2、the S-600 water and steam device.本手册适用于 S-600 水汽取样装置在现场的启动、停运和日常操作This manual is suitable for field startup, stoppage and routine work of the S-600 water and steam device.2 装置启动前操作2 The operation before startup2.1 降温架2.1 Cooling frame2.1.1 所有高压阀门应处于关闭状态。2.1.1 All the high pressure valves need to be

3、close.2.1.2 所有各连接接头、紧固件不应有松动、脱落现象。2.1.2 All conjunctions and fasteners shouldn t be loosen and be falloff.2.1.3 恒压装置压力调节螺母旋至中位，出口调节阀处于关断状态。2.1.3 Put the pressure adjusting nut of constant pressure device at median, and close the outer adjusting valves.2.1.4 打开冷却水进出口母管总阀，冷却水进口母管的压力应大于0.2MPa。2.1.4 Ope

8、ects line exactitude.3 装置启动3 .Device startup3.1 降温架3.1 Cooling frame3.1.1 依次开启冷却器的进出口球阀。3.1.1 Open the in-and out ball valves of cooling devices one by one in order.3.1.2 返冲过滤器置于“运行”状态。3.1.2 The recoiling filter is on running.3.1.3 逐路开启装置样水进口一次门和二次门(全开) ，打开排污门到最大开 度，对各路样水逐路进行排污。3.1.3 Openthe first i

9、nner door of sampling water device, and then the second one (full), and open the blow-off door largest for draining.3.1.4 排污结束，关闭排污门。3.1.4 Turn off the blow-off doors after draining.3.1.5 打开恒压装置出口关断阀3.1.5 Open stopped valves of constant pressure devices.3.2 人工取样盘3.2 Artificial sampling boards3.2.1 开

10、启人工取样盘样水门。3.2.1 Open the door of artificial sampling boards.3.2.2 调出人工取样流量。3.2.2 Analyze the flow rate of artificial sampling.3.3 仪表盘3.3 Dash boards3.3.1 取出各仪表样水过滤器滤芯。3.3.1 Get out filter elements of each sampling water meter.3.3.2 从各发送器内取出电极。3.3.2 Take out the poles from each transmitter.3.3.3 开启仪表

11、盘上各入口节流阀，对仪表样水管路进行冲洗，时间 1 分钟。 冲洗结束后，重新安装好样水过滤器滤芯和发送器电极。3.3.3 Openthe inlet throttles of dash boards and wash pipes by 1 minute, then full install them.3.3.4 全开恒压装置出口调节阀根据每路样水所配仪表的数量，调节恒压装 置调节螺母，使样水总流量符合要求。3.3.4 According to the quantity of sampling water meter, full open the outer adjusting valves o

12、f constant pressure devices, while as to adjust the nuts for meeting the request.注：人工调节流量为500ml/min , DD PH表均为300ml/min , O2表500ml/min ， 其它表计 150ml/min 。PS： the flow rate of manpoweris 500ml/min ， DD、PHare 300ml/min ， O2 meter is 500ml/min， other meters are 150ml/min 。2.3.5 根据流量计的指示值，调节流量计入口节流阀，使各仪表

13、样水流量符 合 3.3.4 中各仪表的要求。2.3.5 Adjust the inner throttle of flow meter according to the designation of the flow meter.3.4 恒温装置3.4 Constant temperature devices恒温装置启动操作详见SW療列恒温装置使用手册。The operation of constant devices details were introduced in the operation manual of SWJ series constant devices.4 装置停运4 .

14、Stoppage devices4.1 关闭降温架样水进口一次门、二次门。4.1 Close the sampling water inner first door and second door of cooling frame.4.2 关闭仪表盘节流阀。4.2 Close the throttle of dash boards.4.3 关闭温控电源、仪表电源、恒温装置电源。4.3 Close the power of temperature controlling, meter and constant devices.4.4 关闭装置的冷却水源。4.4 Close the cooling

15、 headwater of devices.5 装置运行注意事项5. Matters needing attention5.1 高压阀5.1 high pressure valves5.1.1 高压阀门必须处于全开状态或全关状态，禁止用作节流。5.1.1 The high pressure valves should to be full open or full closed, and which is forbidden for cutting flow.5.1.2 打开或关闭高压阀时，必须使用专用工具扭力扳手，按高压阀操作指 南要求的扭力矩进行操作。5.1.2It should use

16、special tension wrench when open and close the high pressure valves and according to the operation manual of high pressure valves.5.2 筒形冷却器5.2 Tube-shaped cooler5.2.1 冷却器冷却水进出口球阀必须全开。5.2.1 The inner and outer ball valves of cooling water of cooling devices should be open.5.3 高压过滤器5.3 high pressure f

17、ilters5.3.1 正常取样5.3.1 Sampling正常运行时高压过滤器手轮处于水平“运行”状态The high pressure filters are running when it on error-free running period.5.3.2 返冲清洗5.3.2 Recoiling wash返冲清洗规定时间为每 15 天一次。返冲清洗前，先打开排污阀， 1 分钟 后，逆时针 90旋转高压过滤器手轮，使手轮处于垂直“返冲”状态，返冲 清洗时间 15秒。冲洗结束后， 旋转手轮处于水平“运行” 状态，关闭排污阀。Recoil washing should be done in

18、each 15 days. Open the blow-off valves before washing, then get the hand wheel of high pressure filter counterclockwise rotation 90after 1 minute, to make sure it is onrecoil situation 15 seconds. Then the rotary hand wheel should be on running and close the blow-off valves after finishing. 注：在机组启动初

19、期，不准进行返冲清洗。PS: It can not to recoiling wash at the beginning of start-up5.4 高压排污5.4 high-pressure draining 冲管排污规定时间为每周一次。排污时，先关闭恒压装置出口调节阀， 再打开高压排污阀，进行正常排污，时间 1 分钟，排污结束后，关闭高压排 污门，打开恒压装置出口调节阀。Washing pipes drain in each one week. Close the outer adjusting valves of constant pressure devices and then o

20、pen high pressure blow-off valves before draining, and hold on 1 minute. Close highpressure blow-off door and open the outer adjusting valves of constant pressure devices when it is finished.注：必须逐路排污，严禁同时多路排污。PS: It must be drained one by one.5.5 压力、流量的调节5.5 adjusting of pressure and flow5.5.1 压力、流量

21、调节5.5.1 Adjusting of pressure and flow缓慢调节恒压装置调节螺母，使压力在0.25Mpa至0.38Mpa之间。根据每路样水所配仪表的数量，使样水总流量符合要求。在压力、流量均允许范围内 调定。Adjust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly, and be sure the pressure is between 0.25Mp to 0.38Mpa. To makesure the total sampling water flow rate is meet the requirement accord

22、ing to the quantity of sampling water meter, and adjust them under the suitable range of pressure and flow rate.注：人工取样 500ml/min ; DD PH表均为 300ml/min ; O2表 500ml/min ; 其 它表计 150ml/min 。总流量为上述流量和的 1 至 1.2 倍。PS: the flow rate of manpower is 500ml/min; DD, PH are 300ml/min; O2meter is 500ml/min; other

The total discharge is an above-mentioned discharge with of 100%-120%.5.5.2 流量偏小时采取的措施5.5.2 The measures of the flow small than normal5.5.2.1 对高压过滤器进行返冲排污，清除滤芯过滤孔中杂质，增加通流量。5.5.2.1 Drain the high filter and clean the impurity of filter element for adding through-flow rate.5.5.2.
