Urban development persist in new construction and renovation to enhance both.北京市质量技术监督局职工住宅楼工程塔吊吊运施工方案一、工程概况1.1本工程0.000以上1-20层结构墙体施工模板采用厂家制作定型大钢模施工。顶板采用碗式扣件支撑体系100*100与100*50方木及竹胶板搭设。1.2钢模厂为河北省唐山模板厂。厂家设计、制作了定型大钢模板、阴阳角模板、防护支挂架、穿墙螺栓与支腿,具体设计详见厂家设计图。1.3施工流水段配制情况。每层分为四个施工段:基本上以本工程南北与东西中心线为界设置,西南方为I段、西北方为II段、东南方为III段、东北方为IV段。I、III段为一套模板,II、IV段为一套模板共220余块,1500多平方米。1.4塔吊使用QTZ630型,臂长50m,满足施工高度和楼层吊装要求。塔吊单位为北京四维建筑机械租赁有限公司,塔吊制造商山东省烟台市建设机械厂。1.5塔吊吊装时间:2003年12月-2004年6月1.6本工程标准层2.8m,地上21层,室内外高差1.2m,建筑高度为62.3m。1.7吊运物资:钢筋、大钢模、木料、竹胶板、支撑物件、管材、渣土、少量砂浆与砼等。二、吊装施工方案2.1吊塔安装2.1.1择优选用有营业执照、资质、塔吊验收与年检、拆装资质证件齐全,塔司取得上岗证的单位承担吊运施工。及时与选定单位签定合同及安全管理协议书。2.1.2塔吊单位应设计基础图纸、施工方负责基础施工。2.1.3塔吊单位负责对塔吊基础进行验收签认。2.1.4基础验收合格后,塔吊单位负责安装和拆卸。2.2塔吊的运行施工2.2.1安装验收试运行合格后,方能进入正式施工。2.2.2由施工方配备具有上岗证的信号工负责指挥调度。2.2.3塔吊的顶升、正常维修保养和故障排除均由塔吊方负责及时保障。2.2.4塔司严格执行“塔式起重机安全规程”GB5144-1994。2.2.5吊运重量限制控制在“液压自升塔式起重机简介”中起重特性曲线之内。一般情况下,限重为 2T。2.2.6回转限制要求:本工程北侧为质监局办公楼,塔吊向北侧转向限制措施要绝对可靠,不得因向北转向时碰撞损坏质监局办公楼建筑。2.2.7吊索钢丝绳要求:10层以下为16,10层上为20。2.2.8吊索载料要求:钢筋、方木、竹胶板、管材等长料都要放在底有垫木上,堆放整齐;螺栓杆、钢筋头、砂浆、砼、施工渣土等散物料都要放在牢固结实的容器内。吊索必须是两根四钩环,不准单根吊索运载。2.2.9角模与2m钢模可以双块同吊运行,其他物资要单块单堆、单容器吊运。每吊重量限制在2T以下。2.2.10钢模吊运要求: 安装时吊运。钢模清理、保养、刷隔离剂。经检验,吊索勾挂牢固,吊勾闭锁到位,人工扶拉平稳,入模位置放线,清扫完毕,提升落吊要轻提快升,快落缓放,钢模基本就位后脱钩要迅速。以此来提高运速加快施工进度。 拆模时吊运:挂勾闭锁到位,待钢模螺栓拆卸完毕后,模板面脱离墙体,要轻提快升、快落缓放,到达存放地,放置达60度倾角时摘勾。二层以上室内拆模需在卸料平台上码放整齐,堆进容器内吊运。三、大宗物料堆放场地平面布置3.1大钢模存放地。本工程西侧15m外侧和南侧详见平面图。3.2钢筋堆放地。本工程西侧3m外侧,详见平面图。3.3木料存放地。本工程西北角和东侧,详见平面图。四、每一施工段吊运量材料名称单 位数 量大钢模块50角钢模块38方 木立方10电梯井模组2钢 筋T15管 材T0.2竹胶板立方3碗扣式架管T20外挂架箱架箱段9渣 土立方1其 它立方2说明:模板、碗式扣架管、木料、竹胶板安装、拆除要吊运2次,其他为1次。五、安全文明施工要求5.1塔吊基础设计要符合有关技术规程要求,严格验收手续。5.2雨季施工前要做塔基周边排水、防水雨水浸泡基础造成事故。5.3塔吊安装与拆除须有执照、资质的单位施工。5.4接高顶升时,要有顶升预案,严格操作规格。5.5塔司必须持有上岗证,非塔司不准操作。5.6维护保养按规定及时进行,特别是塔臂、绳索、螺栓等。5.7按规定在禁止运行的大风、雷电气候时操作。5.8夜晚施工要有足够的现场照明。5.9信号工持证上岗,按规程科学合理指挥施工,严禁违章指挥。5.10禁止扰民时段施工,特殊情况确需施工时,需经有关部门批准。5.11负责挂勾脱勾人员安全意识要强,对每一吊次负责,起吊前必须检查闭锁到位。5.12吊运时,起吊与落地要缓、轻、稳,防止损坏成品。5.13塔臂下,禁止人员过往,防止造成人身伤害。5.14重量、力矩、升高、速度、回转限制器必须灵敏可靠。5.15楼面堆料限制有荷载为150kg/m2,并且要匀放轻放稳放,防止压、砸
