法律英语教学大纲课程名称：法律英语英文名称：法律英语学分：2学分总时间：36小时复盖范围：法律第一课：大学英语课程，法律基础课程一、过程的性质法律英语是根据大学英语教学大纲大学英语应用提高阶段的专业英语教学要求，中国加入WTO后，进一步扩大对外交流形式，培养更多扎实的法律专业知识和精通外语的复合型人才需求而开设的英语专业本科选修课。本课程将英美法与民法的比较、英美律师职业介绍、英美主要部门法、WTO法律文件选择、国际经济贸易法、法律研究技术及资源利用等英美法作为教育的核心。二、教育目标通过本课程的学习，培养以下专业及非专业素质。本课程为期一学期，旨在培养和提高学生在法律领域应用英语的能力。在教师的指导下，学生们阅读精选的法律英语文章，掌握法律的基本概念、基本理论和专业术语。在教学过程中，重点放在扩大学生的专业词汇和提高学生的英语阅读理解能力上。与此同时，本课程以个人发言和小组讨论等多种形式增加了学生的语言实践机会，将专业知识和英语知识很好地结合起来，最终英语口语沟通能力和翻译能力很强。三、课程教学内容和要求1.Introduction
