Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other锅炉班长岗位职责 1.在动力部长的领导下,负责锅炉班的全面工作。 2.锅炉班长负责锅炉班所属人员的政治思想,工作调配,生产管理等项工作。 4.锅炉班长负责全年维修计划的编制实施。5.锅炉班长负责燃油锅炉安全运行,设备维修保养实施工作的监督,日常检查工作。 6.负责各项记录的检查,整理存档工作。 7.负责管理安排供水设备管道的维修,保养,清洗改造工作及下水的排放工作。 9. 负责锅炉导热油系统的运行管理。10.负责锅炉及其附属各种设备和所有导热油管道、阀门的维修保养和故障检修。11.制定锅炉房各项规章制度,以及锅炉维修保养计划、安全节能计划上报主管,并组织落实。12.经常巡查锅炉房各设备的运行情况,发现问题及时处理,在锅炉进行重要操作或维修故障时,必须亲临现场指挥工作,确保公司正常生产。13.经常检查督导导热油油温和炉体保温工作,确保油温符合车间工艺的标准。14.经常对锅炉房操作工组织技术培训和安全教育,提高他们的专业素质和责任心。15.对所管辖锅炉设备严格做到“三干净”(设备、机房、工作场地)、“四不漏”(电、气、油、水)、“五良好”(使用性能、密封、润滑、紧固、调整)。16.抓好锅炉班的技术及设备档案工作,负责公司锅炉登记建档,以保证锅炉在正常使用年限后及时进行变更或报废。17.负责建立健全分管台账工作、各项技术台帐的记录,并保证准确、及时;认真负责收集、整理本部门专业的各种技术资料,负责因设备改造、设备异动等所需各种技术材料及数据的整理和收集、整理完善后计入设备台账。18.对下属员工进行考核、评估,按奖惩制度实施奖惩司炉工岗位职责 1.在锅炉班长的领导下,正确进行参数和燃烧的调节操作,达到安全经济运行,保 证设备和附件正常运转使用。2.按规定穿戴劳保用品上岗,严格执行交接班制度,按时巡回检查锅炉及附属设备,发现异常情况及时处理和上报,认真填写各项资料记录2.司炉工必须熟悉锅炉安全运行知识,严禁违章作业,严格劳动纪律,不得做与本职无关的事情。3.不断总结烧煤技术,节约用煤,努力降低煤量。 4.经常对压力表,安全阀,排污阀等锅炉附机进行检查,保证完好状态。 5.按照设备润滑要求,按时注入油料,保证湿式脱硫除尘装置运行完好及排烟浓度,颜色及灰渣含碳量的质量要求。 6.按设备巡回检查内容,路线,时间要求,认真检查巡检,发现问题或隐患时要及时处理或上报本部门领导,电气设备发生故障要及时通知电工处理,并认真做好记录。7.在投煤时,注意清除煤中的异物,以防造成机械事故和重大事故。 8.锅炉运行期间,必须专人负责,不得擅离职守。 9.搞好锅炉室内外卫生,每班必须清扫一次地面,檫试一次各种附机,每周彻底清理,以保持良好的工作环境。10.参加给水。排水的大型维修,抢修工作。 11.了解并掌握消防器材的性能及使用方法。 12.完成领导交办的其他事项。 动力部维修工岗位责任制 1.在维修班长的领导下,按要求完成本职工作。 2.对设备及所属附机必须按要求维修,保养,并做到修的可靠,保的细致,不玩忽职守。 4.在维修过程中,详细填写维修备忘录做到维修项目,时间,人员,原材料消耗有记录,以便追查功过有依据。5.维修人证保管好维修工具,凡属非正常损坏或丢失均有责任者包赔。 6.参加排水,给水设施的大型维修,抢修工作。 7.树立安全第一思想,特别是高空,下地沟作业,必须设专人监控,以防止掉下或中毒事故发生。 8.在易燃地点电焊作业是,必须严格按焊工操作规程作业,杜绝一切火灾发生。 9.加强巡视检查,主动发现问题,并及时解决问题。 10.优质服务,礼貌待人,行为迅速,现场清理干净。 11.完成领导交办的其他任务。 司炉工岗位职责一、严格执行国家有关锅炉、压力容器的管理条例和安全操作技术规定,定期参加业务培训考核。二、当班期间不得撤离岗位、不做与本职工作无关事情,严禁违规操作,确保安全生产。三、熟悉所操作锅炉的名称、型号、构造、性能和各项技术要求,做到会烧、会修、会维护、会管理,随时关注运作情况,及时报告。四、认真实施国家劳动总局颁发的锅炉安全监察规程,做到每年大修,保养各一次。五、司炉工交接班制度:1、接班人员须按规定班次的规定时间,提前到锅炉房做好接班前的准备工作。2、交班司炉人员,须在交班前对锅炉运行情况作一次认真全面的检查和调整,以保持各部位运行正常。3、在交班时,如接班人员没有到达现场,交班人员不得离开工作岗位。4、交班人员做到“五交”、“五不交”:(1)“五交”是:A、锅炉压力、温度和燃烧正常;B、安全附件灵敏可靠;C、锅炉本体和附件设备无异常;D、运行记录齐全、正确,备件、工具齐全;E、锅炉房清洁,做到文明生产。(2)“五不交”是:A、不交给喝过酒的司炉人员;B、锅炉本体和附属设备出现异常现象时不交;C、在处理事故时不进行交班;D、接班人不到或无证司炉人员不交。E、锅炉压力、温度和燃烧不正常时不交。5、交班时,双方共同按规定确定的巡回检查路线逐点逐项检查,做到件件事情有交待,并将交接的内容和存在的问题认真记入运行记录簿的交接班记录中。6、交接班人员在交接班记录薄中签字后,发现了设备的缺陷,原则上由接班者处理。根据县防指办关于开展第二轮防汛安全隐患集中排查工作的紧急通知(*防指发2018*)文件的通知要求,为确保各项防汛措施落实,消除隐患,确保今年安全度汛activities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation .
