调好间隙。C换格套松开牌坊轴承丝母,再将现用的格套上好,调好间隙。以上三种换辊方式最后一种最为方便,以前我公司采用第一、二种换辊方法需要三个班才能换好并且费时、费力。通过在外面的参观和学习,我们也引进了先进的方法,这种方法在我公司也比较实用,因为我公司主要只生产内梁和外梁两种产品,用换格套最为合理,而且这种方法省时、省事、效率高无形中也减少了调间隙,换辊子两道工序,现在这种方法我们一个班的时间就可以正常生产。34切割冷弯型钢的切割手段,除无加劲边的角钢可用冲剪机剪切外,一般只有锯切和氧切,冲剪机在剪切时噪音小,切断处型钢断面变形小、无毛刺,但冲剪机剪模制作比较复杂,价位高,而且在更换产品品种规格时,剪模也须更换。锯切有无齿锯和有齿锯两种。无齿锯系利用锯片高速旋转时,与被切割物摩擦所产生的高热使被割物切口溶化的原理而进行切割的(锯片上的热度是分散的,并在旋转过程中不断为空气所冷却,故不能溶化,而被割物切口上的热度是固定和积累的,故被溶化)。这种设备一般可以自制,锯片可用普通低合金钢或碳素结构钢制造,因此,它具有设备简便、毛刺多,故仅在没有现代化设备时使用。有齿锯属现代化设备,它使用锯片在行走过程中将型钢切断的设备,适用范围广、结构较简单,可切断任何断面形状的型材,但飞锯机在锯切时对型钢断面的影响大,型钢断面处有较大的变形和毛刺,目前是现代工厂必备的设备之一。这也是我们公司目前采用的设备。锯切割变形也是
