ReverseEngineeringintheapplicationofproductdesignTheapplicationthatisinexpatiatecontraryengineeringintheproductdesignwithdeveloptheterm,effectivelyofsolutionshapedesignwithfollow-upengineeringdesign,manufacturinglinkmutuallytheproblemthatbecomedisjointed,putforwardonsowinginadoptintheproductdesignprocessthePro/DesignerhavenowithPro/Engineertosewtoconnectmethod,designfortheindustryproductshapewiththeinthelateengineeringmakesoflinkingupanddevelopinganewpath,theprocessofitsdesignprocessisalineofforvalidmeasurethatproductdesignsystematizetoprovide,frombutshortenedtheproductdesigndevelopment,period,realizestheproductshapedesignofsystematize.1reverseengineeringofthecontentandscopeofapplicationWiththedevelopmentofcomputertechnology,CADtechnologyhasbecomeaproductdesignstaffanimportanttoolforresearchanddevelopment,ofwhichthree-dimensionalmodelingtechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedinmanufacturingproductsandmoulddesign,programevaluation,automatedprocessingandmanagementofallaspectsofmaintenance.Intheactualdevelopmentofthemanufacturingprocess,designstafftoreceivetechnicalinformationmaybeallkindsofdatatypesofthree-dimensionalmodel,butalotoftime,itisfromtheupstreammanufacturershavethephysicalproductmodel.Designersneedtoadoptacertainway,thiskindofinformationintotheCADmodel,whichappliedtoreverseengineering(ReverseEngineering).Theso-calledreverseengineering,referstoameansofmeasuringthephysicalmodelormeasured,accordingtosurveydata3DmodelingmethodsthroughphysicalreconstructionoftheCADmodeloftheprocess.Reverseengineeringtechnologyandtraditionaldesignisverypositivedifference.Andreverseengineeringisstartingfromaprototypeandthenobtainthree-dimensionaldigitalmodeloftheproduct,makeitpossibletofurtheruseofCAD/ACE/CAMandCIMSandotheradvancedtechnologytoprocess.Ingeneral,reverseengineeringproducts,includingtheshapereverse,thesummationoftheanti-reverse,andseveralothermaterials,intheindustrialfieldinthepracticalapplication,includingthefollowing:(1)thedesignofnewparts,mainlyfortheproductimitationormodifieddesign.(2)Havebeenpartsofthecopy,reproducetheoriginalintentofthedesignoftheproducts.(3)damagedorwornpartsofthereduction.(4)digitalmodelofdetection,forexample,thedeformationofproducttesting,weldingquality,aswellasamodelforcomparison.Reverseengineeringtechnologyfortherapiddesignandmanufacturingprovidedagoodtechnicalsupport,ithasbecomeanimportantmanufacturinginformationtransmissionandconciseway.Andthetraditionalproductdesign,marketresearchingeneral,thedevelopmentrequirementstableaftertheplanestartedtosketchtheideaofformingalittleintegrityoftheprogram,starteddrawingthree-dimensionalmap,thencompletelystereotypedasrequireddrawresultsmap,threevieworcreateasimplemodel.Intheprocessofdesign,engineeringandtechnicalpersonnelneeds,productmodelingstaffandworkersworktogether,usingsamplesphysicalmodeltoexpresstheideaofdesigners,butforeverykindofaprogramhaveproducedsamples,topayalotoflabor,Thereisalowaccuracy,modifyadjustmentdifficulties,thedesigncyclelengthandcostofhigherissue.2CADtechnologyinproductdesignissues.Thedevelopmentofcomputertechnology,broughtaboutthethirdwaveoftechnologicalrevolution,computer-aideddesign(computeraideddesign,referredtoCAD)technologyisthecomputerindustryintheareaofapplicationofthemostactiveone.Itsetsnumericalsimulation,geometricmodelofprocessing,graphics,databasemanagementsystems,andotheraspectsoftechnologyintegration,theabstract,flat,separationofthespecificobjectofdesign,visualization,itcanthroughthevirtualrealitytechnologyTheproductoftheshape,texture,color,andevenbroughtprocessdemonstrated,andcanproductdesignprocess,throughdatamanagement,andsystematic,standardized,andthisisindustrialdesignandintegrationofCADtechnologywillinevitablythebasis.ReverseengineeringsoftwareimplementationoftheconditionsAtpresent,relativelycommonlyusedgenericreverseengineeringsoftwareSurfacer,Delcam.CimatrontoStrim.Thespecificapplicationofreverseengineeringsystemismainlythefollowing:Evansforthedevelopmentofmachinepartstoidentifythereverseengineeringsystem;Dvorakdevelopmentoftheimitationpartsoftheoldreverseengineeringsystem:HHDanzdeCNCCMMsystem.Thesesystemstoreversethepracticalproblemsinthedesignprocess,greatlyfacilitatethedesignstaff.Besides,SomelargeCADsoftwareisgraduallyprovidedforreverseengineeringdesignmodule.SuchasPro/EandtheICEMSurfPro/SCANTOOLSmodulecanacceptandorderlypoints(measurementline),canalsoacceptthepointclouddata.UGasothersoftware,withversionsoftheincrease,reverseengineeringmoduleisgraduallyenrichedup.Thesesoftwarereverseengineeringforthedevelopmentoftheimplementationofthesoftwareconditions.Thesesoftwareanddespitesomerelativelyhigh-enddesignsoftware,alreadytheproductofcomplexdesignandmodelingexaggeratedfeatures,buttheartdesignerstomasteranduseofsuchsoftware,sofarisnotaneasytask.Sointhestructuraldesignofthemajordesignerswhoaremechanicalengineers,designandwayofthinkingcompletelydifferentfromthemodelingdesigner,theirthinkingisafullyconsistentwiththedesignofmechanicaldesignstandardwayofthinking.So,howwillthetwodesignsinthedesignoftheproductsareincombination,andreceivebetterintegrateandbetterprocessingfromdesigntocompletionoftheconversionprocessofourproductdesigntoconsidertheissue.3productdesign-CADreverseengineeringtechnology(1)Pre/EofthedesignparametersoftheprojectParametricDesign(Parametric)(alsoknownasdrivesizeDimension-Driven)isinthepracticalapplicationofCADtechnologyinthesubject,itwillnotonlyCADsystemisaninteractivegraphicscapabilities,butalsowithautomaticmappingcapabilities.Currently,itistheapplicationofCADtechnologyinthefieldofamajor,Judaifurtherstudytheissue.Useofthedesignparametersofthedevelopmentofthemeansforproductdesignsystemwillenabledesignersfromthelargenumberofheavyandtrivialmappingoutreliefwork,cangreatlyimprovethedesignspeed,andreducethestorageofinformation.Parametricdesign,thekeyistoextractthegeometricconstraintsandexpression,andtheparametersofconstraintsolvinggeometricmodelofthestructure.1988,theUnitedStateslaunchedthefirsttechnologycompaniesparametersofthedesignparametersofCADsystemPre/Engineer(referredtoPre/E)togivefullexpressiontotheircommoninmanyparts,components,thesimpledesignoftheadvantages.Itsmainfeaturesare:Feature-based,full-sizeconstraints,alldatarelatedtothesizeofdrivetoamendthedesign.SothatwecanusePTC:thecompanysindustrialdesignsoftwarePre/Designer(referredtoPre/D)ofsurfacedesign,thePre/DandPre/Eisusingthesamedatabase,istheseamlessconnectionbetweenthetwo,thusDesignmodelingdesignersandstructuralengineerscanbettercollaboration(2)Pre/Dsurfacedesigncapabilitiesforindustrialdesignersandthosewhowanttobuildsurfacemodelfortheengineeringstaff,Pre/Iispreciselythetoolstheyneed,Pre/Dcanbuildhigh-qualityfreesurfacemodel,andCaneasilyswitchtotheotherbasedonthemanufacturingengineeringCADsystem.Pre/Dtocreateatrueandaccurategeometry,theuseofthemoreeasilyitcancreateamodeltoshortenthedesigncycle.Preabletousevisualaestheticrequirementsanddiemanufacturingprocessintheengineeringrequirementscombinedwithaverygood,thispointinthecreationoffreesurfacemodelnowintheprocesswasparticularlynotable.(3)Pre/DandPre/EoftherumoredpumpedPre/DesignerandPre/EngineerdataexchangebetweenTherearetwoways:one
