No prior notification before change.1 总则 General1.1 概述 Overview SIK箱式变电站(以下简称箱变)又称户外成套变电站,也称做组合式变电站,因其具有组合灵活、便于运输、迁移、安装方便、施工周期短、运行费用低、占地面积小、无污染、免维护等优点被广泛应用于城市小型变配电站、厂矿及流动作业用变电站的建设与改造,因其易于深入负荷中心,减少供电半径,提高末端电压质量,特别适用于城市电网改造. SIK packaged substation(abbreviated as “Packaged Substation”), also named as outdoor integrated power substation, also named as package substation, since it features flexible integration, easy transportation, transfer, easy installation, short construction interval, lower operation cost, less land use, free pollution and maintenance, it is widely used for construction and restructuring in small-sized power substation, factory and where mobile works exist, it also features easier entry into load center, reduction for radius for power supply, improvement for voltage quality at end, particularly for restructuring for city power grid.1.2 标准和规范 Standards and regulations SIK箱式变电站满足以下标准:SIK packaged substation meets following standards:1GB/T17467-98 高低压预装式变电站Hi-/low-voltage prefabricated substations 2GB1985-89 交流高压隔离开关和接地开关AC hi-voltage isolation switch and grounding switch 3GB11022-89 高压开关设备通用技术条件General technical condition for hi-voltage switch device4DL/T 402-91 交流高压断路器订货技术条件 Purchase technical condition for AC hi-voltage breaker 5DL/T 403-91 635kV户内真空断路器订货技术条件Purchase technical condition for 635Kv indoor vacuum breaker 6DL/T 404-1997 户内交流高压开关订货技术条件 Purchase technical condition for indoor AC hi-voltage switch 7DL/T 486-92 交流高压隔离开关订货技术条件 Purchase technical condition for AC hi-voltage isolation switch 8DL/T537-2002 高压/低压预装箱式变电站选用导则 Selection and application guideline for hi-/low-voltage prefabricated packaged substation9DL/T 539-1996 高压开关设备的共用订货技术条件 Purchase technical condition for hi-voltage switch device10. GB1094.5-2003(IEC60076-5:2000) 电力变压器Electric transformer箱变外壳的防护等级为IP45,高压室及变压器室防护等级为IP33。Protective class (shell) for package substation is IP45, protection class for hi-voltage room and transformer room is IP33。在系统的安装和运行期间,要遵守所有相关的IEC规范及国家或地方相关的安全导则,还应考虑江苏长江电器股份有限公司提供的有关资料。During system installation and operation, this should meet all relevant IEC regulations and national or local safety code, together with relevant data provided by Jiangsu Daqo Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd.1.3工作条件 Operation condition SIK箱式变电站正常工作条件如下:SIK packaged substation has following normal operation conditions:环境温度:Ambient temperature:最高温度Max temperature +40C日平均值不大于 +35CDaily mean value (not more than) +35C最低温度Min temperature -15C 日平均相对湿度Daily mean relative humidity 95%及以下95% or less月平均相对湿度Monthly mean relative humidity 90%及以下90% or less 安装场所的海拔高度Altitude height for installation site 1000m及以下1000m or less 地震烈度 Earthquake intensity: 不超过8度Not over degree 8没有火灾、爆炸危险,没有严重污秽及化学腐蚀的场所。And it is such place where there is free from fire, explosion, serious dirtiness or chemical corrosion.2.1 耐内部故障电弧性能 Electric arc resistance for interior failureSIK箱式变电站在设计上已考虑到箱变内部故障电弧的问题,并在高压室及低压室间留有压力释放通道,根据GB17467和IEC298进行了严格的试验,能有效地保证设备及操作人员的安全。SIK packaged substation has been designed after consideration for electric arc resistance for interior failure and reserved with pressure relief access between hi-pressure room and low-pressure one, and has been certified and approved after strict test under GB17467 and IEC298, which effectively assures safety for equipment and operator.3 箱式变电站结构概述Structural overview for packaged substation3.1基本结构 Basic structure箱式变电站由箱变壳体和RM6负荷开关柜及电力变压器组成,这是它的基本结构。Packaged substation includes shell and RM6 load switch cabinet and electric transformer, which is also basic structure.3.2外壳和隔板 Shell and isolation board开关柜的外壳采用0.75mm不锈钢板,内部隔板采用优质钢板制成,具有很强的抗氧化、耐腐蚀功能,且刚度和机械强度比普通低碳钢板高。高压室和变压器室之间预留压力释放板。出现内部故障时,高压室内气压升高,由于柜门已可靠密封,高压气体将冲开压力释放板释放至变压器室。Shell for switch cabinet is made of 0.75mm thick stainless steel board, interior isolation board is made of quality steel plate, featuring superior oxidation resistance and corrosion one, as well as higher rigidity and mechanical intensity than normal mild steel plate. These reserves with pressure relief board between hi-pressure room and transformer room. In case of interior failure, hi-voltage indoor gas pressure rises; as cabinet door has been reliably sealed, so high-pressure gas shall impact and open up pressure relief board and relieve it into transformer room.4.箱式变电站的安装Installation for packaged substation4.1用户应按生产厂提供的箱式变基础参考图施工(用户也可根据需要自行设计)。User shall construct according to packaged substation foundation reference drawing provided by manufacturer (user also can himself design it under actual demand).4.2在箱式变基础的一侧或四周埋设好接地极,变压器接地与防雷接地可以公用一个接地系统。引至箱式变基础平台的接地引线应不少于两根,并确保接地电阻小于等于4欧姆。Securely bury grounding polar at one side or around packaged substation foundation, transformer grounding and lightning-resistant grounding shall share in one grounding system. Grounding fed-in line into package substation foundation platform should not be less than two, and assure it is not over 4 ohms grounding resistor. 4.3箱式变应采用专用工具底部起吊,如附图所示,注意吊装标记。Packaged substation should be hoisted from base and hoisted by special tool, see relative illustration. And note hoisting mark. 4.4箱式变底座与基础之间的缝隙用水泥沙浆抹封,以免雨水进入电缆室。Use cement slurry to plaster and seal the clearance between packaged substation base and foundation, so that rainwater flows into cable room. 4.5电缆进入电缆室后,电缆与穿管之间的缝隙须密封防水。After cable enters cable room, this must seal with clearance between cable and in-fed pipe for better waterproof performance. 5箱式变电站的操作与维修 Operation and maintenance for packaged substation5.1箱式变在安装维修后,在投入运行前应检查下列项目:After packaged substation is installed and repaired; following items should be inspected before formal operation:a、成套装置内是否清洁;If it is clean and tidy inside packaged device;b、操作机构是否灵活;If manipulation device is flexible;c、主要电器通断是否灵活可靠;If major electric appliance switches on or off in flexible and reliable form;d、仪表与互感器的匹配是否正确,接线及极性是否正确;If instrumentation correctly matches with mutual inductance meter and if wiring and polarity are correcte、电器辅助接点的通断回路是否可靠、准确;If switch-on/off loop at auxiliary joint point for electric appliance is reliable and accurate;f、所有电器安装螺母是否紧固;If fixation nut for all electric appliances is tight;g、所有母线是否连接良好;If all buses is better connected;h、电器整定值是否符合要求,熔断器选择是否正确;If electric appliance commutation value meets relevant requirements, and if fuse is correctly selected;i、表计及继电器动作是否准确无误;If meter pointer and relay activation is accurate without any error;j、主回路及辅助回路的电气接点是否符合原理图要求;If electric joint between major loop and auxiliary one meets requirement for wiring schematic drawing;k、变压器的温控装置是否已调到规定的使用温度;If thermostatic controller for transformer has been adjusted to specified operation temperature;l、检查电容器外壳的接地是否良好,放电系统是否可靠;If grounding for capacitor shell is better and if electric discharge system is reliable;m、箱式变投运前应对高低压配电设备、变压器计量装置等进行必要的试验,试验合格后,才允许投运。Before transfer for packaged substation, this must first make necessary test for hi-/low-voltage power distribution facility and transformer metering device, it is put into formal transfer only after qualified. 5.2将变压器室门及所有开关设备可以开启的门均关好,所有开关应处 于分闸位置。Completely switch off transformer room door and those can be opened for all switch devices, all switches should stay at switch-off position. 5.3按操作程序合闸11KV进线电源,观察高压室指示仪表,若正常,变压器方可投入运行。Under operation procedure, switch on 11KV in-fed power supply, observe meter set at hi-voltage room; if normal, this only can run transformer.5.4闭合低压室总开关,观察电压指示仪表,若正常,再分别合分路开关,箱式变投入正常运行。Switch on main low-voltage switch, observe voltage indicating meter; if normal, respectively switch on branch switch, then this puts packaged substation into normal operation. 6.电力变压器 Power Transformer6.1适用范围 Scope of application本说明书运用于容量为6300KVA及以下,电压为35KVA以下的油浸式电力变压器。凡本系列变压器经正常运输后,不需作吊芯检查,即可装配有关拆卸的零部件,做验收试验项目,合格后,便可投入运行。The instructions are suitable for oil-immersed power transformer with the capacity of 6300KVA and below and the voltage of below 35KVA. This series of transformers neednt to perform suspended core treatments after normal transporation. After assembling the relavant teardown parts and components and being qualified in acceptance test, they can be put into use.6.2变压器的运输 Transportation of the transformer1 变压器至安装地点的运输方法:主要为公路或铁路运输。此类变压器一律装满油运输,应附带的零件,配套件,出厂技术文件等,另装成箱与变压器一起发运。Transportation approach of the transformer to the installation site: mainly by highway or railway transporation. This kind of transformer should be transported in full-oil container without exception. The incidental parts, auxiliary equipments and technical documents should be loaded in another container and be transported with the transformer together.2. 起吊变压器时,应同时使用箱壁上的四个吊攀。这四个吊攀可以承受变压器总箱盖上的吊板环仅供起吊器身之用,起吊时绳与垂线之夹角不得大于30。When lifting the transformer, use the four joint hinges on the container sides at the same time. These four joint hinges can bear the transformer and the ring on the top tank cover is only used for the lifter. The included angle between the rope and the vertical line shall not exceed 30.3. 运输过程中,变压器的倾斜度不得大于15。Inclination pitch of the transformer shall not exceed 15 in transportation.6.3变压器的验收Acceptance of the transformer1 用货单位收到变压器以后,应立即按铭牌查对所收到的产品之序号、规格是否与订货合同相符;随之按出厂文件一览表查对技术文件及产品与附件是否齐全,并检查:After receiving the transformer, the reception company shall immediately check, according to nameplate, whether the item #, specifications of the received products are in accordance with those in the order contract; and then according to the list of documents, check whethcer the technical documents, products and auxiliary parts are all present, and then check:(1) 变压器有无漏油、渗油现象。Whether the transformer leaks or seeps oil.(2) 产品与零件有无损坏。Whether products and parts are damaged.(3) 易损部件,如安全气道膜、信号温度计、套管气体继电器等有无损坏。(容量为630KVA及以下变压器无气体继电器及信号温度计)Whether vulnerable parts, like safety air passage membrane, signal thermometer, tube gas relay, are damaged(there are no gas relay and signal thermometer for the transformer with the capacity of below 630KVA).6.4变压器的贮存Storage of the transformer变压器的贮放时,油箱油面应该经常保持在箱盖以上,并定期检查其贮存情况。对于拆卸储油柜运输的变压器,在运到贮存地后必须端装上储油柜,以保证有一定的油压与油量,以适应贮存期间温度变化的需要。Oil surface in the oil container shall always keep above the tank cover in the storage of the transformer, and regular check of its storage needs to be done. The transformer needs to install its oil conservator after arriving at the destination if its oil conservator is dismantled for transportation, to make sure there is enough oil pressure and oil mass to satisfy the needs of changed temperature during storage.6.5变压器的总装配General assembly of the transformer1.不拆卸运输的变压器,即可做投入运行前的试验项目。拆卸运输的变压器,必须先装好储油柜,安全气道。The transformer that isnt dismantled can be put into test item before formal running. The transformer that is dismantled should assemble the oil conservator and safety air passage first.2.装水银温度计,讯号温度计的同时要将温度计座内注满变压器油。Fill the transformer oil fully into the pedestal when installing the mercurial thermometer and the signal thermometer.7.SWX-13-10/60-120无载分接开关No-load tap changer7.1 概述Introduction1. SWX-13-10/60-120无载分接开关供三相中性点调压使用,电压等级为10千伏,负载电流限值60A和120ASWX-13-10/60-120 no-load tap changer is used for three-phase voltage regulation, with the voltage being 10 kilovoltage and the limited value of load current being 60A and 120A.2. 在操作分接开关时,必须严格禁止带电操作。Hot-line work is strictly forbidden in operating the tap changer.7.2无载分接开关的结构Structure of no-load tap changer1. 此种分接开关,采用一个M422的圆螺母,将开关吊装于变压器油箱盖下,为使分接开关暴露于空气中之部分全部密封,采用一个手柄罩,操作分接开关时,必须旋下该手柄罩。This kind of tap changer adopts a M422 round nut, which hangs the tap changer under the oil tank cover of the transformer. In order to seal all the parts of the tap changer exposed in the air, a handle cover is used; screw off the handle cover when operating the tap changer.2. SWX-13-10/60-120无载分接开关(如图2所示),9个定触头按40间隔固定于绝缘座盘上,绝缘座盘上端固定在法兰盘上,法兰盘又被一个M422圆螺母固定在变压器的箱盖下,动触头套在中心的绝缘柱下端,上半轴与法兰盘间有密封装置,上部装有手柄和定位件,可以指示出开关所处之位置,当旋转手柄时,动触头随上半轴绝缘柱转动到相应的定触头上,为防止整个分接开关转动,在箱盖下焊装一个卡板。Nine fixed contactors of SWX-13-10/60-120 no-load tap changer(as shown in Diagram 2)are fiexed on the insulation base with 40 space. The top end of the insulation base is fixed on the ring flange while the ring flange is fixed under the tank cover by a M422 round nut. Moving contactor is positioned at the lower end of the central insulation post. There is sealing device between the upper axle and the ring flange. The handle and the locating piece are set on the top, showing the position the switch points. When rotating the handle, moving contactor moves to the corresponding position of the fixed contactor following the movement of the upper axle of the insulation post. A snap-gauge is welded under the tank cover in order to prevent the turning of the whole tap changer.7.3无载分解开关的工作原理和手动操作Working principle and manual operation of no-load tap changer1SWX-13-10/60-120无载分接开关与变压器线圈联接图。 (图1)Linkage diagram of SWX-13-10/60-120 no-load tap changer and the transformer coil (Diagram. 1)Carrete del transformadorContactor movibleDiagrama 12.由第1条所示三相线圈图中可以看出,当分接开关改变位置时,相应地改变了变压器线圈的匝数,即改变了变压器的电压。 From the three-phase coil as shown in the above item 1, it can be seen that the position change of tap changer will correspondingly change the number of windings of transformer coil, that is to say, it changes the voltage of the transformer.3无载分接开关的操作方法,首先应切断电源,旋下手柄罩,将定位件向上拔平,用手旋转手柄,使其箭头对准数字牌上所需档位,再把定位件按进相对应的槽口,最后旋紧手柄罩。 No-load tap changer operates in the following way: first cut off the power supply, screw off the handle cover, pull out the locating piece upward, screw the handle with the hand to make the arrow point at the desired gear on the numerical plate, press the locating piece into the corresponding groove, and finally screw the hanle cover tightly.7.4分接开关的维护和检修Maintenance and Overhauling of the tap changer1. 无载分接开关经常在一个位置上工作时,为消除触头部分氧化膜及油污等物,保证接触良好,不论变压器是否需要改变电压,每年至少要转动分接开关10周以上。如果不需更改变电压时,在转动后仍旧固定在原来的位置上,转动方法按本使用说明书第7条进行。If the no-load tap changer often works in the same position, in order to remove the oxide coating and grease and ensure better contact, it is necessary to turn the tap changer at least 10 rounds every year, no matter whether the transformer needs to change the voltage or not. If the voltage is unnecessary to change, fix to the original position after turning. The turning
