7、相关资料，使之作为现场管理重要的基础技术管理手段和支撑；接受监理单位对信息系统的总体协调管理。 17.2.2 信息化管理措施 17.2.2.1 信息管理组织机构及人员安排 项目经理部设置管理信息中心，在其他职能部门设立部门及项目兼职信息员，兼职信息员受部门领导和管理信息中心主任双重领导。 17.2.2.2 信息管理设备的配置 为保证信息管理的顺利实施，按建设单位统一标准进行网络配置；由管理信息中心购置市面主流硬件设备，购置建设单位指定或认可的项目收集、整理的管理软件，确保信息流畅通。 17.2.2.3 项目信息管理系统解决方案 17.2.2.3.1 组建办公局域网 项目部将统一规划组建计算机办

48、严禁捏造信息，所有上报的信息必须由总工程师审核同意。及时提供工程最新信息，尤其出现突发险情和事故，在规定的时限内及时报告建设单位、监理。对动态信息及时进行更新，以保证信息的准确性。 17.2.2.4.2 建立培训制度，提高信息管理水平 采取不间断培训计划，积极参加建设单位组织的管理系统培训，以适应信息知识的发展。并组织对项目部领导进行培训，主要侧重于建设信息管理系统的认识和现代项目管理的学习，以提高班子对信息管理的认识。对使用人员的培训，主要侧重于组织信息管理制度、计算机软硬件基础知识、建设单位指定软件公司的系统操作的培训。 17.2.2.5 建立规范的信息管理流程 17.2.2.5.1 信息
