To adhere to and further improve the机构知识库科学家识别符规范指南中国机构知识库推进工作组2015年2月面向机构知识库不断发展的需要，中国机构知识库推进组（CIRG）拟在其成员馆中加强机构知识库科研人员唯一标识符建设，以利用该唯一标识符来充分保障机构知识库中人员与著作的精确关联、准确检索，并推动机构知识库与更多第三方系统的集成、互操作和再利用。为此，CIRG特委托中国科学院文献情报中心，基于其建设的中国科学家国际化识别体系服务系统iAuthor，提出机构知识库科学家识别符（ORCID）建设指南，供全国机构知识库成员馆和其它机构知识库建设者参考。1 ORCID简介科学家识别符ORCID（Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier），是一套全球通用的、免费的16位身份识别码，具有唯一性、国际性、持久性、互操作性的特点。作为目前使用最广的“科研人员全球学术身份证”，ORCID的会员囊括全球120余家最有影响力的出版社、基金组织以及科研机构等。ORCID主要解决人名/作者名之间的歧义问题，包括：表示和确认科研活动中的相关科学家；确认科学家的名称标识变化及各种名称标识之间的联系；提供科学家与其相关知识产出的链接；提供科学家与其元数据的链接。2 ORCID应用价值未来的学术交流内容将更加广泛地分布于世界范围的机构仓储系统、开放出版平台、预印本系统、数字图书馆、长期保存系统等。如何在这些系统中精确识别自己或他人的科研成果，如何确立科学家个人的学术信用和权威性，是我国科学家期望能突破的问题，也是我国机构知识库可持续支持学术成果传播和交流的重要问题。机构知识库加强科学家识别符ORCID建设，将有助于：（1）赋予机构人员一个唯一科学家标识符ORCID号：避免机构知识库中人员同名、中英文名混淆等人名识别问题，犹如DOI定位到特定数字化对象；（2）精确关联机构知识库内机构人员与其科研产出：支持利用ORCID号实现对机构人员科研产出在机构知识库中的精确检索；（3）支持机构知识库与其它系统的互操作：通过ORCID号，与机构知识库有合作关系的出版社、期刊、其他系统等，准确推送具有ORCID号的作者论文、数据等入机构知识库，帮助机构知识库进行科研产出更新；（4）ORCID可以追踪37种类型的科研产出，将帮助机构知识库有效检索、获取到机构人员分布在各处的科研产出；（5）帮助机构人员投稿时提交作者ORCID：由Elsevier、Nature、PLOS等出版社出版的超过1000多本期刊正在使用ORCID，也将有越来越多的出版社和期刊需要作者提供自己的ORCID号；（6）“通行证”功能：机构知识库可以将机构人员ORCID账号关联到其它系统，例如机构内或机构外科研管理系统、项目管理系统等，用一个账号就可以把同样的信息导入不同地方，避免重复操作。3机构知识库科学家识别符的建设方式3.1 iAuthor简介iAuthor是ORCID中国服务平台，由中国科学院文献情报中心建设，是中国科学家注册ORCID的工具。iAuthor还与Web of Science、CSCD、国内三大投稿系统、百家期刊编辑部平台等建立了合作关系，支持科学家的识别符ORCID与个人科研产出的关联，实现中国科学家的学术身份识别、个人科研成果管理、对外学术交流和传播。截至到2015年2月，iAuthor注册人员覆盖600多家机构，获取ORCID人数超过14500。iAuthor的访问网址为。机构知识库通过建立与iAuthor的数据交互接口，从iAuthor查询、获取或注册ORCID号，并发现和获取机构科研产出，支持机构知识库的持续发展。3.2建设流程我国的机构知识库（IR）基本是基于Dspace或Cspace开发建设，在最新版的Cspace中已经增加与iAuthor的交互接口：支持机构知识库通过iAuthor系统查询、获取或注册申请机构人员ORCID，该服务直接嵌入机构知识库注册用户的个人信息页面。对于采用Cspace开发建设的机构知识库：（1）更新Cspace版本至最新版本，更新地址为？；（2）机构知识库管理员在管理员页面上，执行“ORCID审计”，从iAuthor获取该机构人员的ORCID号；（3）机构知识库给机构人员发送提示邮件，告知机构知识库为其赋予了科学家识别符ORCID号，或者提示没有ORCID号的机构人员上机构知识库注册申请ORCID号；（4）机构人员登录机构知识库，查看个人信息，获取ORCID号或注册申请ORCID号。对于不是采用Cspace开发建设的机构知识库：需要在系统中人员信息上增加一个ORCID字段，同时开发与iAuthor的交互接口。具体建设方式，可以联系技术支持，联系方式详见第五部分。3.3技术说明机构知识库与iAuthor的数据接口为双向交互接口：一方面，机构知识库调用iAuthor的功能，为机构知识库注册用户查询、获取或注册ORCID号，同时，获取机构知识库用户的著作信息；一方面，iAuthor给机构知识库提供机构人员ORCID号的查询和注册，同时，获取机构知识库的科研产出列表元数据。（1）ORCID号查询和获取机构知识库的IP地址和中文名称增加到iAuthor系统授权列表。iAuthor系统会对发出请求的服务器IP地址进行认证，认证通过后自动生成机构信息。机构知识库的机构管理员或用户可通过接口，通过人员姓名（中文名）和自动生成的机构信息在iAuthor系统中查询该用户是否已被iAuthor收录，是否已申请ORCID号。如查询成功，则直接返回ORCID号（可是一个或多个，由用户自行判断哪个是本人的）和iAuthor中的个人URI。如未查询成功，表明被检索的人员未在iAuthor注册。（2）ORCID号注册申请iAuthor系统为属于机构知识库里的用户注册ORCID号码。机构知识库用户如无ORCID号，则通过字段下方的iAuthor联接跳转到系统的注册界面，填写Email邮件地址和姓名后，以及系统自动生成的机构信息进行申请，之后再返回到机构知识库的界面上，申请成功则同时返回ORCID号和iAuthor中的个人URI。失败时返回失败标志和错误描述信息。（3）机构知识库从iAuthor系统中获取认领的著作机构知识库通过作者ORCID号从iAuthor系统中获取已被作者认领的著作。如获取成功，则返回文献元数据；如获取失败则返回失败标志和错误描述信息。（4）iAuthor从机构知识库中获取文献列表iAuthor可通过作者姓名、题名或作者ORCID号（增量数据的获取）从机构知识库中获取相应的文献列表。如获取成功，则可返回数据来源文献唯一标识、文献元数据和文献元数据citation格式，如获取失败，则返回失败标志和错误描述信息。iAuthor系统与机构知识库的交互如图1所示。图1 iAuthor系统与机构知识库的交互示意图4实践案例目前全国机构知识库的建设已具规模，还有一些机构知识库正在建设中。以中国科学院文献情报中心和兰州大学为例：中国科学院文献情报中心已建设运维良好的机构知识库，兰州大学机构知识库目前正处于起步建设阶段，这两个机构知识库完成的科学家识别符建设，将为处于不同建设阶段的机构知识库提供示范和指导作用。4.1中国科学院文献情报中心机构知识库作者识别符建设中国科学院文献情报中心机构知识库建立于2007年，采用的IR系统版本为Cspace3.2.6，目前已注册829位机构人员，存储的科研产出为6400条（）。同时，中国科学院文献情报中心在iAuthor上注册申请ORCID的人数超过300人。该机构知识库已成功增加科学家标识符ORCID服务，具体建设流程为： 机构管理员更新IR系统版本至最新版本； 机构管理员操作“ORCID审计”，从iAuthor获取机构人员的ORCID号；机构知识库给没有ORCID号的机构人员发邮件，邀请登录机构知识库注册获取ORCID号； 机构人员登录机构知识库，查看自己的ORCID号或者注册申请自己的ORCID号。4.2兰州大学机构知识库作者识别符建设兰州大学机构知识库于2014年底开始建设，目前还在建设过程中，其采用的IR系统为Cspace最新版本。兰州大学机构知识库采取各学院各自建设的方式。该机构知识库在建设的同时提供科学家标识符ORCID服务，具体建设流程为： 各学院宣传机构知识库和科学家标识符； 在得到教职员工认可后，操作iAuthor注册和ORCID申请； 机构知识库管理员操作“ORCID审计”，从iAuthor获取机构人员的ORCID号； 机构人员登录机构知识库，查看自己的ORCID号或者注册申请自己的ORCID号。5技术支持联系方式在机构知识库作者标识符建设过程中，如遇到问题，请联系：机构知识库科学家标识符服务团队地址：中国科学院文献情报中心 北京北四环西路33号电话：010-；010-6609、6632；邮箱：外脚手架搭设，悬挂安全网，铺设跳板，进行层间封闭，外脚手架上垃圾及杂物的清理,外脚手架的日常围护，配合外装单位做好外脚手架的修改，及时清理外脚手架上垃圾及杂物feelings survey, by looking up public sentiments to find problems.
