1、精品文档PMP 考试最新内容大纲(中英文对照版)为了让项目管理专业人士( PMP)适应专业发展的变化, PMI将在 2016年1月12日对 PMP考试的内容进行变化。这些 变化将在中国区 2016年3月PMP考试中体现。 2015年12月考试不受影响。此次变化是基于 PMI 对项目管理专业人士的角色描述研究( RDS),研究通过对全球范围内的 PMP 认证持有者进行问 卷调查,确认了领域、任务、知识、技能版块的内容更新。 RDS 捕捉来自各行业、各工作岗位、各地区的项目管理实践 者的视角,作为 PMP 考试的基础,以确保其正确性和相关性。2015年5月初, PMI 发布了最新 PMP考试内容大

2、纲英文版。 PMP考试大纲主要变化:PMP 的五大实践领域保持不变。然而,各领域内的任务则被修改、添加或删除。以下是对此次新增内容的概述:领域1启动项目,增加了三个任务 任务2、任务 7、任务 8j领域2项目计划,增加了一个任务 任务 13领域3项目执行,增加了两个任务 任务6、任务 7 领域4项目监视与控制,增加了两个任务 任务6、任务 7 领域 5 项目结尾,没有新增任务绩效域1Initiating the Project项目启动任务1Perform project assessment based upon available information, lessons learned f
