湖北工业大学什么队 3第一章 概述本项目为中国石化股份有限公司济南分公司设计一生产叔丁胺的分厂。利用总厂的炼厂碳四资源,采用MTBE合成再裂解的工艺提纯其中的异丁烯,采用异丁烯直接胺化法,以1.5的氨烯摩尔比投料异丁烯与液氨生产叔丁胺。本工艺流程实现碳四资源化利用,增长了碳四资源的产业链,符合可持续发展战略,为国内炼化行业开启了一条通过碳四馏分生产叔丁胺的新方法。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus总工艺流程图如图1-1所示。图1-1 总工艺流程图 湖北工业大学什么队 60第二章 热量衡算原理工程依据化工设计中关于热量衡算的基本思想和要求,遵循基本规范与实际工艺相结合的原则,进行热量衡算书的编制。其中一个主要依据是能量平衡方程:Qin+Qout=Ql其中,Qin表示输入设备热量的总和;Qout表示输出设备热量的总和;Ql表示损失热量的总和。对于连续系统:Q+W=Hout-Hin其中,Q设备的热负荷。W输入系统的机械能。Hout离开设备的各物料焓之和。Hin进入设备的各物料焓之和。在进行全厂热量衡算时,是以单位设备为基本单位,考虑由机械能转换、化学反应释放和单纯的物理变化带来的热量变化。最终对全工艺段进行系统级的热量平衡计算,进而用于指导节能降耗设计工作。第三章 热量衡算任务(1)确定流程中机械所需的功率,为设备设计和选型提供依据。(2)确定精馏各单元操作中所需的热量或冷量及传递速率,确定加热剂和冷剂的用量,为后续换热和公用工程的设计做准备。(3)确定反应过程中的热交换量,指导反应器的设计和选型。(4)最终计算出所需的能量和费用,判定工艺过程的经济性。第四章 能量衡算1.MTBE合成工段1.1-M101M-101热负荷表WQHeat
