ScopeThis procedure is applied to the piping fabricated according to B31.1 based on ASME Code Section and B31.1. 本规程适用于按照ASME规范第卷和B31.1建造的动力管道。2. Examiner 检验员All personnel performing visual examination in Shanghai Baoye Group Corp., Ltd shall be qualified according to SBC-JZGS/ASME-12. 上海宝冶集团有限公司所有进行目视检验的人员都应根据SBC-JZGS/ASME-12的要求接受资格鉴定。3. Examination Method 检验方法3.1 Direct Visual Examination直接目视检验Direct visual examination may usually be made when access is sufficient to place the eye within 24 in.(600mm) of the surface to be examined and at an angle not less than 30 deg. to the surface to be examined. Mirrors may be used to improve the angle of vision, and aids such as a magnifying lens may be used to assist examinations. Illumination (natural or supplemental white light) for the specific part, component, vessel, or section thereof being examined is required. The minimum light intensity at examination surface/site shall be 100footcandles (1000 lux). The light source, technique used, and light level verification is required to be demonstrated one time, documented, and maintained on file.当能够充分靠近,而使眼睛离被检验表面不超过24in.(600mm),与被检表面所成的视角不小于30时,则一般可采用直接的目视检验,可以采用反光镜来改善观察的角度,并可借助于放大镜之类来帮助检验。在做直接检验时,具体的零件、部件、容器或容器的某个部位需要照明。(自然光或辅助白炽光),至少要有100fc(1000lx)的强度。所用的方法光源和光水平需要进行验证,并在文件里加以记录和保存。3.2 Remote Visual Examination遥控目视检验In some cases, remote visual examination may have to be substituted for direct examination. Remote visual examination may use visual aids such as mirrors, telescopes, borescopes, fiber optics, cameras, or other suitable instruments. Such systems shall have a resolution capability at least equivalent to that obtainable by direct visual observation. 在有些情况下,可能需以远距离的目视检验来代替直接检验。远距离的目视检验还可以辅之以各种反光镜、望远镜、照相机、或其他合适的仪器。这些系统的分辨能力至少应和直接目视检验相当。4. Piping Visual Examination管道目视检验Visual examination shall be performed, as necessary, during the fabrication and erection of piping components to provide verification that the design and WPS requirements are being met. In addition, visual examination shall be performed to verify that all completed welds in pipe and piping components comply with the acceptance standards specified in 3.1 below or with the limitations on imperfections specified in the material specification under which the pipe or component was furnished.当加工和安装管道元件时,如果需要验证满足设计和WPS的要求,应进行目视检查。此外,目视检查应用以验证管子和管道元件上所有完工焊缝符合下面规定的合格标准或者符合管子或元件的材料标准中所规定的缺陷限值。4.1 Acceptance Standards. The following indications are unacceptable: 合格标准 下列指示是不合格的。(a) cracksexternal surface; 裂缝外表面;(b) undercut on surface which is greater than 1/32in. (5.0mm) long;任何其它长度大于3/16in.(5.0mm)的线性指示;(g) surface porosity with rounded indications having dimensions greater than 3/16in. (5.0mm) or four or more rounded indications separated by 1/16in. (2.0mm) or less edge to edge in any direction.
