12、tock and transportation, and plug the end caps, make sure the valve is dust proof, rust proof and keep cavity clean.3 使用中如阀门处于长期关闭或开启状态，应定期启闭若干次，活动阀杆和球密封面， 以防阀门长期不转动而被咬死或锈死。3 If the ball valve is closed or opened for long time, then open or close it regularly, operate shaft and sealing face so as to

13、 avoid the ball valve could function normally.4 运输过程中应避免磕碰而产生的阀杆弯曲和球面损伤，从而影响阀门的开启或关闭。4 Make sure the shaft safe and the spherical surface safe from bruise during the transportation. 六 安装与使用 Installment and use1 安装前，应仔细核对铭牌上的各项内容是否符合使用要求，确认后方可安装。1 Before installation, check information on the namepla

14、te conforms with usage demands, then install the valve after confirmation.2 本阀门安装在管道上时，阀杆可以向上，也可以水平。使用时可处于全开或全关 状态，也可在微开时用来调节作用。2 This valve is installed on the pipelines. And the shaft could be upward or horizontal. When the valve is operated, it could be at the state of fully open or fully closed.

15、 And it could regulate the flow when it is slightly opened.3 阀门的安装应考虑手柄的转角空间和日常维护方便。3 When the valve is installed, corner space of the lever and facility of daily maintenance should be considered.4 安装时，应按对角方向均匀拧紧螺母，并配以适当的力矩，以保证阀门与管道法兰 间连接密封可能。4 When the valve is installed, tight nuts according to op

16、posite angles with appropriate torque so as to make sure good sealing performance between the valve and the pipeline.5 运输或安装过程中，手柄和阀杆不允许用作起吊。5 It is forbidden to hang valve on handwheel and shaft during the installation and transportation.6 通过管路的介质不应带有硬质颗粒，以免损伤密封面6 The medium should not be hard part
