2、tary and equality, Party A willi ng to delegate Party B for its security man ageme nt matters, agreed through frien dly con sultatio ns, and sig ned this con tract.第一条：委托事项I : Delegation甲方将其单位的保安业务委托给乙方管理。Party A willi ng to delegate Party B for its security man ageme nt matters.（一）维护甲方门前正常的工作秩序，禁止非

3、本院车辆及无关人员进入；（1）Maintain a normal working order in front gate of party a, prohibiting non-releva nt vehicles and pers onnel en teri ng;（二）外来人员需征得被访人同意，经登记后入内；（2）Outsider required the consent of the visiting people agreed that upon registrati on en try;（三）保证院内车辆有序停放；（3）In sure vehicles parked ordered

4、in the site;（四）做好夜间监控记录工作，同时做好夜间各种防范工作；（4）Keep night monitor work in record, at the same time doing various night precauti ons;（五）特殊情况下可按甲方领导临时指派执行守护任务；（五）Under special circumstances, perform assigned temporary security task order by the man ager of the Party A;第二条：委托期限II : Delegated Period甲方委托乙方对其单

5、位保安管理的期限为年，从 年 月曰至年 月日止。The period of Party A delegate Party B for its security man ageme nt shall start fromyymmdd tillyy mm dd.第三条：委托费用及支付时间皿:Delegated fees and payment terms甲方根据工作需要，乙方为甲方派保安员名，甲方支付费用应为保安员上岗15日内，向乙方按月支付保安费每月每人丿元。In accordanee with the needs of Party A, Party B shall sen security g

6、uardsfor Party A, Party A should pay the fees withi n 15 after security guards on duties, Party A should pay Party B Yuan per person for the security guards worked inmon thly.第四条：保安标准IV : Security guards qualification乙方接受甲方依法提出的保安标准，保安人员标准如下：Party B takes the security sta ndards of the Party A accor

7、d ing to laws, securitystaffs sta ndards are as follows:1、无前科劣迹；1. No crim inal record;2、无纹身；2、No tattoos3、年龄22 48周岁；3Ages 22-48 years old4、身高1.70米以上。4.Height more then 1.70 M.第五条：甲方的权利和义务V : Rights and obligations of Party A(一) 权利(1) Rights1、拥有对乙方的保安行为监督指导的权利；1. Have rights to supervisi on and guid

8、a nee Party Bs security activity.2、拥有要求乙方确保执行保安标准的权利；2. Have rights to request Party B to ensure the implementation of security sta ndards;3、拥有对乙方重大保安管理措施的审定权；3. Have rights to approve Party Bs major security man ageme nt measures;4、拥有对乙方保安员辞退、调换、处罚的建议权，乙方应接受甲方建议。4. Have suggest rights for dismissal

9、, excha nges and puni shme nt recomme ndedof Party B security guards, Party B should be accepted the recomme ndati on.（二）义务（2）Obligations1、甲方有义务为乙方保安员提供必要的工作条件；1. Party a has the obligati ons to provide the n ecessary con diti ons of work for Party Bsecurity pers onn el;2、提供必要的保安措施；2. Provide the n

10、ecessary security measures;3、向乙方按期支付保安费的义务。3. Obligati ons to pay Party B for security costs on time.第六条：乙方的权利和义务弋:Rights and obligations of Party B（一）权利(1) Rights1、拥有依甲方委托管理其单位的治安的权利；1. Has the security man ageme nt right en trusted by Party A on the site;2、拥有取得报酬的权利；2. Have the right to get remun

11、erati on;3、拥有要求甲方协助完成其保安管理的权利。3. Have a right to require that Party A to cooperate for its security man ageme nt duty.（二）义务（2）Obligations1、乙方指派名保安员负责甲方的安全护卫任务，其中必须有2名保安员具有消防控制室上岗资格，取得上岗证的培训费用由甲方承担，但取得上岗证 的保安人员必须在甲方工作满一年，否则，甲方有权从应付的保安费用中扣回相 应的培训费支出；1. Party B shall assigned security guards in charge

12、of Party A safe guarding task, which must have 2 security guards with fire-fighting control room qualification, the training costs of the certificate borne by the Party A, but the certificated security personnel must be work for Party a for full year, otherwise, Party A is entitled to deduct the tra

13、ining expenditure from the security costs;2、 乙方保安员应严格按甲方委托事项完成规定的工作任务，确保甲方正常 的工作生活秩序。正确使用各种保安设施、设备。履行岗位职责要求，并遵守甲 方符合法律规定和各项规章制度和保安职业道德守则。2. The security guards of Party B should complete the work tasks accord ing to Party Adelegatio n strictly, en sure Party A no rmal worki ng order. Correctly use a

14、ll of security measures and equipme nt. Perform the duties requireme nts, and to abide Party A provisi ons, regulati ons and code of professi onal ethics for security in con formity with the laws.3、 发生在执勤区域内的刑事案件、治安案件和治安灾害事故，及时处理并 报告甲方和当地公安机关，米取措施保护发案现场，协助公安机关侦查各类治安 刑事案件，依法妥善处理责任范围内的其他突发事件。3. 15、es of crim inal cases, magistracy cases and security disasters occurred in the region while on duty, Party B shall timely report to Party A and the local public police, to take measures to protect the incidence to assist police investigating for crim inal or security cases, properly han dled un expe

16、cted eve nts accord ing to law with in the scope of duty.4、落实防火、防盗、防破坏等安全防范措施，发现责任区域内的安全隐患， 及时报告甲方并协助予以处理。4. Implementation of fire, theft, damage prevention and other security measures, found the risks in the responsible security region, timely report to Party A and assist for treatme nt.5、乙方选派的保安员

17、必须经过正规的保安培训，无违法犯罪前科，并向甲 方提供保安人员的人事档案。5. Security guards send by Party B must get through official security training, no criminal record, and provide security officers personnel file to the Party A.6、乙方为保安人员配备制服及基本保安装备，并负责保安员的工资。6. Party B shall equip with the basic security equipme nt and uni forms

18、for security pers onn el, and is resp on sible for the security staff wages.7、加强对保安员的在岗培训、监督和管理，确保安全服务的优质高效。7. Stren gthe ning job training, supervisi on and man ageme nt on security guards,en sure high quality and efficie ncy of the security services.第七条：保安工作设施及服装的配备VD : Security facility and uni f

19、orms(一) 甲方在合同有效期内为乙方提供办公场所及更衣柜等；(1) Party A shall provide Party B with office space and dressing Cabinet within the con tract valid period;(二) 保安员工作服装由乙方统一配备；(2) security guards work uni forms shall un ified equip by Party A;(三) 保安员按甲方标准就餐。(3) Security guards shall repast at the Party A standard.第八条

20、：合同的解除忸:Termination1、双方协商解除；1. Termi nated by consen sus of both Parties2、合同期满；2. Con tract expired3、一方严重违约，使合同无法履行；3. Serious breach of a party, un able to fulfill the con tract;4、因不可抗力使合同无法继续履行的。4. Cause by force majeure and could n ot con ti nue to fulfill the con tract. 第九条：在合同有效期内，经甲乙双方协商一致，可变更

21、本合同。IX: Within the validity period of the con tract, after both parties consen susmay ame nd this con tract.第十条：违约责任X : Breaching(一) 甲方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合 同给乙方造成损失的，甲方应予以赔偿。(1) Party A shall strictly fulfill the con tract con diti ons, shall not term in ate the con tract without Party B co

22、nsen sus,if the loss due to resc ind the con tract without consen sus to Party B occurred, Party A shall be compe nsated.(二) 乙方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因乙方擅自解除合 同给甲方造成损失的，乙方应予以赔偿。(2) Party B shall strictly fulfill the con tract con diti ons, shall not term in ate the con tract without Party A consen sus,if the loss due to resc ind the con tract without consen sus to Party A occurred, Party B shall be compe nsated.第十一条：争议的解决XI : Settlement of disputes甲乙双方在履行合同的过程中发生争议，应协商解决，协商不成，任意一方可 向人民法院起诉。Dispute occurs duri ng the performa nee of the con tract, should
