14、 final payment竣工验收结算后七日内within 7 (seven) days after the completion acceptance andsettlement.协议总价x 10 %,即元 the total contract price 10%, which isyuan.第六条 施工与设计变更 article6 the modification of construction and design一.乙方交付的设计图纸、说明和有关技术资料，作为施工的有效依据，开工前由甲方组织签字认同，作为施工的补充依据，甲、乙双方均不得擅自修改design drawing, illu

15、stration and relevant technical data consigned by party b are thebasis for construction and shall be confirmed by party a s signature, which is deemed asthe supplementary basis and shall be modified by any party without authorization.二.施工中如发现因甲方要求而发生的设计错误或严重不合理的地方，乙方应及时以书面形式通知甲方，由甲方及时会同乙方等有关单位研究确定修改

16、意见或变更设计文件，乙方按修改或变更的设计文件进行施工.若发生增加费用（包括返工损失、停工、窝工、人员和机构设备调迁、材料构配件积压的实际损失）由甲方负责，并调整协议造价if and when any error or material unreasonable problem of design due to party a s requirement, party b shall notify party a promptly in writing and decide the amendment or modification of the design documentation by
