E-breakersTherapiddevelopmentoftheminingindustryinrecentyearsisonlythebeginning,miningequipmentindustryhasbeengraduallydriven.Inthepast,miningindustryhasnotdevelopedtoacertainscale,concentrator,coalpreparationplantandotherindustriesgenerallyusedtobrokenequipmentthatsmallandmedium-sized,anditisalsoslowlyinrecentyearsduetovarioussectorsofproductioncapacitytogrow,suchasproductioncapacityhasfailedtokeeppacewiththeneedsofproduction,manymanufacturersoflargeunitsandbrokenequipment,oreincreasinglystrongvoiceequipment.Graduallylargejawcrusher(largeEBreakers)hasalsoemerged.E-crushingmachinecalledE-break,theserieshasbrokenthanlarge,uniformproductsize,structuresimple,reliable,easymaintenance,operatingcostsandeconomiccharacteristics.E-breakingmachine(thejaw-breaking)widelyusedinmining,metallurgy,buildingmaterials,roads,railways,waterconservancyandchemicalindustries,andmanyotherdepartments,notbrokencompressivestrengthofmorethan320MPaofvariousmaterials.Inmineequipment,largejawcrusher,counter-crushingmachineproductioncapacityisobviousthatsuchhighenergyconsumption,highthroughputoforecrusheraregenerallyusedinlarge-scaleore,coalpreparationplantandotherindustriesThebroken,thecurrentlarge9001200brokethejawofthelarge-scalebreakinHenannotbeabletoproduceafew.TheE-breakersisoneofmycompanysflagshipproduct,particularlyinthedesignandproductionoflarge-scaleE-breakersregardlessofthetechnicalprocessintermsof,orintermsofproductioncapacity,bothathomeandabroadhasbeentheabsoluteleader.Theaircraftmainlyusedforallkindsoforesandmedium-sizebulkmaterialsbroken,brokencompressivestrengthofnotmorethan320Mpamaterials,crudebreakpointsandbroketwofine.Thecompleteseriesofproductspecifications,thesizeoftheirfeedingfor125mm750mm,isthepreferredinitialbrokenequipment.E-breakers(E-breaking)widelyusedinmining,metallurgy,buildingmaterials,roads,railways,waterconservancyandtheindustry,thescopeofitsapplicationisveryextensive,E-breakerswork,movingthejawinthehoistingofthetopdirecteccentricaxis,asacranklinkageofthelink,fromtheeccentricshafteccentricdirect-drive,movingthebottomhingeofthejawthrustplateattachedtotherackofsupportafterWall.Whentheeccentricshaftrotation,movingthejawonthemovementofthepointsishoistedfromthepointofthecircle(equivalenttoaradiusofeccentricity),andgraduallydownintotheOval,themoredownwardDepartment,theoval-shapedside,untilthebottomplateandthrustConnectionpointarctrajectoryfortheline.Asaresultofthismechanicalactivityinthejawonthemovementofthepointsismorecomplicated,thecomplexknownastheswing-jawcrusher.Tiltingthejaw-breakersandJanetilting,comparedtoitsadvantagesare:thequalityoflighter,smallercomponents,thestructureismorecompact,brokencavityfilledwithgoodlevel,theblocksarehomogeneousmaterialswithbrokenjawtomovelowerIntroducedmandatoryfinishedunloading,thehigherproductivitythanwiththespecificationsoftheSRputJawBreakers20-30percenthigherthantheproductivity;materialsblockinthelowerpartofalargerjawmovingupanddownrollersports,thecubewaseasyShapeunloading,adecreaseofassimpleastiltingthesheetproductsincomponents,betterproductquality.E-breakersofthemainstructureofarack,theeccentricshaft,thepulley,flywheelandmovingE,side-boards,panelselbow,elbowrearplate,screw-gap,resetspring,fixed-EandE-boardactivitiessuchasgroupCheng,alsoaboardelbowinsurancerole.TheSeriesEBreakersbrokendynamicapproachtomusic-compression,motor-drivenbeltandpulley,tomovethroughtheeccentricshaftfromtoptobottomEcampaign,whenmovingupattheE-elbowanglebetweentheEanddynamicchange,thuspromotingthemoveE-Eboardtobeclose,atthesametimematerialsweresqueezing,rubbing,grind,suchasmultiplebrokenwhenmovingdownstreamHubeiProvince,HubeiProvinceelbowdynamicbetweentheboardandsmallerangle,movingintheE-drawbars,theroleofspringFromtheE-board,atthistimehasbrokenmaterialsfromthecrushingchamberfromthemouth,asthemotorforrotationbrokenmotorEforcyclicalpressureBrokenandmarkers,andmassproduction.JawBreakersofthecrushingchamberisafixedjawjawplateandactivitiesoftheboardcomposition,andactivitiesfixedjawjawismadeofmanganesesteellinerhasbrokenplates,brokenplatesfixedwithboltsinthejawboard,inordertoimprovethecrushingeffect,Thetwohavebrokenthesurfaceoftheplatewithacorrugatedvertical,andTuaorelative,sothattheoreinadditiontoacrushingeffect,therearebendingandshearrole.Breakersoftheworkonbothsidesofthecavitywallisalsoequippedwithmanganesesteelliner,becauseofthebrokenplateisunevenwear,thelowerpartofitslargerandwear,tothatend,oftenmadeofbrokenplatesfromtoptobottomsymmetricaltothebottomWear,whichwillleadtoitsre-use,large-scaleE-breakersfromthebrokenboardisacombinationofmanypieces,allcanbeinterchangeable,whichwouldextendthetimelimitforuseofbrokenplates.Inordertomakeboardsandbrokenjawplateaffixedaclose,whichmustbelinedbyalinermadeofplasticmaterial,usingzinclineralloyofaluminumsheetorlargeplasticmadebecauseofpastewillnotcloseabigparttoowith,Isbrokenplatesdamaged,Setscrewpulloff,orevencausethebreakdownofthejawmove.Activitiesofthejawplateswingistousethecranktoachievedouble-rockermechanism,double-rockermechanismbythecrankshafteccentric,connectingrod,theformerthrustplate,andafterthethrustboardcomposition,eccentricshaftinstalledintherackonthewallofthemainBearinginthelinkage(firstlink)isinstalledintheeccentricityoftheeccentricshaft,thethrustplatebeforeandaftertheendofthenextsupportonbothsidesofthefirstlinkinthegrooveoftheelbow-seat,thrustbeforetheboardinsupportoftheothersideLowerjawmovingbackwalloftheelbowboardseat,thenthrustplatewhiletheotherendoftheposteriorsupportoftherackelbowboard,whentheeccentricshaftfromthemotorpulleythroughtriangularaccesstopoweraftertherotation,fromtoptobottomtomakealinkcampaign,Linkagealsoledthemovementfromtoptobottomthrustplatemovement,thethrustplatetothechangingangle,therebymovingthejawswingingaroundthemandrel,theconnectingrodupwardmovementwhenbrokenore,whenthelinkinthelowerpartoftheminimumposition,thethrustplateandthehorizonBy10%ofthetiltangleto10degreesCelsiusor12degrees.E-breakersoperatingenvironment:Willbebrokeninthehugestonesintosmallstonesintheprocessofthefirstcrushingmachineknownasthemaincrusher.ThelongesthistoryandalsothestrongestcrusherisE-breakers.E-breakerstofeed,thematerialfromthetopoftheentranceintothebrokentoothwithEroom.E-teethwithtremendousforcewillbematerialtothetopwall,tobebrokenintosmallerstones.Esupportthetoothmovementisaneccentricshaft,theshaftrunsthroughthefuselageframe.Usuallyfixedbytheeccentricmovementintheshaftatbothendsoftheflywheelby.Flywheelandeccentricbearingsoftenusedtosupportsphericalrollerbearings,thebearingsoftheworkingenvironmentisextremelyharsh.Bearingmustbeundertremendousimpactload,abrasivesewageandhightemperature.Althoughthisworkisextremelyharshenvironment,E-breakersneedtoworkveryreliable,whichistoguaranteetheproductionefficiencyisacriticalaspect.E-breakersperformancecharacteristics:1.Crushingchamberdeepandnodeadzone,improvethecapacityandoutputofrawmaterials;2.Crushingthantheirlarge,uniformsizeproducts;3.Padsnestingpopulationadjustmentdevices,convenientandreliable,thescopeofregulation,increasetheflexibilityoftheequipment;4.Lubricationsystemissafeandreliable,convenientreplacementparts,maintenanceworkloadsmall;5.Structureissimple,reliable,low-costcarriers.6.Energy-savingequipment:stand-aloneenergy-saving15percentto30percent,morethandoubletheenergysystem;7.Nestingpopulationadjustmentrange,canmeettherequirementsofdifferentusers;8.Lownoise,dustlessE-breakersuseandtheuseof:1.theSeriesEBreakers(E-breaking)mainlyusedformetallurgical,mining,chemical,cement,construction,ceramicsandrefractories,suchasfortheindustrialsectorinGrindingandbrokenallkindsofmineralsinhardrockanduse.2.theseriesofjawbreakers(brokenjaw)themostappropriatebrokencompressivestrengthofnotmorethan300MPa(MPa)ofhardandsoftore,wasbrokenmaterialmaynotbelargerthanthelargestblockoftechnicalparametersunderthetable.Largebreakersoftheinstallationprocessrelativelytrouble,theneedforliftingmachinery,aircraftintrialoperation,shouldpayattentiontodouble-checkcircuitandthedistributioncabinet.Preventaccidents.Largebreakersintheproductionprocess,shouldpayattentiontomaintainingatimelymanner,theabnormalphenomenonshouldimmediatelystandschecktoseewhichpartsofthemachinefailure,itshouldbetimelymaintenance.Toensurethenormaloperationofmachinery.JawBreakerstroubleshootingOccurrence1:Hostsuddenshutdown(commonlyknownas:nauseavehicles).Reasons:1)plugthenestingpopulation,resultinginwholeheartedblockingmaterials;2)rotationofthedriveshaftsroundofthe1.30-belt,thebeltslipping3)beartheeccentricshaftsleeveloose,causingtheracknobearingonbothsidesoftheGap,theeccentricshaftstick,notrotation;4)atworkandlowvoltage,hostencounteredDaliao,theinabilitybroken;5)bearingdamage.Exclude:1)Iplugtheremovalofnesting,toensuresmoothflowofmaterials,2)-tightbeltorreplacementof1.30,3)re-installorreplacebearthehub,4)areatworkandforthevoltage,sothatitoperatesinlinewiththemainframeRequirements,5)thereplacementofbearings.Occurrence2:Hosttankround,movingthejawinnormaloperation,butthebrokenstopwork.Reasons:1)tensionspringfault;2)drawbarsfault;3)lossorplateelbowfracture.Exclude:1)thereplacementoftensionspring;
