物料平衡书1.概述本项目是中石化齐鲁石化分厂年产15万吨醋酸乙烯项目,并副产0.68万吨乙醛,该项目采用气相乙烯法,利用高纯度乙烯和高纯度醋酸来生产15.3万吨/年的纯度为99.86%的醋酸乙烯。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen Plus模拟流程如图1所示。图1全流程模拟图本流程主要分为三个工段,分别为醋酸乙烯合成工段、醋酸乙烯精制工段、CO2的吸收工段。本场所需主要设备有反应器、气液分离器、吸收塔、精馏塔、蒸发塔、泵、压缩机、换热器等,涉及到的原料有乙烯、醋酸、氧气等,输入整个系统的能量主要有电能、加热介质带入的能量等,输出的能量主要有冷却剂带走的能量和输出物料的焓。2.物料衡算的目的与原理工艺设计中,物料衡算是在工艺流程确定后进行的。目的是根据原料与产品之间的定量转化关系,计算原料的消耗量,各种中间产品、产品和副产品的产量,生产过程中各阶段的消耗量以及组成,进而为热量衡算、其他工艺计算及设备计算打基础。系统的物料衡算以质量守恒为理论基础,研究某一系统内进出物料量及组成的变化,即: 系统累积的质量=输入系统的质量-输出系统的质量+反应生成的质量-反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有当系统无化学反应发生时,有在稳定状态下,有3.各工段物料衡算3.1醋酸乙烯合成工段图2醋酸乙烯合成工段工艺流程图表3-1
