Because of its global nature this trainee program allows you to work in 3 different countries, experience diverse work cultures and job assignments. The first 6 months are spent in your home country. Thereafter, you will either move to the ABBs global headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland or one of our regional holding offices or for another 6 months. During the second stage you can expect to gain an overview of ABBs operations and work on a more strategic level. Finally, the third assignment will bring you to yet another country to gain further international experience and increase your responsibility. After suessful pletion of the program, you will have the opportunity to take on a permanent position in one of our local units in China.
