The deck officers should test the navigational aids on the bridge to ensure the safety berthing operation. On the other hand, the deck department should get the necessary paper

Relieved officer should not hand over the watch to the relieving officer if he has reason to believe that the relieving officer cant carry out his duties effectively.接班驾驶员必须提前大约15分钟到驾驶台,因为他必须了解灯标和周围

38、ookout by sight is the most simple, but the most important means. It should be used in all conditions. The vessel in distress may transmit distress alerts by radio equipments(including radio telepho
