Work, full play party, and branch, and members in five type Enterprise construction in the of core role, and fighting fortress role and pioneer model role; to continues to strengthening four good leadership construction幼儿园安全疏散演练方案为了贯彻落实市教体局关于开展安全教育的精神,进一步提高我园师生应对突发事件的能力,增强师生险情发生时的自我保护能力,保证在紧急情况下及时疏散,顺利逃生,特制订如下安全疏散演练活动方案。一、工作目标掌握必要的逃生技能,一旦遇到紧急情况,能够及时利用通道疏散到安全地带,学会自救和救人。二、演练时间安排:演练时间:2011年11月9日(周三)下午3时00分。三、参加人员:全园24个班级,共1137名幼儿, 93名教职工。四、安全紧急疏散演练人员安排及分工:1、演练领导小组组长:a副组长:b c d成员:各班班主任演练人员职责分工:a: 负责整个疏散、自救的协调与指挥。 b :负责哨音报警、幼儿及教师人员疏散。c:负责统计计时。d:负责现场保卫工作。e:医疗保障f:拍摄记录2、各班疏散人员分工及责任:主班老师:听到警报哨声以后,开始组织幼儿安全疏散。要求站在幼儿队伍前面组织幼儿,负责带领幼儿安全疏散到集合地点。保育员:在幼儿队伍后面,负责督促所有幼儿安全疏散。要求班上不能遗漏一个幼儿。副班老师:到指定地点负责疏散和保护幼儿。要求听到警报后迅速站到指定位置,直到所负责楼上所有幼儿安全撤离,才能迅速离开到指定地点集合。办公楼楼梯安全负责人指定地点:中八班副班一楼楼梯口楼梯,中九班副班在二楼楼梯口,小六班副班在三楼楼梯口,小七班在三楼和二楼楼梯转向台。北楼西侧旋转楼梯:小一班副班在一楼楼梯口处,中三班副班在一楼和二楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,大一班副班在二楼和三楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,中七班副班在三楼和四楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处。南楼西侧旋转楼梯:小三班副班在一楼楼梯口处,中五班副班在一楼和二楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,大三班副班在二楼和三楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,大五班副班在三楼和四楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处。北楼东侧楼梯:小二班副班在一楼楼梯口处,中四班副班在一楼和二楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,大一班副班在二楼和三楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,中七班副班在三楼和四楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处。南楼东侧楼梯:小三班副班在一楼楼梯口处,中五班副班在一楼和二楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,大三班副班在二楼和三楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处,大四班副班在三楼和四楼之间的旋转楼梯转向台处。疏散人员的职责总的要求是引导和督促幼儿有秩序的进行撤离,提醒幼儿快步走,不能奔跑,不能拥挤踩踏,保证所有幼儿安全疏散到集体合地点。六、具体疏散方法及路线:1、疏散的原则:以最短的时间,以最快的速度,以最安全的方式由教室向集体合地点进行撤离疏散。2、疏散集合地点:办公楼上的四个班中八、中九、小六、小七集合地点在办公楼前的广场。其它班级集合地点是在南操场上。到集合地点后按先后顺序两路纵队有秩序地站好。3、具体疏散逃生路线安排:办公楼楼梯是安全出口,中九班、小六班、小七班由办公楼楼梯下楼出正门到办公楼前面的广场集合,中八班直接出办公楼门口到办公楼前的广场集合。北楼东侧楼梯为安全出口,二楼的中四班、三楼的大二班、四楼的中七班、中二班由东侧楼梯下楼,从教学楼东侧跑至南操场。南楼东侧楼梯为安全出口,二楼的小五班、三楼的中六班、四楼大四班由东侧楼梯下楼,从教学楼东侧跑至南操场。北楼西侧旋转楼梯为安全出口,二楼的中三班、三楼的大一班、四楼中一班由西侧旋转楼梯下来跑出从龙爪槐门口跑到南操场。南楼西侧旋转楼梯为安全出口,二楼的中五班、三楼的大三班、四楼大五班由西侧旋转楼梯跑出,右转向南经连廊从小三班门口到南操场集合。七、准备工作1、利用周一例会进行动员和布置,向全体教职工宣布演练方案,交代注意事项。2、班主任预先各自利用时间(周二上午),按指定方案带领幼儿熟悉逃生线路、熟悉幼儿园安全通道及安全出口,下楼梯方法、顺序、路线。八、演练过程:1、警哨声起,紧急疏散的信号为哨音信号,信号为连续两短一长,信号的发布由白建军实施,紧急疏散信号从开始,应连续不断,直至全部人员撤出方可停止。2、各班教师组织幼儿迅速撤离活动室沿安全逃生路线疏散。3、具体要求:(1)各班幼儿听从主班老师指挥,有秩序的撤离。(2)教师引导幼儿逃生时,教育幼儿不抢道不惊慌。(3)在组织幼儿撤离时,队伍后都要有教师组织,不许漏下一名幼儿,如有有人绊倒,要立即扶起,防止踩踏事故发生。4、重点危险地带要有专人把守(楼梯口、楼梯拐角处),班级教师要分工明确,一人在前一人在中间一人在后。5、各班幼儿集中南操场,教师清点幼儿人数。6、各班主任老师向园长报告幼儿疏散情况,确保幼儿全部安全撤离。7、总结演练活动,宣布演练结束。六、注意事项:1、重点地带有专人把守2、逃生过程中,教师提醒幼儿奔跑速度不要太快,不推前面幼儿,下楼梯时尽可能手扶栏杆和墙壁走。撤离时最多成二排撤离,一排扶楼梯,一排顺墙根。3、门口、楼梯口拥挤,防止踩踏事故的发生。清正廉洁是为政之本。在市政管理建设中,我要牢固树立廉洁勤政信念,坚持遵守纪律不打折扣、执行政策不走样子,反腐倡廉不搞形式。大力推行政务公开,对群众关心play levels cadres in enterprise development in the of backbone backbone role; to full strengthening members youth work, full play youth employees in company development in the of force role; to improve independent Commission against corruption work level, strengthening on enterprise business key link of effectiveness monitored. , And maintain stability.
