WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRSOR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTSAND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; AS NECESSARYON WIRING AND COMPONENTS.- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL ANDOTHER CONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION ANDDAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION.IF THERE IS CONTAMINATION, REFER TO ESPM 20-55-00.注 : 当步骤中出现“refer to”字样时,工作者可参考地方当局批准的替代程序进行施工;当步骤中出现“in accordance with”字样时,必须按照工作步骤中所引用的文件要求施工。NOTE: When the words refer to are used and the operator has a procedure accepted by thelocalauthority he belongs to, the accepted alternative procedure can be used. Whenthe words in accordance with are used then the given procedure must be followed.注 :手册名以缩写表示。NOTE: Manual titles given in the accomplishment instructions are referred to by acronyms.B. 标准施工/STANDARD PRACTICES1. 飞机区域的识别,参考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.2. 飞机隔框的识别,参考AMM 06-31-53, Page Block 001。For Frame(FR) identification, refer to AMM 06-31-53, Page Block 001.C. 施工准备/PREPARATION1. 工作准备/Job Set-up注 :在开始维护检查前,如下的项目必须作为基本飞机构型加以考虑:- 飞机地面停放在起落架上(起落架安全销和轮挡必须在起落架上安装到位)- 发动机关车,反推关闭并锁定- 飞机处于空机状态- 设置停留刹车- 飞机电路关断- 液压系统卸压- 到驾驶舱和客舱的接近门可用- 所有跳开关在闭合位置- 所有控制器在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configurationbefore you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheelchocks are in position on the landing gear)- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked- Aircraft in clean configuration- Parking brake applied- Aircraft electrical network de-energized- Hydraulic systems depressurized- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available- All circuit breakers are in closed position- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.a. 在工作区域下部放置接近平台。Put an access platform in position below the work areas.b. 参考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802 保证飞机接地。Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.c. 如果需要,可额外拆下接近所需的部件。如果不需拆下某些部件也可实现接近,可不用拆下这些部件。必须遵守顶升的限制。If it is necessary to remove more parts for access, you can remove those parts. If you can get access without removing identified parts, it is not necessary to remove all of the identified parts. Jacking and shoring limitations must be observed.
