Scope 台钻的操作、维护和保养。It is applied in all kinds of the operation and maintenance of the bench type drilling machine. 3.操作规程 3.Regulations on operation 3.1操作场地必须整洁,照明充分。砂轮必须戴好砂轮罩,托架距砂轮不得超过5mm;使用后必须拉闸。 Enough illumination ensure,sand wheel must be covered with its carter, bracket shall not exceed 5mm from sand wheel, (power supply cut off after operation finished)3.2操作人员必须戴好安全眼镜不得正对砂轮,而应站在侧面。不准戴手套,严禁使用棉纱等物包裹刀具进行磨削。 Operator must wear safety glasses and shall not stare at the wheel directly, he or she shall stand in the side direction toward sand wheel machine. It is not allowed to slicing by wrapping cutting tools with cotton yarn. 3.3砂轮只限于磨刀具、不得磨笨重的物料或薄铁板以及软质材料(铝、铜等)和木质品。 Sand wheel machine is only used to polish the cutting tools no other materials. 3.4砂轮机在开动前,要认真察看砂轮机与防护罩之间有无杂物。应先用手转动砂轮,观察转动是否灵活,有无相擦现象。确认无问题时,再开动砂轮机。 Before starting the machine, check whether there are foreign articles between sand wheel machine and the protection carter. Rotate sand wheel manually to check if it is flexible, start the machine when everything goes well. 3.5在同一块砂轮上,禁止两人同时使用,更不准在砂轮的侧面磨活。磨工件时,操作者应站在砂轮机的侧面。不要站在砂轮机的正面,以防砂轮崩裂,发生事故。it is not permitted to allow two people operate one sand wheel at the same time, when polishing the workpieces, stand in the side position to prevent accident happening. 3.6使用时要精神集中,磨削时的站立位置应与砂轮机成一夹角,且接触压力要均匀,严禁撞击砂轮,以免碎裂。Concentrate when operating, standing position and sand wheel machine shall form an included angle, work force shall be evenly in case of the wheel broken. 3.7对于细小的,大的和不好拿的工件,不准在砂轮机上磨。特别是小工件要用工夹具拿牢,以防挤入砂轮机内或挤在砂轮与托板之间,将砂轮挤碎。For the tiny and slim workpiece, it is not allowed to polish through sand wheel machine. For the small workpiece, clamp it tightly. 3.8砂轮机起动后,需待砂轮运转平稳后,方可进行磨削,压力不可过大或用力过猛。砂轮的三面(两侧及圆周)不得同时磨削工件。Polish the workpieces on after sand wheel machine rotating stably, working force can not be too big and too fiercely. Do not polish the workpiece form three sides of sand wheel machine. 3.9在使用过程中要经常检查砂轮片是否有裂纹、异常声音、摇摆、跳动等现象,如果发现应立即停车报告车间主任和安全设备环境管理员。 Check regularly whether there are crackles, abnormal noise, shake, jump on the wheels, if so, stop the operation and report to jobsite directors to handle it. 3.10砂轮不准沾水,要经常保持干燥,以防湿水后失去平衡,发生事故。 No water is allowed to the wheel surface, it shall be kept dry, this is to prevent it lose the original balance and bring operators with hazards. 3.11新砂轮片在更换前应检查是否有裂纹,更换后需经10分钟空转后方可使用。12、砂轮磨小到接近法兰盘边沿旋转面10毫米时,应予更新,发现砂轮面沟槽,径向跳动过大时,不准使用。严禁私自拆卸砂轮。 Check whether there are crackles one the wheel when replacing the new pieces, after replacing, rotating it after 10minutes. When the wheel is small enough to 10mm to flange, it shall be replaced to the new one. If radial jump is too big, it is not permitted to use, and do not disassemble sand wheel by arbitrary. 4.维护职责 4. Responsibility for maintenance 4.1 操作工负责设备每天、季度和年度的维护和保养,并填写维护和保养记录; 4.1 Operators shall carry on current, yearly and quarter maintenance of the machine and record the history of the maintenance. 4.2 车间部门主管负责设备日常点检保养工作的监督、检查和落实工作; 4.2 Director in the workshop shall monitor, check the work of the maintenance and to guarantee its implementation. 4.3 生产课负责设备维护和保养工作的监督、检查,并负责组织对设备的应急维修。 4.3 Production departments shall monitor and check the maintenance of the equipments and shall organize the urgent repair of the equipments. 5.保养项目: 5.Item of maintenance 5.1工作前 Before operation 5.1.1 检查各操作手柄、开关、旋钮是否在正确位置、操纵是否灵活、安全装置是否齐全、可靠。 Check whether operation handle, switch, button are in the right position, operation is flexible or not, whether all safety device are safe and reliable. 5.1.2 按润滑要求加油润滑,然后接通电源。 Lubricate according to the regulation, and switch on the power. 5.1.3 低速运转3-5分钟,确认正常后方可开始工作。 Operate for 3 to 5 minutes under low speed, and start to drilling only after working status is okay. 5.2工作中 In the process 5.2.1 严禁超负荷、超性能作业加工。 Do not operate overload, and exceed its performance. 5.2.2 装卸钻头应停车进行,装钻夹头及锥柄铣刀钻头的,锥面要擦净,装夹要牢靠。卸下时用标准斜铁和铜锺轻敲、严禁用其它物件乱敲。 Install or disassemble drilling head must be waited after machine stop running, conical surface shall be cleaned when installing drilling head. Clamp firmly. When disassembling, knock the drilling heads with gentle force by oblique iron or copper hammer. It is forbidden to use other tools to do this. 5.2.3 工件、工装要正确固定,禁止带手套操作。 Workpiece and tooling shall be fixed well, and do not wear glove. 5.2.4 机床运行中出现异常现象,应立即停机,查明原因及时处理。 Machine must be stopped when abnormal circumstance occurs, to find the best solution to It. 5.3工作后 After operation 5.3.1 必须将各操纵手柄置于“停机”位置,切断电源。 Operation handle must be in the position of stop, and cut off power supply. 5.3.2 进行日常维护保养。 Daily maintenance 5.3.3 如较长时间不用,应在钻床未涂漆的表面涂油保养。 Add anti-rust oil on the drilling machine surface where no paint covered if the machine Has not been used for long time. 5.4周期性保养 Periodical maintenance5.4.1 钻床运行三个月应进行周期性保养,保养时间1-2小时,以操作工为主,维修工人配合进行。 Periodical maintenance shall be carried on every three months for 1-2 hrs.
