Assure the good wor

2、k ing con diti on of the computer term in als, of the fax server确保公司客户机终端、传真服务器的正常使用;2. Assure the in formati on security确保公司信息的安全性;3. Assure a good in ternal commu ni cati on (n etwork and e-mails in good worki ng con diti on)确保内部通讯畅通(如网络、邮件处于正常使用状态)。Contents of the job :工作内容:1. Select the type of

3、software and hardware that the compa ny will use (such as AutoCAD, Fax Server)对公司所需软件、硬件进行选型(例如 AutoCAD软件,传真服务器软件的选型);2. Buy computer comp onents and fitt ings购置电脑配件;3. Assure compa ny website con structi on & developme nt负责网站的建设和开发;4. Assure the good running of the computers (in clude in stallati o

4、n, deali ng with computer problems or malfu ncti on, in troduc ing the use of some software)维护客户机终端(包括装机,排除电脑故障,介绍软件使用方法);5. Participate in the ERP impleme ntatio n, assist the ERP team参与ERP项目实施,辅助ERP项目组开展项目工作;6. To mon itor the work ing situati on of the servers监控服务器工作状态。Report ing汇报:- Positi on ho

Want to know whe n the IT Assista nt will be outside of the compa ny外岀办事情况的汇报。- Positi on holder任职人认为需向直接主管提供的汇报如下:1. Report every daily manipulation of IT support, by oral f

7、irst and then record the mani pulati on日常IT技术服务汇报,先口头向上级汇报,然后书面填写记录;2. Report the employees computer problems and the reason able dema nds of the employees客户机终端发生的异常情况汇报;3. Report the importa nt in cide nt (such as a hacker attack)服务器发生重大故障的汇报;(如:黑客攻击等);4. Report the situati on of the computers (to
