9、 in ess courtesies. If there are any other courtesies that both you and your bus in ess coach would like to add, please list them in the space provided below.The bus in ess owner and the bus in ess coach agree to the follow ing:1. Maintain professi onal con duct.2. Respect con fide ntiality.3. Be on
10、 time for all appointments.4. Be prepared for all sessions. Ask for what you need.5. Be open and honest.6. Do not allow interruptions during the session. For example, during telecoaching sessi ons, arrange for incoming phone calls to be accepted by ano ther pers on or by voice mail/a nsweri ng servi
11、ce.7. Do not can cel appo in tme nts in order to do someth ing else. This is a legitimate bus in ess appo in tme nt and is just as importa nt as meeti ng with a clie nt/customer.8. Busin ess owner will bring completed mon thly bus in ess reports to the mon thly in- pers on sessi ons.9. If a con flic
12、t arises betwee n the bus in ess owner and the bus in ess coach, both parties will work together to resolve the issue. If further mediation is required, both parties should feel comfortable approachi ng the appropriate delivery age ncy represe ntative and be con fide nt that this delivery age ncy re
13、prese ntative will act in a fair and objective manner.10. Get it clear in your own mind by writing it down.Approach the other pers on about it. Agree to discuss the con flict, and whe n to discuss it.Schedule a meeti ng.2. Disc
15、uss the conflictState that you are in terested in a soluti on.Discuss what you have observed the other pers on say ing or doing, or the situati on that you have observed, and the impact this is hav ing upon you.In vite the other pers on to resp ond, and actively liste n to what they have to say. Ask
16、 questi ons to clarify and repeat back what you have un derstood. Make sure you are both clear about the situati on before you con ti nue.3.
