Press with two different strokes, depending upon the required forming depth.Mould closure adjustable in a continuous way by a wedge arrangementHeating is accomplished by means of an infrared sandwich oven with independently electronic controlled

4、ceramic heaters.Lubrication performed at regular time intervals by an automatic unit which pumps lubricating oil into all moving parts of the machine.Standard 900 mm reel unwinder with pneumatic lifting device, synchronized with the machine cycle.Scrap winder is fixed onto the machine frame and sync

5、hronized with the machine cycle.IML - ROBOT HANDLING SYSTEMThe thermoforming machine F25/5 is equipped with a totally independent Label-Robot-Handling-System which istalled on a mobile frame.This facilitates tool changing and offers maximum accessibility to the forming station. The Label-Robot-Handl

7、bility for bad and start up partsThe above described functions are carried out in one phase of operation; therefore the system can achieve considerable time savings which permits to increase the speed of the IML- thermoforming operation.The labeled products are unloaded on a conveyor belt, which is

8、located between the forming station and the upper heating oven. This conveyor belt transports the labelled products to the OMV standard stacking and counting unit, which is placed on the side of the themofoming sta- tion.Only one operator is necessary for running the machine and packing the finished

With the IML-Robot-handling-Sytem, rectangular or square containers can be labelled in con- nection with the single row thermoforming mould of the F25-IML machine.The OMV Label- Robot System consists of 2 servo driven axis (x- and z axis).X (Horizontal) = Driven by a linear motor move th

10、eerting arms to transfer the labels from thelabels forming area into the thermoforming station. With the same movement theerting armspush out the formed parts from the forming station onto the unloading conveyor belt.Z (Vertical) Driven by a Brushless motor move the forming mandrel down to form the
