According to the requirements of the Fire Services Act, so that everyone has of keeping fire control safety, protecting fire control facilities, fire prevention, reports of fire龙南骏亚电子科技有限公司公司规章制度手册二、规章制度(三).转正、评级、晋升及调薪管理制度制度版本:A/1 (三).转正、评级、晋升及调薪管理制度1.0目的为规范公司员工转正、评级、晋升及调薪工作,使转正、评级、晋升及调薪有据可依,特颁布此制度。2.0适用范围公司所有转正、评级、晋升及调薪的员工。3.0职责3.1 综合部负责转正、评级名单的统计与转正、评级、晋升及调薪手续的办理;3.2 各部门主管、经理负责转正、评级及职务晋升的提报与审核;3.4 公司分管领导负责组长(含)以下人员转正、评级及职务晋升申请的批准。3.5公司总经理负责副主管(含)以上人员转正、评级及职务晋升申请的最终批准。4.0 制度细则4.1员工转正与调薪4.1.1 员工试用期原则上一般为三个月,有特殊情况,如熟手进厂或能力突出可缩短试用期的,最短须在一个月后提出申请,并经书面考试及操作测试通过后,由部门主管填写试用员工转正申请表报部门经理及公司分管领导或总经理批准后方能交综合部安排转正和评级。4.1.2 凡在当月15号(含)前入厂的,当月按入厂一个月计算,在当月15号以后入厂的,从次月1号开始计算入厂时间。4.1.3 综合部每月须在25号前将下月待转正的人员名单用员工转正名单统计表统计好并分部门提供给各相关部门经理,以防遗漏。4.1.4 各部门经理按综合部提供的名单统一安排填写试用员工转正申请表,经部门经理审核总经理批准后,在每月5号前交综合部按4.2.1转正调薪规定调整薪资。4.2组长以下员工(含组长、文员、技术员、司机)评级与调薪4.2.1 公司各部门的各个岗位分为A、B、C三级,工资及待遇的确定与调整具体详见各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表4.2.2 所有生手员工进厂,其底薪按各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表的规定。4.2.3 所有熟手员工进厂,可按其工作经验及对业务的熟练程度确定其工资级别。4.2.4 所有试用合格的员工,试用期满后即可申请评级,以后每隔六个月评级一次。具体由综合部25号前提供名单交由部门主管填写员工评级申请表,根据员工评级标准并结合申请员工的工作表现评级。4.2.5 所有岗位变动,经试用三个月合格后,即可申请重新评级,若有特殊情况,提出提前评级的按4.1.1相关规定,具体由部门主管填写转岗试用员工转正申请表及员工评级申请表,根据员工评级标准并结合申请员工的工作表现评级。4.2.6 所有评级结果包括“升级”、“降级”、“保持原级别”,而且所有的升级只能逐级调整,不得越级调整,若有特殊贡献申请超级调整的须报总经理特批。4.2.7 员工在“升级”或“降级”时,不论其当前的工资高低,一律按不同级别的基本工资及管理(技术)工资的差距对其进行“加薪”或“降薪”。4.3副主管以上员工(含助理工程师、工程师)的转正、评级与调薪4.3.1 转正调薪及相关待遇见各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表。4.3.2 若是从外部招聘,由各部门负责人根据应聘人员的应聘条件按各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表规定,确定试用职位及工资标准,报部门经理、公司分管领导或总经理批准后交综合部办理入厂手续。4.3.3 凡进厂或内部提升的日期在当月15号(含)以前的,当月按一个月计算试用期,在当月15号(不含)以后则从下月开始计算试用期。4.3.4 试用期满后由各部门主管、经理安排填写试用员工转正申请表或转岗试用员工转正申请表并根据试用人员的试用期工作表现确定其职位及工资级别,经部门经理、公司分管领导或总经理批准后交综合管理部安排调整薪资及相关待遇。4.3.5 所有分级别的副主管以上员工(含助理工程师、工程师),从试用合格之日起即可申请评级,后续每隔12个月评级一次,评级及调薪按4.2.6和4.2.7相关规定。4.4为加强不同级别员工的识别透明度,提高不同级别员工的工作责任感,公司为不同级别的员工佩戴不同的级别标识牌加以识别,具体按以下五大类二十种标准进行区分:序号岗位颜色级别区分试用期CBA1员工、初中技、文员绿色绿牌无星一颗红星二颗红星三颗红星2计划员、采购员、市场助理、仓库管理员、组长、中技、高技、助理工程师蓝色蓝牌无星一颗红星二颗红星三颗红星3会计师、初、中工程师、副主管、主管黄色黄牌无星一颗红星二颗红星三颗红星4高工、总管、副经理、经理红色红牌无星一颗金星二颗金星三颗金星5总工、总助、副总、总经理紫色紫牌无星一颗金星二颗金星三颗金星4.5工龄津贴:4.5.1 公司各部门员工每工作满一年可于次月安排评定工龄津贴,具体由各部门负责人对各所属员工进行评审,具体详见员工工龄津贴评审表,其工龄期限的界定按4.1.2规定方法,其名单的提报按4.1.3规定方法。4.5.2按评审结果确定其工龄津贴金额,其中:年度评审级别年度评审得分占工龄津贴金额的比例杰出90分(含)以上110%优秀80分(含)-90分(不含)100%优良70分(含)-80分(不含)90%合格60分(含)-70分(不含)80%较差40分(含)-60(不含)60%极差40分(不含)以下0%4.5.3公司各个岗位的员工在评定其工龄津贴时,须参照相关的最大限度,具体参照附件:各部门、岗位员工工龄津贴最高限额一览表。4.5.4 员工若有岗位变动,其工龄津贴按新岗位的最大限度重新评定。4.6职务晋升:4.6.1晋升申请的提出、审核和批准:4.6.1.1 当某领导岗位或技术岗位出现空缺,若内部人员有胜任此岗位者,可由其上级领导提出晋升申请,具体由其上级领导填写岗位调动申请单报其部门经理审核。4.6.1.2 部门经理接到岗位调动申请单后,须对该晋升人员进行考核:笔试或口试,通过后将相关考核结果连同岗位调动申请单交公司领导批准。4.6.1.3 若是晋升组长(含)以下职务,经公司分管副总经理批准即可;4.6.1.4 若是晋升副主管(含)以上副经理(不含)以下职务,须报公司分管副总经理审批并经总经办会议通过后,由总经理批准;4.6.1.5 若是晋升副经理(含)以上职务,须报公司分管副总经理审批并经总经办会议通过,由总经理审批后,报董事长批准;4.6.1.6 晋升申请未批准之前,部门不得向内部或外部宣布其任命,更不能让其履行其待晋升职务之职责。4.6.2晋升的条件:4.6.2.1 原则上不得越级晋升,晋升只能逐级晋升,本公司的职务晋升的级别分为:员工副组长组长副主管主管副经理经理总经理助理副总经理总经理4.6.2.3 不在同一岗位上的职务晋升:如员工晋升副组长、组长晋升副主管、主管晋升副经理,须在原职务上工作12个月以上,方可给予晋升。4.6.2.3 在同一岗位上的职务晋升:如在部门主持工作的副经理晋升正经理,须在原职务上工作6个月以上,方可提出晋升的申请。4.6.3 职务晋升后薪资的调整4.6.3.1 职务晋升后须有试用期,其具体的试用时间按各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表相关规定。4.6.3.2 试用期满后由其上级领导安排填写试用员工转正申请表和员工评级申请表,经部门经理审核、公司分管副总或总经理批准后交综合部安排调整薪资。4.6.3.3 转正时须按各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表进行评级时不得提前转正及跨越评级,若有特殊贡献及其它特殊情况要求提前转正、跨越评级以及特殊加薪的,则须由部门填写转岗试用员工转正申请表或员工评级申请表或薪资变动申请单经公司分管副总审核后报总经理特别批准。5.0 相关支持性文件各部门定岗定编定级及薪资标准一览表各岗位员工工龄津帖最高限额一览表(附件)6.0 相关记录表格试用员工转正申请表转岗试用员工转正申请表员工评级申请表员工工龄津贴评审表员工岗位调动申请表薪资变动申请单制订审核复审复审批准附件: 各部门、岗位员工工龄津贴最高限额一览表部门分部门岗位最大限度总经办总经理2000元副总经理1600元总经理助理1200元生产部生产部经理1000元副经理800元总管、高级工程师600元各工序主管、中级工程师400元各工序副主管、初级工程师300元生产工序、维修部组长、助理工程师250元生产部、维修部湿菲林、字符文员、技术员、丝印员工、钻锣机操作员220元线路、湿菲林、内层、测试对位、丝印、追线、飞针、AOI、QC员工180元各工序普通岗位员工150元品质部品质部经理1000元副经理、高级工程师800元主管、中级工程师400元副主管、初级工程师300元组长、助理工程师250元文员、技术员220元FQC、QA检板、修理员工、IPQC180元FQC、包装普通岗位150元计划部经理1000元副经理800元主管400元工程师/车队长300元文员、计划员、司机220元仓管员180元工程/工艺部经理1000元副经理800元主管、高级工程师600元副主管、中级工程师400元初级工程师300元技术员、文员220元综合管理部经理1000元副经理800元主管600元副主管400元工程师、饭堂领班、主管助理300元文员、厨师220元厨工180元清洁工150元财务部财务经理1000元副经理800元主管600元会计、出纳300元仓库主管400元仓管220元市场部经理1000元副经理800元报价员300元助理220元采购部采购经理1000元采购员300元文员220元外协对帐、跟单220元转数180元作成:_审核:_复审:_批准:_编制本施工方案时,分析了本工程的工程特点,地质条件和设计要求,结合我公司其它工地施工经验及教训,本着创一流的质量Electricity lines, equipment inspections, found hidden in time for rectification, maintenance, and security. 9, do not use an open flame in the classroom, prohibit burning stove, lit candles, mosquito repellent, no smoking, and banning messy wiring.
