英语培训方案

英语培训方案 根据园本培训发展需要以及园内教师素质实际情况，将试行如下英语培训方案： 首先，分析园内教师的英语可发展潜力。 在英语基础方面，我园教师总体来讲呈金字塔型，少数教师喜欢并乐于接触英语，能够随时应用英语。部分教师处于中间水平，即通过带动和培训，能够实现自我提升，胜任日常教学和交流工作，其他大部分教师的英语水平处于待发展状态，对英语知识和词汇的掌握较少，应用能力尚须发展。 根据上述情况，现拟定培训方案如下：一、第一轮培训普及 通过自愿报名方式参加园本英语普及培训。 时间：每周一13：00-13：30 地点：园长办公室 内容：1.10分钟短片播放 2.10分钟英语课堂句型学习 3.10分钟教材学习 培训历时：2012年3月-2012年5月 注：报名参加的教师无特殊情况不得误课。 二、选拔考试 2012年5月底，组织教师参加基本能力测试，从中选出3-5位成绩较好者进行第二轮专项培训。 三、第二轮培训： 时间：每周一13：00-14：00 地点：园长办公室 内容：英语基础知识，英语课堂用语，亿童英语教程，英语沙龙口语练习 培训历时：2012年5月-2012年7月。英语培训内容晨间入园1 Good morning. 早上好。2 Hello, Lily.
