10、假、休假的规定为了维护干部职工休息休假权利,调动职工工作积极性, 进一步加强机关、事业单位工作人员病假、事假、休假的管理,根据劳动法、公务员法、职工带薪年休假条例等有关规定,结合我局实际,现对机关事业单位工作人员(以下简称“工作人员”)病、事假、休假作如下规定。全体干部职工要严格执行此规定,形成制度,同时要加强对政策落实情况的监督。一、病假规定(一)单位工作人员患病应及时向单位领导请假, 并提供医疗机构相关证明和递交病假条,由单位领导签字后,报办公室同志备案。(二)工作人员病假期间工资待遇1、病假在两个月以内(不含公休节假日,下同)的,原工资照发。2、病假超过两个月不足6 个月的,从第3 个月

11、起按下列标准发给病假期间工资:( 1)工作年限 10 年及以下的,发给本人基本工资的 90%(按天计发,下同);( 2)工作年限 11 年及以上的,原工资照发。3、病假超过 6 个月的,从第 7 个月起按下列标准发给病假期间工资:( 1)工作年限 10 年及以下的,发给本人基本工资的 70%;( 2)工作年限 11 年至 20 年的,发给本人基本工资的 80%;(3)工作年限 21 年及以上的,发给本人基本工资的90%;based on t heir actual, striving tobe learning and done markers. 21、计发病假工资基础上提高10%15%,但最多不得超过本人原工资数额。(四)有关具体事宜1、工作人员病假期间享受本规定的工资待遇,应由所在单位定点医疗机构出具证明,并经主管部门审核批准。2、病假工资每月按21.5 天折算,折算后的尾数四舍五入。3、本规定中所指的“基本工资” ,机关实行职级工资制的人员,指职务工资、级别工资之和;机关工人指岗位工资、技术等级(职务)工资之和;事业单位专业技术人员、 管理人员以及工人指岗位工资和薪级工资之和。4、工作人员计发病假期间工资待遇的工作年限,仍按现行工龄计算有关规定执行,即从参加工作之当年起计算。5、工作人员病愈后要求恢复工作的,经定点医疗机构证明身体确已康

22、复方可恢复工作; 身体恢复后在两个月内能够坚持正常工作,以后再休病假的,其病假时间可以重新计算; 两个月内不能坚持正常工作且又休病假的,应将恢复工作前后的病假时间累计计算。6、工作人员在病假期间从事有收入活动的,即停发病假期间工资。7、工作人员在病假期间可继续享受除奖金和岗位性津帖以外的其它津(补)贴和福利待遇。8、新录用人员在见习(试用,下同)期间休病假的,见习期间工资.精品文档照发,其休病假时间超过两个月及以上的,见习期时间相应顺延。9、工作人员因公负伤或因公受伤部位复发休病假的,其休病假期间工资照发。10、因病确实不能坚持正常工作,并经医务鉴定委员会鉴定,确属完全丧失工作能力的,应按有关

23、规定及时办理退休或退职手续。11、女性工作人员休产假期满,因健康原因不能坚持正常工作的,经定点医疗机构出具证明, 并经单位人事部门审核批准, 可享受病假期间的工资待遇。12、在一年内病假累计超过3 个月的,不再享受当年的职工休假待遇。二、事假规定(一)请事假的理由及程序1 、工作人员除国家已明确规定的各种公休节假日和假期以外,如遇特殊情况本人必须离开工作岗位的可请事假。2 、事假应由本人事先提出申请, 按工作人员管理权限审核批准,由主管领导签字审批后,报办公室备案。(二)事假期间的工资待遇1、工作人员请事假全年累计未超过20 天或一次性事假未超过15 天(不含公休节假日,下同)的,原工资照发。

24、2 、工作人员请事假全年累计超过 20 天或一次性事假超过 15 天的,其超过天数的工资按本人基本工资的 70%计发。3 、工作人员请事假全年累计超过 30 天的,其超过天数的工资按本人基本工资的 50%计发。.精品文档4 、工作人员全年事假累计超过 60 天的,超过天数停发本人全部工资。5 、工作人员凡未经请假擅自离开工作岗位,或者假满未经续假而逾期不归的,按旷工论处。旷工 6 天及以下的,扣除本人旷工天数的基本工资;旷工 7 天以上的停发本人当月全部工资。(三)有关事宜1 、事假工资将本人的基本工资折算成日工资 (每月按 21.5 天计算)计发,折算后的尾数四舍五入。2、本规定中所指的“基本工资” ,机关实行职级工资制的人员,指职务工资、级别工资之和;机关工人指岗位工资、技术等级(职务)工资之和;事业单位专业技术人员、 管理人员以及工人指岗位工资和薪级工资之和。3 、工作人员按比例计发事假工资期间,可继续享受除奖金和岗位性津贴以外的其它津(补)贴和福利待遇。4 、工作人员因私事出国(境)请事假的 , 其事假及事假期间的工资待遇按有关规定执行。5 、新录用人员在见习(试用,下同)期间请事假不足两个月的,见习工资照发,请事假超过两个月及以上的,从第个月起,停发见习工资,并相应延长见习期。6 、工作人员按有关规定在探亲假期满又因本人特殊原因请事假的,需提前向单位领导
