BUT ALWAYS B.B.B.付款方式:全部运费在装完货和签发预付运费提单后3个银行工作日内付至船东指定账户.5.DEMURRAGE:USD20000PER DAY OR PRO-RATA逾期费:每天20000美金或不足一天按比例计算6.SHIPSIDE TALLY TBF OWRS ACCT, SHORE SIDE TALLY TBF CHTRS ACCT船边理货由船东承担,岸边理货由租船人承担7.TAXES/DUES IF ANY ON CARGO TO BE FOR CHTRS ACCT关于集装箱的税费由租船人承担8.L/S/D AND SHIFTING CHRG.绑扎/固定/垫料如果需要由租家负责9.SHORE CRANE CHARGE TBF CHTRS ACCT AT BENDS.港口吊运费用由租船人承担10.OWRS AGENT AT BENDS两边港口由船东指定代理11.CGO FUMIGATION. IF REQUIRED .THE EXPENSE TO BE FOR CHTRS ACCOUNT. AND THE TIME TO COUNTED AS WORKING TIME货柜如果需要熏箱的话,其费用由租船人承担,熏箱时间算入工作时间CQD BOTH ENDS就是说在装卸港都采用码头习惯快速装卸的装卸率LIGHTENING:减载。某些港口因吃水问题,对所靠泊的大轮有一定的吃水要求,所以许多大型船舶先在第一港卸掉一部分货物,使大轮达到一定吃水要求后再把大轮开到第二港卸下余下货物。因为收货人要把第一港减载下来的一部分货物用小型的船舶运到他理想的港口(第二港),这部分的运费就是驳船运费。DRRK = derrick = 吊杆MOLCO(MORE OR LESS IN CHARTERERS OPTION)租船合同样本2009年06月23日 星期二 19:411. LOADING PORT : 1SBP TIANJIN,CHINA 装货港:天津 DISCHARGING PORT:1SBP JAKARTA,INDONESIA 目的港:印尼的雅加达5. LYCN : 15-25/JUNE 2009 装运期:2009年六月15-25号6. LOADING/DISCHARGING TERMS : FLT 装运条款: 全班轮条款7. L/S/D IF ANY TBF OWRS ACCT 绑扎/平舱/垫料由船方负责安排并支付费用 8. FREIGHT:USD67 W/M FLT 运费:USD67每吨或每个方.择大即收9. 100% OCEAN FREIGHT TB PAID IN USD TO OWNER NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 (THREE) BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING.THE ORIGINAL B/L WILL BE ISSUED/RELEASED ALWAYS AFTER OWNERS BANK CONFIRMS RECEIPT OF FREIGHT.FREIGHT DEEMED EARNED UPON COMPLETION OF LOADING, DISCOUNTLESS AND NON-RETURNABLE WHETHER SHIP A/O CGO LOST OR NOT LOST.付款条件:所有的运费需要在装货完成后三天内付到船东指定的账户.在费用到了银行账上后,才可以给客户签发提单或做电放.货物上船后无论货物或船舶发生灭失与否都将视为船东已经赚取海运费且海退费不可以退回.10. L/D RATE: CQD BENDS, BUT IF THE CGO/DOCUMENTS NOT READY UPON VSL ARRIVAL AT BENDS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LDG/DISCHG FACILITY,SUCH AS FLOATING CRANE, BARGE, TRUCK, WAREHOUSE, NOT AVAILABLE AT BENDS, THE CHTRS SHALL PAY DETENTION CHARGE.港口习惯速遣率,也就是按照当地港口装卸习惯和速率但是如果船靠泊后因为货物或者单据问题不能装货,但不仅限于装卸,还包含例如浮吊、驳船,卡车,仓库等问题导致不能装船,租船人需要向船东支付滞期费DETENTION : USD10,000.00 PDPR, DETENTION IF ANY TB SETTLED W/IN 3 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING/DISCHRG AGAINST SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, AT LDG PORT DETENTION TO BE SETTLED TOGETHER WITH FRT BEFORE S/R OF BSL.目的地:(PDPR:按天计算,不足一天者按比例计算)如果到达目的港后如果产生滞期费需要再完成装货或者卸货后3日内付清。在装货港情况下可以在签发提单前与运费一起支付。费用是每天USD1000.如果不足一天按比例算。11. THE CARGO SHALL BE RELEASED AGAINST ORIGINAL B(S)/L, CONGEN BILL TO APPLY. 根据正本提单货金康提单放货(现在都出94金康提单,这是一个散货租船标准提单)12. MASTER TENDER THE NOR BY TLX/FAX/CBL UPON VSLS ARVL WWWW货主在船舶靠港前以TLX/FAX/CBL(电放/传真/CBL)的方式递交NOR13.CARGO TO BE DELIVERED/RECEIVED FSSHINC AS FAST AS VESSEL CAN LOAD/DISCH OTHERWISE DENTETION TO APPLY.TIME OF WAITING FOR TRUCK TO RECEIVE CARGO AT LDG/DISCHG PORT APPLY AS DETENTION.14. ALL CARGO TO BE DELIVERED/RECEIVED IN SEAWORTHY CONDITION(PACKED FOR OCEAN SHIPMENT)WITH SUFFICIENT AND SUITABLE LIFTING/LASHING POINTS & LUGS, SHOWING CENTER OF GRAVTY, WHERE APPLICABLE, ALL OF WHICH TO BE CLEARLY MARKED.所有的货物发送或接收在有海上风险的条件下(需按照海上运输要求包装)都是适合海上运输的。15. CARGO IS FULLY STACKABLE AND OVERSTOWABLE.货物要完全堆叠和拖拉。SPECIAL EQUIPMENTS, IF REQUIRED, SUCH LIKE LIFTING SPREADER, BEAMS AND/OR WIRE SLINGS FOR LOADING/DISCHARGING HEAVY LIFTS ARE TO BE SUPPLIED BY SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS AT BOTH ENDS.如果装卸货物需要用到特殊的设备,如吊装设备,梁,钢丝绳等。需要有发货人或收货人提供。16. SHIPSIDE TALLY TBF OWS ACCT,DOCKSIDE TALLY TBF CHTRS ACCT船上理货由船东负责,码头岸边理货由租船人负责17. OWRS AGENT AT BOTH ENDS 船东负责制定装货港以及卸货港的代理18. COMBINE CARGO ALLOWED AGAINST
