PurposeThisprocedureismadetoregulatethePMOtrainingmanagement,impro vingtheirsAillsandcomprehensivequalitiesofallstaffandensurethattraining ontheperformanceofcomplianceandroleinpromotingtheimplementation ofthestrategy.2Definitions2.1EGecutecompany syearlyeducationandtrai
2、ningplan.2.2Accordingtotheneedofprojectconstruction,proposethetrainingne edandorganizedifferenttraininginsite.2.3ChecAthequalificationofthosewhoenterintotheprojectwithcertific ateandmanagetheregistrationofpositionqualificationcertificate.2.4Proposethetrainingneedaccordingtotheneedofprojectconstructi
3、o nandteambuilding.Organizetheinternaltrainingaccordingtothesiteactuals ituation.2.5CarryoutthequalificationrequirementsforthestaffworAwithcertific atefromeachdepartment.2.6T heprojectmustorganizethetrainingforthenewlycomestaff.DontallowthenewstaffstartstheworAunlesstheyobtainthecertificateofconstru
4、c tionpermit.2.7ThepersonofspecialtypeofworAmuststarttheworAwithcertificate.T heprojectwon tissuetheconstructionpermituntilth eprojecthaveachecAa ndputonrecords.ForthepersonwhoneedstotaAeaneGaminationagaintochangethecertificatefortheduetime,theprojectmustarrangetheeGamination andtrainingintime.2.8Th
5、eengineeringdepartmentshouldorganizethetrainingforthenew staff.Thecontentsofthetrainingwillbesafetyandoccupationhealthsystem,r egulationeducation,allthemanagementregulationsinsite,theintroduction ofprojectandfirefightingguardsystem.2.9Whenthestaffenterintothesiteingroup(above5persons),theproject wil
6、larrangetheenteringtrainingforthemandsendtheenteringeducationnot icetothepersonsandtraininglecturer.2.10Forthepersonwhowilljointheenteringtraining,theprojectwillarran gethemtomaAeadailyregistrationandfillthenewlyenteringpersonsystemle arningregistrationtable.2.11Whenthetrainingisfinished,theadminist
7、rationdepartmentwillorg anizetheeGaminationtohaveachecA.Safetyeducationwillbethenecessarys ubject.Asforothertrainingcontents,organizetheeGaminationaccordingtot hedifferentclassificationoftrainees.Thetestpapershouldbeputinfile.2.12Forthepersonwhoisnotenteringintothesiteingroupandnotreacht henumbertof
8、ormtheclass,theadministrativedepartmentwillnoticethecom panyorunittoorganizebythemselves.Thesafetytestingpapershouldbehan dedintheprojectandputinthefileinthreedays.2.13TheprojectwillgivetheconstructionworApermitforthepersonwhoi squalifiedintrainingandmaAetheworApermitcard.2.14Accordingtotheprojectco
9、nstructionorganizationdesign,drawupt heprojectyearlytechniquetrainingneedplan,filltheyearlydivisiontrainingpl ansurveytableandorganizethetechnicaltrainingandeGaminationworA.2.15Accordingtoconstructionactualsituation,theprojectwillarrangeth etrainingclasstimelyandpreparethetrainingfacilities.2.16Afte
10、rthetrainingandeGaminationiscompleted,followingtherequir ementsofhumanresourcesmanagementprocedureputtheoriginaldocume ntsoftrainingandeGaminationresultsinfileandsetupthespecialaccounting management.2.17Theprojectencouragesthestafftocultivatehimandself-trainingtoo btainthehigherprofessionaltechnical
11、Anowledgethroughself-learning.2.18ThedoublecertificatesforthespecialtypeofworApersonmeansthe personwhodoesthespecialtypeofworAmustobtainthespecialtypeofworAe roperationcertificateandoccupationqualificationcertificateasthenecessar yconditiontostarttheconstructionworA.2.19FortheworAerwhoshouldholdthec
12、ertificatetostarttheworA,thepr ojectwillinformhimtostoptheworAinsiteifhecannotprovidethequalificatio ncertificatecopyafterhehasalreadyarrivedforsevendays.Theprojectwillbuil dtheaccountingmanagementreferencetothefilesofenteringsitepeople s qualificationcertificates.Whenthestafftransferswithinthedepar
13、tments,the departmentwhichpersonleaveswillhandinthequalificationcertificateswith thetransferringnoticetothedepartmentthepersonenters.2.20Whentheprojectfinishes,thecopiesofallthepositionqualificationc ertificatesfiledbytheprojectwillbefiledastheprojectcompletiondocuments3.
