毕业设计(论文)外文翻译系(部):机电信息系专业:机械设计制造及其自动化班级:学生:学号:指导教师:20012年3月2日外文原文Automotivesub-actuatorstoothsideclearanceadjustmentoptimizationtechniquesAurelianVadean,DimitriLeray,JeanGuillotAdepartmentofMechanicalEngineering,EcolePolytechniquedeMontreal,P.O.Box6079,StationCentre-Ville,Montreal,Qubec,CanadaH3C3A7BlaboratoiredeGenieMecaniquedeToulouse-COSAM,INSAToulouse,135AvenuedeRangueil,ToulouseCedex4,31077,FranceAbstract:automotivesub-actuatormaingeargapanalysisandresearch,drawnshelladjustingshimthicknesssplitterassemblyperformanceimpactofsubstance.Basedontherelativemeasurementprincipledevelopedsub-actuatorshellbearingtheadjustmentshimspreselectionsystem,analysisofthemeasurementdataanduncertaintyassessment.Practicehasprovedthatthesystemcaneffectivelyselecttheappropriategasketmeetpairingarcgearassembly,improveproductionefficiency,andqualityofassembly,thekeyprocessfortheproductionofautomotivesub-actuatortoprovideareliableguarantee.Isobasicskillswiththepoweremittedbytheenginetothedrivewheelsofthecar,itsprimarytaskistoworktogetherwiththecarengine,inordertoensurethatthecarinnormaldrivingunderdifferentconditionsofuse,andhasgoodpowerandfueleconomy.Automotivesub-actuatorsUsuallybytheclutch,transmission,universaltransmissionandmainreducer,differentialandaxleshafts.1IntroductionAutomotivesub-actuatorsmountedonthetransmissionofmulti-bridgedriverfortransmissionanddistributionofpowertoeachdriveaxle,doublesastheuseofauxiliarytransmission.S504sub-actuatorsusingspiralbevelgear.ThethearcgearVicebacklashsubactuatorlifetodriveoneofthekeyfactorofstability.Thegapistoolarge,thegearboxwillproducenoise,vibration;contrary,willaggravatethewearofteeth,appearedgearkilledeventeethbroken1.Carusuallyusedtheaxialshimadjustmentmethodtoadjustthetoothsidegap,Figure1isavehiclemasterteethinstallationpositiondiagram,thecarstarsActivityASSYassemblyprocess,apairofgearsmeshingaccuracyisthroughaseriesoftolerancebanddifferent,theadjustingwasherofahighsurfacefinishistobeguaranteed.Gasketheightandflatnessofsmallchanges,allwillhaveatremendousimpactontheefficiencyandlifeofthesub-actuators.Sub-actuatorsonthedomesticautoassemblyline(includingforeignautopartsenterprisesinsomebranch)maingearassemblyassemblyismainlydependentontheexperienceoftheworkers,byhand,totheseatofyourpantsselectadjustingshim,itsproductionlowefficiency,highfailurerates,andassemblyqualityisdifficulttoguarantee.Aftercarefulanalysisoftheproblemsofthetraditionalassemblymethods,S504pointsbasedonthemovingassemblyassemblyprocess,accordingtotherequirementsoftheprocessquality,designthecasebearingadjustmentshimspreselectionmachine.ThepreselectioniscapableofaccuratelymeasuringtheS504sub-actuatorstoothinstallationsize,position,andthusthebestadjustmentshimsvalueelectedguaranteegearsmeshingaccuracy.Theroleofthecardantransmissionapparatusisconnectedtothetransmissionoutputshaftarenotinthesamestraightlineandthemaingearboxinputshaft,andtoensurethatinthecaseoffrequentlychangingtheangleandthedistancebetweentheaxesofthetwopowertransmissionreliably.Itiscomposedmainlybyuniversaljoints,driveshaftandintermediatesupport.Theinstallationmustbethedriveshaftatbothendsoftheuniversaljointforkinthesameplane.MainreducercarIsoreducespeedandincreasethetorqueofthemaincomponents.Onthetheenginelongitudinalautomotive,mainreducerbevelgeardrivetochangethemomentumdirection.Whenthenormaldrivingofthevehicle,theenginespeedisusuallyabout2000to3000r/min,ifthesuchahighspeedrelygearboxtolowerdown,thenthepairofgearsinthegearboxtransmissionrationeedgreat,andthegearpairsofthetransmissionTheradiusratioofthetwogearsthegreaterthelargertheratio,inotherwords,thesizeofthetransmissionwillbegreater.Inaddition,thespin-downtorqueinevitablyincrease,andwillincreasethetransmissionloadofthegearboxandgearboxafteratransmissionmechanism.Therefore,thedifferentialinpowertothedrivewheelstotheleftandrightshuntbeforesettingamaingearbox,drivecomponentssuchasthegearbox,thesplitterinfrontofthemaingearboxcanbeuniversaltransmissiontorquetransmittedisreduced,youcanalsomakethesizeofthegearbox,thereducedmass,manipulationandeffort.Whentheturningofthevehiclewhentraveling,andthedistanceoftheleftandrightwheelsatthesametimerollingacrossdifferent,Ifbothsidesofthedrivewheelsonlytotherootrigidshaftdrive,thetwoangularvelocitymustbethesame,thus,whenthevehicleiscorneringwillinevitablyproducethewheelsrelativetothegroundsurfaceslidephenomenon.Thiswillenablethesteeringdifficulties,theautomobilepowerconsumptionisincreased,andacceleratedwearofcertainpartsandthetireofthesub-actuator.Therefore,weneedwithinthedriveaxlemember-differentialdevicehavingadifferentialaction,andsothatbothleftandrightdrivewheelscanberotatedtodifferentangularvelocities.Thus,theautomotivesplitterreasonabledesignisveryimportant.Automotivesub-actuatordesign,mainlythroughexperiencedesigncalculatedcrossshaftuniversaljoints,driveshaft,finaldrive,differentialvariouspartsofthemainselectionanddesignofstructuralparameters,andthenbyhandtomapoutthetwo-dimensionaldrawingsofthecrossshaftuniversaljoints,driveshaft,themainreductiongear,differential,etc.,theproducttrialdesignandputintoprocessoftenproblemstogothroughalotofchanges,whichmakestheperformanceoftheproductsandthereisnoguaranteethatthequalityandlongproductdevelopmentcycle,andtheuseofhumanandmaterialresources,resultinginthedesignanddevelopmentcostsarerelativelyhigh.,Theincreasinglyfiercecompetitioninthemarketeconomymechanism,thisdesignapproachhasbeenfarfrommeeting.Therefore,motivatedrapiddevelopmenttrendofcomputertechnology,theapplicationofcomputertechnologytothedevelopmentofprofessionalsoftwareisusedinmoreandmore,andmorewidelyinthedevelopmentanddesignofavarietyofproducts.Entitiesofautomotivesub-actuatordesigncannowdrawrelevantparametersdirectlyusingthree-dimensionalmappingsoftwaretovariouspartsofclutchthree-dimensionalsolidmodeling,assembly,soyoucanbethree-dimensionaltovisuallyseethedesignofautomotivesub-actuatorstheperformanceoftheproductdevelopmentanddesigntomaketheoptimalpurpose.Thiscomputerthesoftwareaideddraftingnotonlyshortentheproductdevelopmentcycle,butalsoimprovethequalityoftheproduct,andgreatlyreducethecostofproductdevelopment,sothatwillmakeourproductsmorecompetitiveinthefiercecompetitioninthemarketeconomy.2SystemdesignideasS504movingassemblystructureanalysis,theTheIsoshellsidebearingadjustingshimrole:toensurethethedrivengearinstallationofcenterdistance,adjustthesideteethmeshinggap.Accordingtotheirstructuralform(Figure2),toestablishthesizeofthechainasfollows:AdjusttheshimthicknessAmongA1:theshellwithsub-actuatorscoverthejointsurfacetothesplittershellgearshaftgearendbearingaxialpositioningsurfacedistance;A2:theshellwithsubactuatorcoveracombinationofthedistancefromthesurfacetothemaingearshaftaxis;A3:dorsaltoothtotheteethenddistanceofthebearingouterringface,thatbearinghightotal;52.3(Unit:mm):thetheoryofdrivengearisinstalledfromthe.Intheoverallsizeofthechain,adjusttheshimstocompensateforthering.Whenassembled,therollingbearinginthepre-loadstate,andadjustingthemain,theaxialpositionofthegear,sothatthecontactspotsofassemblyrequi
