We use a simple external circuit to control the display screen, which size is 32 192. The display screen also can display the size of the six 32 32 dot matrix Chinese characters by a dynamic scan mode, and can be divided into two small display screen, which can display twenty-four Chinese characters whose size is 1616. We can modify the code to change the content of the display, subtitles can achieve scrolling function and the scroll speed can be adjusted according to requirements, subtitles can also achieve pause function. The Chinese character code stored in external data memory, the capacity of data memory is expanded according to. the requirements of Chinese characters we want to show. Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) technology can easily control the frequency of the signal for direct synthesis of waveforms. This paper designed a signal generator with the amplitude and frequency modulation by using AD9850 as frequency synthesizer and AT89S52 single chip microcomputer (SCM) as the core. Detailed design principle and idea are discussed. AD9850 of the DDS chip is used to generate the waveform. The frequency data of external input can be transformed to frequency phase control words of chip by simple parallel or serial communication interface with the single chip microcomputer. Amplitude modulation is. realized by the AD7520 chip. The system is not only simple in structure, easy to implement, but also convenient and cheap. For asynchronously accessing to an exterior from the single-chip microcomputer core, the external bus interface circuit produces an asynchronous access control signal to the exterior based on an access control signal from the single-chip microcomputer core. The internal bus interconnects the single-chip microcomputer core and the external bus interface circuit, and the logic circuit is asynchronously accessible to and from the single-chip microcomputer core. The bus interface circuit is connected to the internal bus and produces an asynchronous access control signal to the logic circuit based on an access control signal inputted through the internal bus. Even when the user logic unit is designed with operating clocks independent from the operating clocks of the single-chip microcomputer, the function of the user logic unit is not bound by any significant limitations, and the number of steps involved in preparing the user logic test pattern is reduced. 4、 学位论文(中外文各找2篇):(必备)篇名:单片机与Internet网络的通信应用研究作者:刘建超授予单位:山东师范大学摘要:随着计算机通信技术、电子信息技术和多媒体技术的飞速发展,Internet网络日益成为人们日常生活中必不可少的工具。信息家电、智能化仪表等需要与Internet网络连接的非PC设备越来越多。就目前来看,在非PC设备中,大约有50%左右的是8位的微处理器。若想实现这些设备与Internet网络的通信,必须扩展8位微处理器的网络功能。本文提出了单片机与Internet网络通信的一种具体实现方案。鉴于8位小型微型单片机系统的广泛应用,在深入学习了解了高性能的32位单片微处理器与Internet网络的通信应用之后,选择目前较为流行的八位单片机和以太网控制芯片构成单片机网络通信系统,并在此基础上成功的将经过裁剪的TCP/IP协议移植到系统中,在此基础上设计并实现了嵌入式webserver应用:客户端通过浏览器中的网页实时操纵单片机应用系统LED小灯的亮灭。由于8位单片机的内部资源有限,根据其自身特点和实际应用的需要,必须对TCP/IP协议进行适当的裁剪。本系统在设计过程中,选择了TCP/IP协议各层最具代表性的协议,并对其进行裁剪,将裁减后的协议移植到系统中后,经实验证明系统运行良好,达到了预期的目的。论文首先根据需要,设计以太网接口电路,编写以太网驱动程序;对TCP/IP协议进行适当裁减,以适应8位单片机内部资源,并进行移植;实现了webserver应用,通过对HTTP协议分析,在单片机内部实现了HTTP协议,并用HTML语言编写web页面,把网页保存到单片机内部的ROM中,通过Internet explorer浏览器可以远程访问网页,并实现对系统的实时监控、操纵。根据webserver应用在单片机中实现的具体需求,设计摒弃了嵌入式实施操作系统,直接实现了TCP/IP协议,大大缩短了开发的时间;本文最大的特点是在8位单片机中实现了webserver应用,对单片机系统的控制和监测变得简便、直观。使用HTML语言编写了网页,并将源代码以字符数组的形式存储在单片机的EEPROM中,读取时可以以访问数组的形式访问代码,巧妙地绕过了操作系统对文件读取的限制,并且提高了系统的运行效率。以单片机为核心的小型微型嵌入式系统必将在教育领域得到广泛应用。目前,高校信息资源建设正如火如荼,软件信息资源的共享,使得教育极大的便利化,教育投资的效益迅速提高。但是,硬件资源难以共享。有了嵌入式技术的支持,在精密仪器中植入小型的嵌入式芯片,就可以通过操作嵌入到单片机内部的web页面的按钮,远程实时操纵仪器,并通过单片机采集数据,传输到本地计算机,并且用浏览器将信息图文并茂的显示,可以方便的得到实验数据。实现校园硬件设备的共享,可以大大节省人力物力,具有极大的经济效益,对教育信息化发展具有积极的推动作用。篇名:基于PROTEUS的单片机仿真实验系统研究及应用作者:刁宇清授予单位:西安工业大学摘要:本文根据电子系统设计,特别是单片机应用系统开发设计不能充分利用现代技术手段,开发周期长,严重影响产品生命周期,滞后工程应用需求的问题,同时根据高等教育中,电子技术和单片机应用技术课程实验教学不能满足应用型,创新型人才培养需求的问题,依托陕西理工学院“电力系统及其自动化”重点学科基于Proteus虚拟单片机应用系统和实验教学系统研发的建设项目,采用Proteus强大的设计,仿真软件功能,构建一个电子系统,特别是单片机应用系统的开发平台,构建一个适应现代人才培养需求的虚拟实验系统。在认真研究,挖掘Proteus仿真软件强大功能的基础上,结合电子系统设计,特别是单片机应用系统设计过程、方法、手段、环境条件,重点是结合单片机应用技术专业人才培养实验教学的规律特点和单片机应用技术的发展趋势,运用了计算机仿真技术,构建了基于Proteus的虚拟实验系统,论述了实验系统的构建的方法与方案。在构建Proteus虚拟实验系统的基础上,开发了模拟电子技术,数字电子技术,单片机应用技术的实验应用实例。所构建的Proteus虚拟实验系统也可作为单片机应用系统开发设计的平台。经实验应用实例验证,所构建的基于Proteus虚拟实验系统方案合理,方法得当,能满足单片机应用技术专业人才培养的需求,能有效激发学生的自主学习和创新意识和创新能力,同时可作为单片机应用系统研发的平台论文共分四章。第一章论述了选题背景及意义,描述了虚拟实验系统开发的必要性,紧迫性和可行性;第二章分析了Proteus功能及其利用;第三章论述了基于Proteus构建虚拟实验系统(单片机研发平台)的构建方案,给出了三大类10个实验应用实例;第四章对论文工作进行了总结与展望。 篇名: Quantitative capacitance measurements using a scanning probe microscope. 作者:Ott, Michael.授予单位:University of Ottawa (Canada)摘要:This thesis describes the theory, simulation and experimental implementation of a method by which an atomic force microscope with scanning capacitance microscopy (SCM) capability can be employed in a nontraditional fashion to quantitatively measure the capacitance of metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) structures. The capability to deduce sample capacitances is based on resonant frequency shifting, which relies on the SCMs ultra-precise capacitance sensor. The technique, however, is distinct from scanning capacitance microscopy imaging, with the MOS capacitor an integral part of the system resonant circuit. SPICE simulations are performed to extract phenomenological resonant circuit parameters specific to the instrumentation, subsequently permitting sample capacitance to be quantitatively extracted from the system response. Our technique represents a novel application of SCM instrumentation and has important applications in the analysis of on-chip passive components for future technology generations. Nowadays, as competition occurs effectively between supply chains and not between isolated companies, SCM (Supply Chain Management) appears as a new frontier to be explored. Within this context, this dissertation has the objective to apply the model for SCM proposed in Arago et al. (2004) to analyze the supply chains based on key-dimensions for a successful SCM. The key- dimensions considered in this model are: business process integrations, identification of the supply chain key-member, sharing of information and measures of performance related to the supply chain of an industrial gas manufacturer in the Brazilian market. This manufacturer is considered in this dissertation as the focal company of the supply chain. Five key-members of this chain are also included in the analysis. As a result the analyses, it is possible to conclude that the focal company develops different ways to manage its chain depending on each of its key members.A globalizao da competio tem forado as organizaes a buscar e implementar novas vertentes geradoras de vantagens competitivas. Em funo dessas consideraes, esta dissertao tem por objetivo de aplicar o Modelo para SCM de Arago et al. (2004) para analisar cadeias de suprimentos baseadas em dimenses-chave necessrias para uma bem sucedida SCM. As dimenses-chave consideradas neste modelo so: integrao de processos de negcios, identificao dos membros-chave da cadeia, compartilhamento de informao e medidas de desempenho relacionadas cadeia de suprimento de uma empresa fabricante de gases industriais no mercado Brasileiro. Este fabricante considerado nesta dissertao como a empresa focal da cadeia de suprimentos. Cinco membros-chave desta cadeia so tambm incorporados na anlise.
