Township two learn a do learning arrangements specific programme the Party (total) branch: for advance full strictly rule party, according to XX municipal on in city members in the carried out learn Constitution Party rules, and learn series speech, do qualified members learning education implementation programme, and XX municipal organization Department on two learn a do learning arrangements of specific关于个险渠道内勤岗位人员工资的几点说明各位同仁:九月份,我们成功进行了全市个险渠道内勤管理岗位人员选聘,全市有三十多位同仁走上了个险渠道管理岗位。近几天公司将发放新岗位工资,大家可能也比较关注此事,下面就工资发放情况向大家说明以下几点,以澄清大家的一些疑问:1、目前签订劳动合同的人员工资由市公司人力资源部发放,未签订劳动合同的人员工资由市公司个险销售部发放。2、工资水平完全按照九月份出台的XXXX分公司个险渠道管理人员选聘方案(见附件)的相关规定执行,签订劳动合同的人员和未签订劳动合同的人员实行“同岗同酬”,工资水平完全一致。3、按照公司人力资源部相关规定,九月份因重新上岗未满一个月,工资按照原工资标准发放。十月开始按照新的工资标准发放。4、每月工资将于当月下旬发放,如十月工资将于十月下旬发放。5、月工资=年薪/12(月)。月工资分为基础工资和绩效工资两部分,其中基础工资占月工资的70%,绩效工资占月工资的30%。基础工资在当月发放,绩效工资与当月末的所在公司业务完成率挂钩,在下一月发放。如十月份只发放当月(十月)的基础工资(70%部分),十一月发放当月(十一月)的基础工资(70%部分)和上一月(十月)的绩效工资(30%部分),以后月份以此类推。所以十月份的工资会相对较少一些。6、绩效工资(即月工资的30%)的发放规则一般会在每年年初发布。但鉴于今年时间已过九个月时间,为体现公平,今年1012月的绩效工资将与各支公司的四季度首年期交保费任务完成进度挂钩。所在支公司10月底完成四季度任务的30%,即可发放10月绩效工资;11月底累计完成四季度任务的60%,即可发放11月绩效工资;12月底累计完成四季度任务的100%,即可发放12月绩效工资;如10月、11月未能拿到绩效工资,但12月底累计完成四季度任务的100%,可补发1011月未发放的绩效工资。市公司个险部相关岗位人员绩效工资将与全市四季度首年期交保费任务完成率挂钩,具体规则同上。7、附件中有大家的薪酬数据,请大家做好保密工作。如想了解自己工资的详细数据,可与市公司人力资源部和个险销售部联系。8、如有其他疑问,请与市公司人力资源部和个险销售部联系。附件:XXXX分公司个险渠道管理人员选聘方案 为建立科学的个险渠道管理人员选拔、培养机制,进一步推进个险渠道专业化进程,优化个险渠道管理人员结构,充实个险渠道高级管理人员后备人才库,实现个险渠道的持续健康发展,经XXXX分公司党委、总经理室研究决定,在全市系统范围内开展个险渠道管理人员选聘。具体办法如下:一、选聘岗位本次选聘岗位包括:(一)旗县综合性支公司个险渠道管理岗,配置销售人力发展岗、销售人员管理岗、市场拓展岗、销售支持与训练岗、综合管理岗等5个专业管理岗位,分别归属队伍建设类、业务发展类和基础管理类岗位。条件成熟的旗县综合性支公司可成立个险销售部,配置个险销售部经理(或副经理)。(二)城区个险专业化支公司管理岗,配置销售人力发展岗、销售人员管理岗、市场拓展岗、销售支持与训练岗、综合管理岗等5个专业管理岗位,分别归属队伍建设类、业务发展类和基础管理类岗位。(三)市公司个险销售部管理岗,配置销售人力发展岗、销售人员管理岗、市场拓展岗、销售支持与训练岗、职场管理岗、业绩管理岗等6个专业管理岗位。二、选聘人数根据市公司个险销售部及支公司个险渠道管理岗人员岗位配置要求,并结合团队管理需求,市公司总经理室拟定了如下个险渠道管理人员编制(等同本次选聘人数):旗县综合性支公司和城区个险专业化支公司个险渠道管理岗人员编制,将按照支公司季均举绩人力多少来确定(不包含支公司经理室成员):支公司季均举绩人力个险渠道管理人员配置人数80人(不含)以下3人80人(含)120人(不含)4人120人(含)以上5人另外,成立个险销售部的旗县综合性支公司还可配置1名部门经理(或副经理)。市公司个险销售部管理人员编制为8人,其中销售人员管理岗和销售支持与训练岗为各2人,其他岗位各1人。另外,可配置1名部门经理和1名部门副经理。三、选聘范围全市系统劳动合同制员工、派遣制员工、代理合同制销售人员中的业务员系列人员及基层支公司其他内勤员工、组训及非呼市分公司员工等,均可报名参加本次选聘。现任市公司个险销售部和支公司个险渠道各管理岗位人员也需报名参加此次选聘,否则视同放弃。报名参加本次选聘的人员必须满足以下基本条件:(一)全日制专科及以上学历,年龄在22-35岁,有特殊才能者可放宽至40岁,教育、营销、管理专业及有同业同岗工作经验者优先;(二)具有良好的沟通、协调和组织策划能力,思维敏捷,学习能力强,能熟练操作日常办公软件;(三)身体健康,品行端正,为人诚信正直,可承担高强度的工作和巨大的工作压力。四、被选聘人员待遇通过本次选聘的人员将享受以下待遇:(一)所有人员均将被纳入呼市公司后备干部人才库,支公司管理岗人员将成为支公司经理岗位重点培养对象;(二)可享受个险渠道各层级专业化培训和销售一线历练的机会;(三)在薪酬上实行重点倾斜的特殊政策:1、旗县综合性支公司个险渠道管理岗:(1)支公司原岗位人员通过选聘的,原职级不变,享受新的支公司销售类岗位薪酬,其中经办层级人员可享受E和H(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;(2)销售人员通过选聘的,可享受经办层级E和H(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;(3)由市公司机关和城区支公司选聘到旗县综合性支公司的,将享受新的支公司个险销售部副经理层级E(年薪53598元)和G(年薪58000元左右)(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;(4)暂未签订劳动合同的人员与劳动合同制员工实施“同岗同酬”,参照同职级劳动合同制员工薪酬拟定其薪酬;2、城区个险专业化支公司管理岗:(1)原岗位人员通过选聘的,原职级不变,享受新的支公司销售类岗位薪酬,其中经办层级人员将享受E和H(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;(2)销售人员通过选聘的,可享受经办层级E和H(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;(3)由市公司机关选聘到城区个险专业化支公司的,原职级为三级协办或经办层级的,将享受新的支公司销售类主办层级E(年薪43000元左右)和H(年薪48000元左右)(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;其他职级员工选聘到支公司的,原职级不变;(4)暂未签订劳动合同的人员与劳动合同制员工实施“同岗同酬”,参照同职级劳动合同制员工薪酬拟定其薪酬;3、市公司个险销售部管理岗:(1)公司各层级员工通过选聘的,原职级不变,享受新的销售类岗位薪酬;(2)销售人员通过选聘的,可享受三级协办层级E和H(全日制本科)两个档薪酬;(3)暂未签订劳动合同的人员与劳动合同制员工实施“同岗同酬”,参照同职级劳动合同制员工薪酬拟定其薪酬。五、选聘程序(一)启动8月29日召开全市系统个险渠道管理人员选聘工作启动会,对此次选聘工作进行宣导和动员。(二)报名有意参加本次选聘的人员,可在8月31日下午4点前将报名表通过OA发至市公司人力资源部周水霞信箱。(三)综合考评市公司将在9月1日2日开展对报名人员的考评和选拔工作,具体考评包括笔试、演讲面试和工作能力综合考评。笔试时间:9月1日下午3点演讲顺序抽签时间:笔试结束后演讲面试时间:9月2日上午8点30分(四)选聘 市公司总经理室将根据综合考评情况,确定聘任人员名单,并于9月3日向全市系统公布。(五)分配岗位9月4日前,市公司总经理室将根据被聘人员意愿及各支公司需求,分配岗位。(六)配置到岗9月6日前,新聘人员必须到岗,且完成工作交接。六、本方案由呼市分公司总经理室负责解释。安全生产岗位责任制和责任追究制度是工区各项安全管理制度的核心,须认真执行,使工区的安全管理工作层层有人负责、事事有人管理,使安全生产工作的管理纵向到底、横向到边。programme, and XX city learning education implementation programme spirit and town party implementation programme requirements, according to distinguish level, and has targeted solution problem of requirements, ensure learning education made effectiveness, Promotion of all party members and consciously respect the party Constitution, abide by party rules, armed with XI series of important speech by General Secretary head, guide, and promote the work, be qualified party members and learning arrangements are hereby makes the following specific programmes.
