1、精选word文档 下载可编辑新员工上岗前培训实施方案为加强新员工对公司企业文化、价值观、发展战略的认知和认同，提高岗位技能、专业知识和业务能力，依据员工培训管理暂行规定（鲁丰字2962号），结合我公司实际，经研究，制定本方案。一、组织领导为切实做好新员工上岗前培训工作，公司决定成立培训工作领导小组。组 长成 员领导小组下设办公室，办公室设在人力资源科，*兼任办公室主任，具体负责培训工作的组织、督导和考核。二、培训思路1、人力资源科要在培训前2日内，向新员工所属部门发出培训通知。原则上，要组织所有新员工参加，因特殊情况确不能参加的，应在收到通知后向人力资源科说明原因，可补充培训。2、新员工上岗前

2、培训由人力资源科负责组织，按照“三步走”分期开展。第一步进行行为宣贯教育。原则上要安排不低于2天的时间，采用听讲课、看讲座、参观了解等形式，重点了解公司企业文化、公司发展历程及现状、行业情况、企业组织架构、各部门职能和业务范围、规章制度、员工行为规范等方面的知识。第二步进行业务知识和岗位技能理论培训。原则上要安排不低于一周的时间，采用讲师授课、多媒体教学等形式，重点加强岗位职责、工作标准、业务范围和程序、生产流程和工艺、安全知识、岗位操作技能等知识的熟悉和掌握。第三步岗位实习。经过理论培训且考试合格后，由新员工所在部门组织新员工进行认师并签订师徒协议，协议期一般为四个月，协议期内新员工在师傅的

3、带领下进行岗位实习。实习期满，经所在部门组织考核合格后方可独立作业，否则，师徒协议顺延至考核合格为止。3、培训结束后，由人力资源科组织新员工填写培训评估表，汇总后对培训讲师、培训内容、培训形式及技巧和实施效果等方面进行评估。同时对新员工进行闭卷考试。4、人力资源科要合理安排培训资源,对讲师进行合理分工,当本单位不具备培训条件时，可安排进行外部培训，外部培训必须符合程序和公司相关文件规定。外部培训原则上不得超过15天，超过15天的必须经矿主要负责人同意后，报公司总经理批准。三、培训讲师管理矿聘培训讲师由人力资源科推荐，培训工作领导小组审查，符合条件的由矿行文聘任，管理人员和技术骨干要积极响应。其

4、主要职责是1、编写本专业培训教材，精心准备课件，并报人力资源科备案；2、根据培训计划，按时给学员上课，确保教学质量；3、配合人力资源科做好本专业培训效果评估，并根据评估结果不断探索完善培训教材和教学方式。四、有关要求1、新员工上岗前培训不得低于72学时，有特殊（工种）岗位要求的，按照主管、监管部门和行业规定执行。上岗前必须完成培训及考试，考试不合格的要补考，补考不合格的按试用期不符合录用条件处理。2、新员工在培训时，必须服从人力资源科的管理，听从讲师安排，认真做好学习记录，严肃对待学习考核，否则按公司员工违规违纪处分暂行办法（鲁丰字2938号）的规定处理。3、培训期间不得迟到、早退和旷课，无特

5、殊情况不允许请假，讲究卫生，爱护公物，遵守纪律，课堂内严禁抽烟，上课时关闭手机铃声、不准随便进出教室，上下楼时禁止喧哗。4、人力资源科要加强师资队伍建设，按照规模适当、结构合理、素质优良、专兼结合、动态管理的原则，配备专业的师资力量。5、聘任的讲师要按照培训计划，精心准备课件，采取先进的教学手段，创新教学方法，多采用实验室教学法、案例教学法、研讨式教学法、多媒体教学法等多种方式方法，提高教学水平和培训效果。6、培训结束后，人力资源科要收集、整理相关培训资料并登记造册，归档备查。五、罚则1、培训期间，旷课一次罚款1元，迟到一次罚款5元，学习期间中午不得饮酒，否则每次罚款2元。2、新员工外出参加培

6、训期间，因迟到、旷课和其它原因受到培训单位的处理或考试不及格的，除执行公司和矿有关文件规定外，视情节轻重一次性罚款15元，补考仍不及格的直接辞退，且培训费用自理，并扣除外出培训补贴。3、对于教学不认真、不按时备课、讲课的讲师，根据情节每次罚款12元，情节特别严重的，取消师资资格。4、人力资源科需要有关单位上报的培训资料必须在规定的时间内上报，否则每迟报一天罚责任单位的主要负责人1元，依次类推。5、所有罚款一律由人力资源科出具罚款单，交财务部门列入安全基金账户。六、经费列支及其它1、授课讲师按每小时5元补助授课费；监考和批改试卷人员由人力资源科组织实施，监考费和试卷批改费按每小时3元执行。2、培
