Greeting and communicating with students in English.:3. Review the numbers one through twenty in a class drill .4. Write twenty-one on the board .Ask the children to read the number5. Repeat the procedure for the numbers twenty-two through thirty .Step2. Presentation1. Set the scene.Ask all the children who are wearing watches to put up their hands .1. Point to the watch and aslk , “Whats this ?” Elicit , “Its a watch .”2. In Chinese ,ask the children what time it is .Step3 Model the dialog1. Explain that theyre going to learn how to tell the time in English .2. Present the question , “Whats this ?”Write it on the board and explain its meaning.Read the question aloud and have the children repeat .3. Now present the word oclock .Repeat the procedure uses to modle the question.4. Draw a clock on the board with its hands reading one oclock .Point to the drawing and say , “Its one oclock .”5.
