上海恩力检测技术有限公司 AnalyTech Ltd., Shanghai 温度计标准操作规程SOP FOR THERMOMETER文件编码/Document Code :AT03-124-01替代原版本/Supersedes: NewAT03-124-00生效日期/Effective Date:起草人/Written by:日期/Date:技术部批准/Tech Approval:日期/Date:质控部批准/Quality Approval:日期/Date:1. 目的/PURPOSE:本文规定了温度计(包含刻度盘,电子和玻璃温度计)的一般操作和校准规程。To specify the general operation and calibration procedure for the thermometer (including dial, digital and glass thermometers).2. 范围与职责/SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:本规程适用于温度计(包含刻度盘,电子和玻璃温度计)的操作和校验。This SOP covers the operation and calibration check of thermometer (including dial, digital and glass thermometers).所有使用温度计的人员必须经本SOP培训,按照标准操作程序进行操作。实验室负责人及QA负责监督本SOP的执行。Personnel using the thermometer should be well trained and strictly follow the SOP. It is the responsibility of lab head and Quality Assurance to supervise the execution of the SOP. 3. 程序/ PROCEDURE:3.1 所有本分析实验室使用的温度计都必须经过校验。All the thermometers which used for analysis shall be calibrated. 3.2 根据特定用途,选择合适的温度计。温度测量范围应满足实验的需要。Select appropriate thermometer for a certain use. The range for temperature measurement shall meet analysis requirements. 3.3 使用温度计进行测量时要确保感温部分充分浸入被测物料中。勿触到容器底部和容器壁。Make sure the sensing element immerge in the material which need to be tested during the operation. DO NOT contact the bottom and wall of the container. 3.4 温度稳定后可以读数。Record the reading after the temperature is stable. 3.5 注意:温度计不可用来搅拌。NOTE: DO NOT use thermometer for stirring. 4. 校验/CALIBRATION:4.1 所有温度计都需每年进行校准。校准通过后要贴上标签。Any thermometer shall have annual calibration. Any thermometer shall be labeled after the calibration pass. 4.2 无法与冰水或沸水直接接触, 以及测量范围不包含0C-100C的温度计可以用参照温度计进行校验。除此之外,所有的温度计都应在冰点和沸点校准。Thermometers that cannot be easily calibrated through direct immersion in either ice water or boiling water, and those range doesnt cover 0C-100C, can be calibrated by comparing readings with certified calibrated thermometer. Otherwise, all thermometers will be calibrated for accuracy at the freezing point (0C) and boiling point (100C) of water.4.3 准备/Preparation 4.3.1 向大小合适的烧杯内倒入一瓶纯水(约 1-1.5L)。然后将烧杯放入冰箱冷冻。按照下面的程序用冰水混合物测温度计的0。Pour one bottle of pure water into a suitable beaker (about 1-1.5L). Then put the beaker into freezer to freeze the water. The ice-water solution is prepared to test 0 point as the procedure below. 4.3.2 向大小合适的烧杯内倒入一瓶纯水(约 1-1.5L)。然后将烧杯放置在加热板上,将水煮沸。按照下面的程序用沸水测温度计的100。Pour one bottle of pure water into a suitable beaker (about 1-1.5L). Then put the beaker onto the heating plate to boil the water. The boiling water is prepared to test 100 point as the procedure below. 4.4 0验证/Zero Point Verification 4.4.1 将冰碎成小块。Break the ice into small pieces. 4.4.2 将温度计插入冰水混合物中,保持一段时间(最少10分钟)。Insert the thermometer into the ice-water solution and keep it in the solution for a while (at least 10 minutes). 4.4.3 读取温度时禁止将温度计从冰水中取出。迅速读取完,并记录在“温度计期间核查记录表I” (AT03-134-00 F1)上。DO NOT take out the thermometer from the ice-water when reading the temperature. The reading shall be read immediately and record on the “Intermediate Calibration Form I” (AT03-134-00 F1).4.4.4 根据表上的公式计算出结果。接受范围应在0.02以内。The result shall be calculated by the formula on the record form. The acceptable range shall be within 0.02. 4.5 沸点验证/Boiling Point Verification:4.5.1 将温度计插入沸水中,保持一段时间(最少10分钟)。Insert the thermometer into the boiling water. Keep it in for a while (at least 10 minutes). 4.5.2 读取温度时禁止将温度计从沸水取出。迅速读取完,并记录在“温度计期间核查记录表I” (AT03-134-00 F1)上。DO NOT take out the thermometer from the boiling water when read the temperature. The reading shall be read immediately and record on the “Intermediate Calibration Form I” (AT03-134-00 F1).4.5.3 根据表上的公式计算出结果。接受范围应在0.02以内。The result shall be calculated by the formula on the record form. The acceptable range shall be within 0.02. 4.5.4 如果温度计冰点和沸点结果都在可接受范围内(0.02),那么校准通过。在记录表上记录下数据并贴上通过标签。If the results of both points, not only the Zero but also the boiling poit, are in the acceptable range (within 0.02), the thermometer is passed. Report the result on the record form and label the thermometer if it is passed. 4.6 对于无法进行冰点和沸点校准的温度计,可以按附表II (AT03-134-00 F2) 进行校验。如果温度计和参照温度计的读数差均在可接受范围内(2),那么校准通过。在记录表上记录下数据并贴上通过标签。For the thermometers that cannot be calibrated at 0 and100, calibrate them according to the “Intermediate Calibration Thermometer Form II” (AT03-134-00 F2). If the reading deviation between the thermometer and the reference calibrated thermometer is in the acceptable range (within 2), the thermometer is passed. Report the result on the record form and label the thermometer if it is passed. 4.7 如果校准失败,在温度计上贴标签,并报告主管。If the calibra
