24、sociated with the ALPA (A?os Lam in ados do Par) steelmak ing factory built in Marab q Par aState in northern Brazil by VALE (Companhia Vale de Rio Doce), this project will utilize gas, the by-product from cok ing pla nt and blast fur nace, and gas recovered from steelmak ing process which could fue

25、l boilers, to gen erate high-pressure steam to supply electricity while offeri ng process steam for the whole steelmak ing factory. The con struct ion of power pla nt will move forward simulta neously with that of steelmak ing pla nt.本着“节约能源,保护环境”的原则,经我公司与巴西淡水河谷( VALE ) ALPA 的共同论证,本设计方案拟利用高炉煤气(BFG),

26、转炉煤气(LDG,从转炉中回收) 及焦炉煤气(COG)作为锅炉燃料,用于点火及较为稳定的燃料为焦炉煤气,配置2X240t/h单压煤气锅炉+2X 57.5MW (2x65MW)高温高压抽凝机组,采用一炉一机形式。 锅炉产生的蒸汽用于发电,从而为钢厂及其空分厂、码头和位于ALPA现场为电厂提供 服务的所有工厂,同时也为整个钢厂提供工艺蒸汽。炼钢过程中多余的工艺蒸汽可返 回锅炉作为热源。In the spirit of con serv ing en ergy and preserv ing en vir onment, through joint research andverification

27、by Zhejiang Xizi United Engineering Co., Ltd. (UEC) and ALPA of VALE, by harnessing blast furnace gas (BFG) linz donawitz Gas (LDG, recovered from linz donawitz or converter) and coke oven gas (COG) which could be used for ignition thanks to its relative stability to fuel boiler, this desig n intend

28、s to in corporate 2X 240t/h si ngle pressure gas boilers+2 x 57.5MW( 2x65MW ) high temperature and high pressureextraction-condensation machine sets in the format of one machine set per one boiler. Besides utilizing steam from boiler to generate electricity, it s also expected to provide process ste

29、am for steelmaking plant and its subsidiary air separation plant(s), dock(s) and all factories which are located on the field of ALPA and serve electric plant, with redundant team from steelmaking process to be recovered as heat source to boiler.详细内容如下:It s detailed as follows:1)总承包方负责煤气锅炉本体及附属设备:含炉

31、门;2) The contractor takes charge for boilersgas system from boilersoutlets to chimneysinlets, involving induced draft fans (IDF), gas heaters, gas ducts, compensators, chimneys, damper;3)总承包方负责煤气锅炉送风系统:煤气锅炉燃烧助燃风系统,含:吸风口、消音 器、鼓风机、风道、风门、补偿器等;3)The contractor takes charge for boilesr air supply system,

32、 the boilerscombustion air system including air-sucking holes, silencers, fans, air duct, damper, compensator and so on;4)总承包方负责煤气系统:双方的界限及燃料的接口为在水封处,即高炉煤气( BFG ),转炉煤气( LDG ),焦炉煤气( COG )。煤气管道上的电动蝶阀、盲 板阀、液控快切阀及其后的煤气管道、阀门、补偿器由承包方设计,多余煤气的 放散燃烧由业主负责;4)The contractor takes charge for boilesrgas system, w

56、ernationally advanced level;(2) 对于业主指定了生产厂家的设备,按照业主要求选型;其他设备,在保证产品性能 质量情况下,原则上采用国产设备;(2) For equipment whose manufacture has been appointed by proprietors, wellselect model according to proprietors requirements; With regard to other equipment, under the precondition of guaranteeing product quality,

57、in principle, we prefer to purchase equipment made in China;( 3) 本着节约投资,确保系统简洁可靠、方便检修维护的原则,充分利用现场条件,合理布置;(3)In the spirit of economizing investment, ensuring a compact reliable system convenient for repair and maintenance, we shall fully utilize conditions on site in order to do layout reasonably;(

58、4) 高炉煤气锅炉采用高温高压蒸汽参数;(4)For BFGboiler,we shall adopt parameters suitable for high temperature andhigh pressure;( 5) 锅炉主蒸汽和主给水母管均采用切换母管制, 保证电厂相互配套的锅炉汽机发生 故障或停炉、停机检修过程中,电厂仍能通过交叉使用锅炉汽机实现安全运行;(5)For all boilers main steam and main water-feeding headers, we ll adoptan alternation mode to ensure that elect
