抗氧剂168制取工段124.6.1泵热量衡算124.6.2反应器热量衡算121.概述本项目以总厂在湖北省武汉市青山区化学化工工业园区的武汉石化乙烯厂副产碳四抽余液为原料,采用反应精馏的方法进行异丁烯的分离,以此为原料合成2,4-二叔丁基苯酚与抗氧剂168,在达到对异丁烯下游产品的开发的同时对上游的碳四的利用更加综合。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图1-1所示。图1-1 全厂工艺流程图2.物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注: 进入系统的物料流率; 流出系统的物料流率; 反应产生物料速率; 反应消耗物料速率。3.物料衡算任务通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供依据。4.物料衡算表4.1 C4分离工段4.1.1 换热器物料衡算(1)E0101塔进料换器表1-1
