reference list in the Process and Material Specification(PMS).(b) 区域的识别,参考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.(c) 接近盖板的识别,参考AMM 06-41-54, Page Block 001。For the identification of access panels, refer to AMM 06-41-54, Page Block 001.(d) 为了方便安装,将拆除的部件保留好并挂上标签。Tag all the parts you must remove and retain to make the subsequent installation easier.(e) 标准螺纹紧固件的安装,参考AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801。To torque tighten the standard threaded fasteners, refer to AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801.(f) 紧固件的拆装按照SRM 51-42-00。Remove and install the fasteners in accordance with SRM 51-42-00.(g) 如果使用到替代紧固件,必须按照SRM 51-40-00查找和它相应的螺母/collar。If alternative and substitute fasteners have to be used, you must make sure that the associated nut/collar are compatible in accordance with SRM 51-40-00 Mating Part column.(h) 如果此EO中给定的紧固件长度不符合SRM 51章给出的安装标准,可选用长度满足SRM 51章的安装要求的同规格或经批准替代的紧固件。另外,对于紧固件的长度,可以按照SRM 51章安装垫圈调节。If the length of any fastener specified in this Service Bulletin does not meet installation standards given in SRM Chapter 51, then a fastener of the same specification, or an approved substitute, with a length which meets the installation standards given in SRM Chapter 51 may be used. In addition, washers may be installed for fastener grip length in accordance with SRM Chapter 51.(i) 喷涂新的漆层,按照SRM 51-23-11和SRM 51-75-12。Renew the protective finish in accordance with SRM 51-23-11 and SRM 51-75-12.(j) 本EO所涉及的化工品的规范和使用,参考CML清单。For the specification of materials (Mat. No.) given in this EO, refer to Consumable Material List (CML).B. 准备/PREPARATION(1)工卡543038-941-001-002 -工作开始Subtask 543038-941-001-002 - Job Set-up备注:开始维护工作前,下列维修工作应该作为飞机基础构型加以考虑:-飞机在地面利用起落架停放(地面安全销和轮挡安装在起落架相关位置)-发动机关车,反推关闭并锁定-飞机处于清洁构型-使用停留刹车-飞机断电-液压系统释压-驾驶舱和客舱处于可接近状态-所有控制键在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear).- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked.- Aircraft in clean configuration.- Parking brake applied.- Aircraft electrical network de-energized.- Hydraulic systems depressurized.- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available.- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.(a) 确保飞机静电接地,参考AMM 12-34-24-860-801。Make sure the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task12-34-24-860-801.(b) 在1号吊架外侧和2号吊架内侧放置接近工作梯。Put the access platforms in position at the pylon 1 outboard side and pylon 2 inboard side.(c) 参考AMM 06-41-54, Page Block 001,拆除1号吊架外侧的接近盖板451DR, 452BR 和452CR。On pylon 1 outboard side, remove the access panels 451DR, 452BR and 452CR, refer to AMM 06-41-54, Page Block 001.(d) 在2号吊架内侧,拆除2号吊架内侧的接近盖板461DR, 462BR和 462CR。On pylon 2 inboard side, remove the access panels 461DR, 462BR and 462CR, refer to AMM 06-41-54, Page Block 001. C. 施工步骤/PROCEDURE(1) 工卡543038-832-001-008,详细检查1号吊架内侧Rib 3A和Rib 8A处的压条和蓝液压回油管Subtask 543038-832-001-008 - Do the Detailed Inspection of the Strips and BlueHydraulic Suction Pipe, at Rib 3A and Rib 8A, on Pylon 1 Inboard Side(a) 参考NTM 51-90-00, Fig. A-FFAAA 和Fig. A-FBDAC,详细检查1号吊架内侧Rib 3A处的压条和液压回油管。Do a detailed inspection of the strip and the hydraulic suction pipe at rib 3A, on pylon 1 inboard in.),且压条没有磨损:If the shim(s) height is at least 1 mm (0.039 in.) above the flange of the strip and the strip is not chafed: 参考Fig. A-FBAAF,按照SRM 51-72-11安装Rib 3A处的压条:Install again the strip at rib 3A 20-23-11-200-801.a 如果损伤小于5%管壁厚度。If the damage is less than 5% of the pipe wall thickness:- 无需采取进一步措施No further actionb 如果损伤在直管区域,且损伤在5%和20%管壁厚度之间:If the damage is between 5% and 20% of the pipe wall thickness in a straight area:- 在750FH或750FC或4个月内(先到为准),按照SB A330-54-3038中的TASK 543038-833-801 001(更换1号吊架蓝液压系统回油管)更换受影响的液压管。Before 750FH or 750FC or 4 Months which ever occurs first, replace the affected pipe in accordance with TASK 543038-833-801 001(Replacement of the Suction Pipe in the Blue Hydraulic System in Pylon 1) in SB A330-54-3038.c 如果直管处的损伤超过管壁厚度20%或在弯管处损伤超过管壁厚度5%:If the damage is more than 20% of the pipe wall thickness in a straight area or If the damage is more than 5% of the pipe wall thickness in a curved area:- 在下个飞行前,按照SB A330-54-3038中的TASK 543038-833-801 001(更换1号吊架蓝液压系统的回油管) 更换受影响的液压管。Before next flight, replace the affected pipe in accordance with TASK 543038-833-801 001(Replacement of the Suction Pipe in the Blue Hydraulic System in Pylon 1) in SB 下个飞行前,联系结构工程师并按照结构工程师提供的方案处理,或下个飞行前,按照SB A330-54-3038中的TASK 543038-833-803 001(安装1号吊架,Rib3A和Rib8A处前整流盖板全新的压条)更换受影响的压条。Contact Structure Engineer before next flight and follow their instructions or Before next flight, replace the affected strip in accordance with TASK 543038-833-803 001(Installation of New Strips in the Forward Fairing at Ribs 3A and 8A in Pylon 1) in SB A330-54-3038. 参考Fig. A-FRAAA,发送检查报告到 和 TSJGK。Send the inspection report to and TSJGK, Refer to Fig. A-FRAAA.注:然后无需采取进一步措施。Note: And no further action.(b) 参考NTM 51-90-00, Fig. A-FFAAA 和Fig. A-FBDAC,详细检查1号吊架外侧Rib
