7、、盐酸可卡因,常用麻醉药的剂量及注射途径,麻醉注意事项: 静脉注射必须缓慢，同时观察肌肉紧张性、角膜反射和对皮肤夹捏的反应，当这些活动明显减弱或消失时，停止注射。 麻醉时要注意保温。保温方法有：实验桌内装灯，电褥，台灯照射等 作慢性实验时，在寒冷季节，麻醉剂在注射前应加热至动物体温水平。 注意保持动物的呼吸道的通畅.,五.动物的给药途径和方法,实验动物的给药方法主要分为注射法和投入法两种，注射法又分为：皮下注射、肌肉注射、腹腔注射、脑膜下注射、脑内注射、胸腔内注射、腰椎内注射、静脉注射、关节腔注射和心内注射等方法，投入法可分为：鼻腔内投入、胃腔内投入、肠管内投入、气管内投入以及经口腔投入。,1

8、、小鼠的给药途径和方法,灌胃（i.g）:动物要固定好；头颈部保持平展；要沿着口角进针，再顺着食管方向插入胃内；决不可进针不顺就硬向里插。 皮下注射（s.c）:常选用颈背部皮肤。,皮内注射（i.d）:观察皮肤血管的通透性变化及观察皮内反应，多用于接种、致敏实验等。雄性较雌性皮肤紧密，注射难度大。 肌肉注射（i.m）：较少应用 腹腔注射（i.p）: 静脉注射（i.v）：一般采用尾静脉注射。小鼠尾部背腹各有一根动脉，两侧各有一根静脉。,2、大鼠的给药途径和方法,灌胃:左手按徒手固定方式固定大鼠,使大鼠伸开两前肢,手掌握住大鼠背。方法与小鼠相同。 皮下注射：常选在左侧下腹部或后腿皮肤处，方法同小鼠。

9、皮内注射：常选用背部脊柱两侧的皮肤，方法同小鼠。,肌肉注射：一般选择股二头肌注射，但应避免伤及坐骨神经，否则会导致后肢瘫痪 腹腔注射：用左手的大拇指、食指和中指从大鼠的前肢和头部后面抓住大鼠，同时用身体抵住大鼠的两后肢使之固定，使腹部向上并伸展，注射方法与小鼠相同。 静脉注射：尾静脉,3、兔的给药途径和方法,灌胃：确保灌胃管插入胃内；药液推完后将残留在灌胃管内的药物用水冲入胃内，确保给药剂量的准确 皮内注射：背部脊柱两侧的皮肤 皮下注射：背部和腿部皮肤 肌肉注射 腹腔注射 静脉注射：耳缘静脉,Disinfect of skin on the top of thigh muscle,Insert

12、外突 眶动脉和眶静脉取血（大量采血）：尽量使动物眼周围皮肤往眼后压，眼球突出充血，弯头镊迅速夹去眼球,尾静脉采血： 剪尾或切开尾静脉：将尾巴在热水中浸泡数分钟或用酒精/二甲苯反复擦试 针刺尾静脉 其它：心脏采血、大血管采血等,2、兔、豚鼠的血液采集方法,耳中央动脉采血：兔 耳缘静脉采血：兔 心脏采血：兔、豚鼠 颈动（静）脉采血： 背跖静脉采血：豚鼠,Fix the position of needle by your left thumb and withdraw blood from the ear vein,Press a cotton ball on the top of the inj

14、 area,Make a 5 cm opening on the middle line of the neck,Search the carotid artery with a tissue forceps and a homeostatic forceps.,Isolate the carotid artery from the vagus nerve and other connective tissue,Tie up the distal end of the carotid artery by silk suture,Clip the proximal end of the caro
