概述本项目以总厂在江苏省南京市南京化工园区的乙烯装置中的抽余C4粗品为原料,经精制得异丁烯后,通过与中压水蒸气混合预热进入氧化反应器并得到中间产物甲基丙烯醛,进一步脱出烃类后与氧气和甲醇氧化酯化生成甲基丙烯酸甲酯。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图1-1、图1-2、图1-3、图1-4所示。图1-1 物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT在稳定状态下,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率;GR反应产生物料速率;CR反应消耗物料速率。第三章
