Let students to compare the two pictures. Are they showing a successful team, and why? Teacher will ask some questions about the two pictures. Encourage the ss to talk about the two pictures.2.Read the English saying below. Think of Chinese ones with the same or similar meaning.Activity1.Listen to the conversation and tick()whats being talked about.Before listening: teach some new words in the listening material.While listening: Ask the students to pay more attention to the key words in the listening material.After listening: let the students say out their answers and reasons. If possible, let them listen again.Activity2: Listen again.
