In spring I touch the branches of trees hopefully in search of a bud, the first sign of awakening Nature after her winters sleep I feel

4、 the delightful, velvety texture of a flower, and discover its remarkable convolutions; and something of the miracle of Nature is revealed to me. Oasionally, if I am very fortunate, I place my hand gently in a small tree and feel the happy quiver of a bird in full song. I am delighted to have cool w

5、aters of a brook rush through my open fingers. To me a lush carpet of pine needles or spongy grass is more wele than the most luxurious Persian rug. To me the pageant of seasons is a thrilling and unending drama, the action of which streams through my finger tips. At times my heart cries out with lo

6、nging to see all these things. If I can get so much pleasure from mere touch, how much more beauty must be revealed by sight. Yet, those who have eyes apparently see little. The panorama of color and action fill the world is taken for granted. It is human, perhaps, to appreciate little that which we

7、 have and to long for that which we have not, but it is a great pity that in the world of light and the gift of sight is used only as mere convenience rather that as a means of adding fullness to life. Most of us would like to aomplish more than what we are able to in a day. How many times have you

8、felt that it would be so much easier if you only had a few more extra hours in a day to plete the various tasks that you have on your plate? And how many times have you wished that you could do with a lesser amount of stress and strain that your workload is causing you? The thing you need to know to

9、 overe this feeling of being over laden with work all the time is to be able to manage your time better. And the most important thing to understand is that time management is not something that you can do as and when you feel that work is getting difficult to handle. It is a lifestyle that you need

10、to adopt and practice each and every day of your life! It is a habit that will lead you to a life where you have peace of mind, better and more efficient work churn out and more time on your hands to do the things you enjoy. There are many techniques that you can adopt to help you in managing your t

11、ime better and get a kick-start in this process. And the best technique to start with is to learn how to focus on the job at hand. This can be done once you have prepared a list and prioritized the tasks that you have on hand. But once you have decided to take up a particular job, dont let yourself

12、get distracted on the way. Dont allow thoughts on other projects to mingle and disturb your thought process. Ensure that you are determined to plete the job at hand before you allow your mind to take detours into other arenas awaiting attention. Avoid taking any kind of breaks while you are at that

13、task and ensure that you plete it before you consider a cup of coffee or a call that you need to make. Where shall you seek beauty, and how shall you find her unless she herself be your way and your guide? And how shall you speak of her except she be the weaver of your speech? The aggrieved and the

14、injured say, Beauty is kind and gentle. Like a young mother half-shy of her own glory she walks among us. And the passionate say, Nay, beauty is a thing of might and dread. Like the tempest she shakes the earth beneath us and the sky above us. The tired and the weary say, beauty is of soft whisperin

15、gs. She speaks in our spirit. Her voice yields to our silences like a faint light that quivers in fear of the shadow. But the restless say, We have heard her shouting among the mountains, And with her cries came the sound of hoofs, and the beating of wings and the roaring of lions. At night the watc

16、hmen of the city say, Beauty shall rise with the dawn from the east. And at noontide the toilers and the wayfarers say, we have seen her leaning over the earth from the windows of the sunset. Yet in truth you spoke not of her but of needs unsatisfied, And beauty is not a need but an ecstasy.
