1、TAU失败导致UE无法正常使用4G网络TAU 失败导致 UE 无法正常使用 4G 网络1 问题现象用户为 CSFB 手机，在 1 月 6 日 18 点左右由 4G 网络掉至 3G 网络，并且在一天内跨越多 个位置区，经过 22 小时的时间内一直无法回到 4G 网络，直到 1 月 7 日 16 点左右进行重新开 关机后才回到 4G 网络。2 信令分析2.1 S1-MME 信令通过信令跟踪平台 S1-MME 信令分析，发现用户在 2016-1-6 17:51:34进行了一次 CSFB业务，并在完成业务后返回 4G 网络发起连续 5 次 TAU ，之后就没有 4G 侧信令，直至 2016-1-7 1

2、6:10:06 间隔 22 小时后重新在 4G 网络发起 Attach ，并在 4G 网络正常驻留。2.2 SGs 信令分析 SGs 信令，发现用户在 2016-1-6 17:52:00 发起 TAU 的同时连续发起了 5 次联合位 置更新，并且都失败，失败原因码为 22 ，之后就没有信令，直至 2016-1-7 16:10:07 重新发起联合位置更新，并成功2.3 CSFB 信令分析 CSFB 侧信令，用户在挂机前发起了一个短信流程， 导致用户挂机后系统没有发送 clear command 命令， UE 无法进行 FR ；在后续进行的短信流程中，首先由 UE 向网络侧发起了一 次主动短信流程

3、，在网络侧等待 CP-ACK 的过程中，网络侧又向 UE 发送了一条短信，但未得 到 UE 的响应，此后 UE 发起了一次 CP-ACK ，在完成后释放资源进入空闲态，并重选至 4G 网 络进行联合位置更新2G 网络侧此时由于短信流程还未完成，认为 UE 还在 2G 网络中，并在随后对 UE 发起了1 次被叫通话及被叫短信业务， 但均为成功； UE 在 4G 最后一次联合位置更新发生 2016-01-06 17:52:40 ，早于 2G 网络侧下发 clear command 命令的时间 2016-01-06 17:52:43 ，相当于 UE 在回到 4G 进行联合位置更新的同时， 2G 侧网

4、络认为业务流程还未完成，导致连续 5 次联 合位置更新失败正常短信流程， UE 在回应 CP-ACK 后返回空闲态系统最后在定时器超时后下发 clear command 命令，命令中所携带的原因值为 Radio interface failure ，相当于系统判断由于得不到 UE 回应而导致的一次异常释放。3 问题分析3.1 失败原因值分析通过 3GPP TS 24.301 协议分析原因码 22 的解释如下，该问题主要由 MME 问题导致。协议描述：Cause #22 CongestionThis EMM cause is sent to the UE because of congestio

5、n in the network(e.g. no channel, facility busy/congestedetc.)3.2 失败处理流程分析发生该问题后的处理策略，协议描述如下，一共尝试 5 次 TAU 请求，每次间隔为 T341110s ），当达到 5 次后，根据终端类型是 CS/PS mode 1 还是 CS/PS mode 2 进行不同的流程。如果终端是是 CS/PS mode 1 ，并且不支持 IMS voice ，终端将选至 2G/3G 网络，并关 闭 4G 网络功能，保证语音业务。如果终端是 CS/PS mode 2 ，终端等待 T3402 （ 12min ），然后重新发起
